Batman/Spider-Man Crossover Fics

So in all of the time that I've been reading fan fics I've seen the ones that have made me impatiently wait for an update, the ones that I could read if I'm in the mood and the ones that make me go 'What the Hell is this?' I'm now looking for something new to read and was wondering if there were any out there where Bruce Wayne raises Peter Parker that were written well?

I myself have written one and if I might say so...it sucked so bad. I think that I had a decent idea, but I am unable to write something that I think is good. This is it below.

Please feel free to share thoughts on how I could have made it better or where I could have changed something. I'm in the mood to write for it again, but I don't want to leave it as it is due to there being something off about it in my mind.

Well, there have been several comics that cross over Batman and Spider-man.

You could read those and get the general dynamic of the pair as they are all fairly well done.

Another good measure of how the pair would interact is any comic where Spider-man interacts with Daredevil. Daredevil is basically Marvel's take on Batman's style and tone of vigilanteism.
