You know, if we're going by the Manga powerlevels, we need someone who can keep up with their powers to destroy and rez planets, solar systems and galaxies...at least the destroy part. Also, this person needs to be flamboyant (because who else would throw roses and fight demons in a tux?) and capable of giving incredibly corny speeches...while having the power to back their words up.

Oh, and the costume. While fighting in a tux is sort of cool, we need a REAL superhero outfit. One with gloves, an awesome helmet, a cape, the whole deal. And a bright color.

That's why I said MANGA powerlevels, where the Senshi near the end can easily destroy PLANETS. Kind of like Gohan and the DBZ crew.
