We help each other.
Sure, our alliance is one of convenience. But the larger members should help out the smaller-ranked members every now and then to help speed up their development. For one thing, alliance members are ready-made trade partners; deals are easier to make if your trading partner is your size or bigger.

Scripting? With what? Opera?
How did I do that?
So it's been a day and a half since I logged on to Universe 31. I try to do so. I then receive this instead of my regular log-in screen.
I follow the link and discover this "interesting" tidbit about my account.
Scripting? Me? How did I do that? I hadn't had any problems with using the Opera browser in the past, so I don't think it's a web browser problem. And I know I don't use any other programs to play the game. Why should I? I'm a Turtle. When I do feel the rare urge to raid, I go for unprotected colonies that belong to Inactives. No need to even make use of an Attack Calculator. I'm quite confused here.
No e-mail so far to explain what's going on. The only thing I can think of is that someone and/or someones in Universe 31 threw a hissy fit about the Copy & Paste messages I sent them to thank them for their donation of Crystal (i.e. their Espionage Probes got detected and were destroyed). Hey, if they want to fill up my Message Inbox with enemy Espionage Reports, they can put up with Thank You notes from me for their gift of Crystal.
Anyways, to mistake a message I manually Copy from my Notes archive then Paste into an outgoing Message as a scripting job is extremely sloppy admin work. So I don't know what's going on. That e-mail containing an explanation better arrive soon. I still haven't acquired the Tech requirements for the Deathstar in that universe. I like using Deathstars to Explore; I all sorts of nifty stuff in Universe 14. Though it "hurts" a lot when my Deathstars get destroyed by Aliens or disappears in an unexplained event.

Since I've received no e-mails with the requisite numbers for their "ticket system", I don't really have a recourse. I'm not going through the hassle of getting on IRC just to clear up what increasingly seems to be sloppy admin work. If they want to kick me out of one universe, fine.
I've already reached my goal in playing this game in another universe; I have Deathstars in Universe 14. I was only playing in Universe 31 to see if I could create a better empire than what I had in Universe 14. Universe 14 was my first attempt at playing Ogame, so my colonies there could have been better. I was just not that picky at colonizing planets. Still, I have Deathstars I use for Expeditions, and I have Farm colonies I use to rebuild defenses when high-ranked players get pissy at my thank-you messages. Many laugh at the notes I send, but some are not amused.
