Similar premise to Lelouch of Britannia, good writing I think but it also hasn't been updated.
Tantamount A Kallen/Lelouch/Cornelia fic, sadly its very slow to update.

Y'know the 'incest is best, put your sister to the test' is only said with any measure of conviction by those who do not have a sister, younger or older.

And I disagree on The Black Prince vs. Lelouch of Britannia. LoB is just like canon Code Geass, only, y'know, without the Geass (yet).

The at times flowery wording catches perfectly what makes Lelouch Lelouch - his incredible gift for words and his constant posing.

TBP, while without any measure of doubt excellent is not as overwhelmingly awesome as LoB. :x (if not by virtue of being way too short in any aspect and virtually dead.)

My main problem with Lelouch of Brittania is that in it Lelouch's 'battle plans' suck so much ass I could create better ones. However The Black Prince hasn't got to any battle scenes so I guess it isn't a fair comparison and the only reason I said it was better was because it hasn't been ruined yet.

Considering that most authors would never even have taken into consideration the fact fine sand and landspinners (the Knightmare rollerblade thingies that give them their insane mobility) do not go together.. ~~

Lelouch of Brittania has the virtue of actually having shown the immediate aftermath of Marianne's death. The Black Prince, however, sees fit to tell us things by way of third party exposition about Lulu. That doesn't do it for me.

My main problem was when they were extracting prisoners from the enemy prison camp in chapter 8. Lelouch's main stratagy was come in from the water, sneak to the prisoners, and if anything happens just blast your way out. Hell phase C was literally just escape from the prison through enemy lines in whatever way you can.

Also being able to figure out that small wheels don't work well in sand is not exactly a crowning achievement. In fact it would be kind of sad if the author didn't figure it out.

don't they have tracks or something ? they have replacable arms, so why wouldn't they change their wheels to suit the terrain, like tracks for sand, wheels for roads and urban areas.

and i prefer the way Lelouch acts in Lelouch of Britannia, his strategies (even if they suck ass) are presented in a way that make them look as if only a true genius could think them up, and that is the main thing i like about Code Geass; the schemes lelouch always creates.

i already had Dark Prince in my alert list, but the latest chapter was average at best in my opinion.

There is only one chapter of Black Prince or are you refering to a different fic? If so would you provide a link?
