The idea is basically exchanging the canon B5 Earth with C&C3 Earth, only without the brotherhood(would have complicated too much the plot) and the scrin(Vorlon blasted them).

I think the story should begin at the start of the dilgar war and then move on from there or start with the minbari war.

The tiberium could be used as resources collector on dead world making the "new" earth alliance quite wealthy

What do you think?

While I like the idea, taking the brotherhood out of the picture makes it kind of....don't know, less than it could be.

when you talk about ressource collection, you mean blast a dead world with tiberium and collecting it after it infested the planet?

True and anyone willing to write the story can do as he/she please, mine afterall is only an idea (don't ask me to write it i completely suck at writing).

Precisely, Tiberium absorb mineral and metal from the soil and concentrate them on the crystal (look here); Tiberium can basically strip mine a planet if given time


P.S. How about making the human allied with the shadow the Nod? :hmm:
