Season 3 of Konosuba releases April 2024 (no specific date).

I'm still weirded out that something that is reportedly massively successful like the Konosuba anime will still go 7 years between two anime seasons (5 years if counting the movie). It's not like they didn't have the source material handy to use at the time, either.

Guess I should catch up on and finish the Megumin spinoff, too...

That logic can apply to quite a number of series... GATE comes to mind, as does High School DXD (loved the backdrop and most characters, even if I'd prefer the main character drop dead) and The Marksman of Vanadas (I'm also annoyed the newer book AU lines have never been sold in English form... I'd buy them).

For lesser series or ones with less time.

World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated is getting a second season. It was announced several months ago, but I only found out about it now. Regardless, I am so up for this. Banger of an OP for the first season, too.

Quite liked that one... good characters, interesting plot... never read the light novels though.
