Basically a thread I noticed wasn't really around here to collect any abilities or upgrades you come up with any of the characters. Especially the ones with unconfirmed abilities like Nanao, Nemu, Yachiru, etc... or those who simply need more or a more potent arsenal to keep up, like Renji, Chad, etc... or whatever else happens to cause reason for you to make up an ability for them. Includes but is not limited to Kido, Quincy Spells, any additional hollow abilities, and whatever else you you happen to come up with as well.

Bounce off any ideas that happen to strike your fancy for them here, and especially note whether or not they're open for use.

Starting off with a rather basic one that popped into my head:

Name: Eien no Gonzui, Perpetual Soul Inhalation (My transation is probably horrible)

User: Starrk

Ability: A passive ability that originates from the hole in Starrk's chest that is the cause of the death of so many of his allies in Hueco Mundo before joining Aizen. The hole continually sucks the spiritual force subtly from everything in his remote vicinity which allows him to continually use his soul splitting attacks without any real damage to himself while at the same time weakening anyone around him slowly as time wears on if they stay in his presence. The strength of this drain also increases in potency in his Resurrecci?n state. Ironically this ability was brought on due to his extreme solitude, and also the main reason why he remains alone for so long. The only one virtually immune to this is Lilynette for obvious reasons.

Availability: Open to All

Feel free to make up different parameters for your created abilities however you like.

Quick Note: Availability is rather important so people know that's it's okay to snatch some of these ideas up if they strike someones fancy. It's probably proper to at least mention in a fic that you got this from an idea thread regardless just in case multiple people like the same ability, but it's probably not necessary save when readers get a little too prickly about it.

If you don't put a note down for availability saying no one can take it, or that someone needs to ask permission first or mention you by name specifically, it will be assumed that it's Open to All and anyone can take it.

Bala Ametralladora (?????? [???????????], Mugen Soudan Uro Dan, [Bara Ametorarradora]; Spanish for Machine Gun Bullet, Japanese for Infinite Ammunition Hollow Bullet)

User: Starrk

Synopsis: Only available for use whilst in Resurrecci¾n, this is simply Starrk's extension of the regular Bala technique that is apparently available to all Arrancar, inasmuch as his Cero Metralleta is an extension of an Arrancar's Cero technique.

Much like how Cero Metralleta is fired strictly from his right gun, Bala Ametralladora is fired exclusively from his left gun. But, because a Bala is 20 times faster and in possession of considerable concussive force far beyond that of a Cero, the Bala Ametralladora is essentially bomblets being fired at machine-gun speed and explode in close proximity of Starrk's target.

************************************************************************

Status: Available for use by all; just make sure I get acknowledged for it somewhere.

Name: Garra Brillante, Glowing Claw.

User: Shawlong.

Background: Inspired by Halibel's ability to fire long ranged cutting energy blasts with Tiburon and his own master's Desgarron technique, the wily old arrancar trained long and hard to develop what would eventually become his most devastating attack.

Garra Brillante combines a conventional physical strike with the formation of a hand launched cero blast that is reabsorbed into Shawlong's hand in the instant before impact. This causes a brief increase in the reiatsu density of his claws that greatly increases their ability to pierce through enemy defenses (Shawlong has managed to draw blood from Grimmjow's released form with this attack) and gives the supercharged hand a glow that gives the technique its name.

If the attack is performed quickly enough, Shawlong is also capable of releasing the spirit energy previously gathered for the aborted cero in a violent burst. If this is done when he has his claws inside his victim's body, the damage caused with this energy burst can be absolutely horrific, which has allowed Shawlong to slay a number of adjuchas several times more powerful than himself in the past.

Status: If you like it, feel free to use it. A mention would be nice, but isn't strictly required.

Name: Ketsueki Hisagomaru, Blood Gourd

User: Hanatarou

Ability: Upon entering the Scalpel state Hisagomaru's true ability becomes available, which is the ability to draw in any blood it comes in contact with and use as a weapon. Though weak in the intial stages, once enough blood is drawn into the blade the offensive capabilities of the weapon become massive. From the ability to fire off solid bladed projectiles, condensing into a long shape-shifting blade, and even firing off variants of his main offensive ability once the mass becomes large enough, the ability itself is only limited by the creativity of the user.

