Either this is an alternate continuity thing where 'canon' Katsuki was a lot worse than actual MHA, or the writer has no idea about Bakugō...

Edit: oh. So, it was a case of the main character not knowing the fandom well plus an AU where MHA is a game series. At least, the insert's knowledge is limited and the writer seems to be aware that the protagonist never screwing up is boring.

Ok, will give it a try, idiotic summary or not.

I *think* they are referring to Sans from Undertale. Switching him to human form is such a drastic change that I wonder what else is left of the character? I don't recognize the school. But Ranbow Dash makes me think of one of the ponies from My Little Pony. Which now makes me wonder - why is she in a human school? Or is he in a pony school?
