Morgan
1. Chuck has the intersect, Casey has decades of experience. Morgan doesn't have a a supercomputer stuck in his head or natural instincts at being a spy. Morgan Grimes has none of the natural talents or experiences needed to become a spy. Morgan however does have one thing in spades: guts. And it is because of this determination that allows him to become the man he is today.
2. Chuck may love his wife and children, still have feelings for Sarah and respect Casey. But there is no one that Chuck holds in higher esteem than Morgan. Morgan despite his idiocy in his early years has always stood by Chuck and never backed out when given a chance. It is because of this that should Chuck die in the line of duty, Morgan is given the responsibility to raise his children.
3. Would be given a double promotion to Colonel before his retirement from the Army and the NSA. When he commented on this, Chuck told him that it looked better if his Chief of Staff was a retired Colonel instead of a retired Lieutenant Colonel. The fact that his pension took a larger bump didn't hurt at all.
John Casey
1. Will never say it in front of anyone but secretly respects Chuck and Morgan. Despite his misgivings, the two turned out all right after all.
2. Surprisingly when Morgan asked for his daughter's hand in marriage, Casey didn't even hesitate when he gave his approval. When he looked at the shocked glances around him, he calmly explained that given the...activities that the two done, he'd be more angry if Morgan DIDN'T marry his daughter.
3. Always thought that he'd die or get seriously injured serving with Bartowski and Grimes. However it was Devon Woodcomb who got him sent to the hospital.
Alex McHugh-Grimes
1. Is unable to have children due to an injury during a mission. As such treats Chuck's kids as the children she never had.
2. When Devon Woodcomb's actions nearly gets her father killed during an assassination attempt on Chuck and his family, it took Chuck and Morgan from keeping her turning the now middle aged surgeon into paste.
3. Despite her calm and collected demeanor, has a nasty temper. Chuck thought it was a joke until he witnessed it for the first time.
Devon Woodcomb
1. Always believed that he was ready to face anything and everything. He was AWESOME after all? However he never felt more ashamed than when during an assassination attempt on Chuck's life, he was unable to do anything to protect his family as they were caught in the crossfire. The fact that it took a sixty five year old man to take three bullets in the chest for him, was only rubbing salt on the proverbial wounds.
2. After the incident asked Chuck to show him around the range. While Chuck initially objected, Devon's continued persistence won him over. The fact that Chuck could have another person to go to the range with him during the odd time of the day was just icing on the cake.
3. Despite numerous job offers a George Washington and Johns Hopkins University, would end up serving as a civilian doctor at Walter Reed. In his opinion, it's the least he can do.
Lester
Already did him.
Jeff
1. Would never admit it but missed Chuck after he left. The entire Buy More did. It just wasn't the same.
2. Lived his life full of regrets and broken promises.
3. Would never bring Jeffster to the big leagues as he died of alcohol poisoning at the age of forty eight. The day before a recording studio was scheduled to see his new works.
Big Mike
1. Always knew that Chuck and later Morgan were up to something. However given the fact that they were two of the best workers there, he didn't mind too much. After all compared to the rest of the crew, they were angels.
2. Was sad to see Chuck and Morgan go. But at the same time was glad to finally see the two of them finally do something with their lives.
3. When Chuck's appointment as the next Director of the CIA hit the airwaves, Big Mike for the first time in his life dropped his sandwich. However most surprising to him was the fact that his stepson dressed in his class As was standing right beside him as Chuck's right hand man. It took all of his persuasive power to convince his wife not to buy a ticket to DC and demand an explanation from the two boys.
