Billyclub voting for a new lvl 3

I was leaning away from Flipper because he supposedly has something to do with R00T part 2 and there's that warning about some characters already having their lvl 3s planned.
as far as I know:
Flipper is going to be used in r00t part 2
Bucketface is coming back and will do something with the WorldKaiju
Good Boy 2 is already in the game somewhere and good boy 3 will be added for something soonish
I was leaning toward either the TFF-centered vote for Proof Reader, a vote for one of the Lucky Stars, Hyuk, or a mass trolling vote for Cipher lvl 3 (requiring Cipher lvl2 obviously).

Give Shorty a Lvl.3. I'd like to see a Strawberry-Shorty-Robogirl team again, but since both Strawberry and Robogirl got elevated to Lvl.3, the setup is mostly broken. A Lvl.3 Shorty would potentially change that.
Surely I don't have to remind you what happened the last time TFF tried to vote on something regarding it's ally? The kangaroo courts, epic asshattery, rampant immaturity, and enough self-righteousness to choke every vegan, liberal, conservative, and Mormon on the planet and still have enough left over to make two and a half tyrannical despots and a Frenchman.
