Pretty simple idea really, what if the desire of someone in the 40k verse, most likely a servant of slannesh brought them to the lament configuration.
Hell would probably have to remodel, as they don't have enough room for that many Chaos space marines. Either that or the cenobites will have to put a no vacancy sign as they can't handle that many willing customers
