Anyways, I wasn't even aware we had understaffed villages in the Alliance. In any case, I am voting for 'dead' villages being those that aren't actively growing/doing anything... it isn't like they would notice being in or out of the alliance if they are dead anyways. o.o

Sorry bout that, not working at the moment but college sucks too amirite?

If the village is just kinda there and not doing much then they won't even notice if they're not in the alliance anymore until they are short a few resources.
