Arrancar Xander?

Sooo.... Grimmjow!Xander? He's got the grin for it.
Other than that... Ulqiuorra!Xander? X has been known to dabble in murderous logic, on occasion. (Amy's Mom, Angelus, et cetera.)
Only two Espada worth the effort, in my opinion. ^_^
He'd probably end up with some level of spiritual power, some basic abilities like Cero, and a sealed Zanpakuto. Maybe he'd feed on Vamp essence - they don't have souls, per se, but they are Demon-powered bodies. Given that Hollows eat each other for power, I could see the same happening here, if Xander was desperate/hungry enough. That would freak the fuck out of the Scoobs, though, unless he disguises it:
"Eat them? I didn't eat them, silly! I purified them with my Soul Cutter." :evil:
The real fun would start when he dies.

Ghost!Willow came back to life after the spell ended, so I figure Xander would be back in his body. Again, the "I'm my own Gigai" idea would come into play until such time as he actually died. So he'd be limited in how much power he could pull out at any one time, and he'd be sealed into Arrancar form even when he died. But on the plus side, he could step back into his body anytime he wanted.
If his spirit uses the Arrancar as a template, then presumably he'd grow closer and closer to the original Arancar the more he drew on their powers - especially if he kept their Zanpakuto and, at some point, used the Resurreccion. Equally, the more he seals their power away, the more like himself he becomes.
The Steel Skin ability would explain Xander's durability - Olaf's Troll Hammer, for example. Blowing that big green bugger into pieces would be quite satisfying. And imagine how long he could nibble on the soul of a Hellgoddess.

Actually it could be interesting if Xander died and became a natural Arrancar. As in his desire to protect Willow and Buffy (sort of like Orihime's brothers desire to protect her) kept him from moving on to soul society. Gradually his chain of fate erodes and he becomes a Hollow. And this is where I think it could get interesting, Xander manages to rip his mask on and become an Arrancar by himself.
Now what would !Arrancar!Xander be doing wandering around both the human and the hollow worlds? And seriously a Xander as maybe one of those Espada that were there before Aizen came along with his un-natural ones could be interesting.