Sadly since he's rarely in combat and doesn't usually carry around his Zanpaktou, and more importantly has never had the scalpel form come in contact with blood, Hanatarou hasn't become aware of this function of his shikai.

Status: Available to all.

Name: Odio, Hate.

User: Zommari Leroux.

Background: If love is what binds things together, then hate is what breaks those selfsame bonds. This was the logic used by the hollow that would eventually become seventh among the Espada to name his second power, the polar opposite of Zommari's pride and joy.

Where Amor lets the arrancar control any material thing he sets his gaze on, Odio offers the utter annihilation of anything he regards - at the cost of injury to himself.

Rather than weaponized hate or some such nonsense, Odio actually is an energy blast with spiritron disrupting properties akin to the forcefields generated by sekisekki structures, projected from one of the eyes that cover Zommari's body in his released form. The spiritron disruption effect allows Odio to ignore all known forms of reiatsu generated defense, but for all its devastating power the attack has one great drawback that makes Zommari unwilling to use it unless explicitly commanded to do so.

In a nutshell, the annihilation effect also destroys the eye used to fire Odio, limiting the number of times the ability can be used and forcing Zommari to undergo the painful and energy intensive process required to grow himself a new eye to replace those lost, before resealing Brujeria. Should he return to his sealed state without having repaired all his injuries, he'd risk the permanent mutilation of his Resurreccion form, something he finds entirely unacceptable. Thus, he mostly sticks to Amor and conventional cero blasts in combat.

Status: Use if you want. I think that this came to me after thinking of beholders as a possible way of making pumpkin-man marginally less lame.

If those eyes are part of his true form, and not generated by an ability, then he probably can't grow them back. We know that most arrancar sacrifice regeneration for power.

Depends on the how. I wouldn't be surprised if #8 created a few ways to grow certain things back, and that'd explain why he really hates doing it. Lord knows Mayuri has that special shot of his that allows him to regrow limbs.

Like Quimera Parca, which requires Halibel's Fraccion to rip out their arms in order to create Allon's body, but apparently they have used more than once.

Name: Pleamar, High Tide.

User: Tia Halibel.

Background: To activate this, her most powerful ability, the tercera must first release an omnidirectional burst of spirit energy. The spiritrons thus released will form bonds with all the molecules of water in a radius of many hundreds of meters and draw this water towards the espada forming a floating globe of water with the arrancar woman at its center.

Although this water can be used for attack (and depending on the amount of water she manages to collect, the attack will be several times more powerful than Halibel's strongest Cascadas), it is actually far more useful defensively.

Energy attacks that touch the mass of spiritually charged water will simply dissolve before reaching Halibel, their power dispersed all over the liquid volume, and even physical attackers will be slowed down by the greater density of the liquid environment and forced to fight a powerful arrancar who isn't encumbered by the water thanks to her own reiatsu being the force that holds the water globe together.

Halibel's decision to prolong her battle against Toushiro Hitsugaya in the battle of the fake Karakura Town was motivated by her desire to exploit the young shinigami's ice to fuel a singularly powerful Pleamar that would have protected her from the flames of Captain Commander Yamamoto, whom she intended to battle to avenge the death of her fallen underlings.

Isn't anyone going to use any kanji for the original Hollow techniques?

At the very least, they should go [Attack Name, Spanish translation, intended Japanese translation], with kanji being optional...

Like what I did with Bala Ametralladora.

This place needs a revival.

Orihime

Name: Santen Saishun, Triple Heavenly Dividing Shield

Ability: This technique combines offensive and healing properties by integrating Tsubaki into the Soten Kisshun. The shield is shaped like the outline of a triangle, leaving the centre hollow. It absorbs any spiritual attack into the shieldÆs centre and then automatically returns it along the attackÆs opposing trajectory.

Name: Goten Goshun, Five Heavenly Protecting Shield

Ability: This technique combines defensive and healing properties by using her defensive fairies with her negation fairies. This forms an aura around Orihime; a cloak-like shape in its immature state and a sphere in its mature state. Zekkai has considerable offensive and defensive capabilities: it can corrosively destroy virtually any object foreign to the user, and can repel all but the strongest attacks. It's a technique which can only be used to protect herself but it's defensive capabilites are higher as a result.

Name: Shinten Kinshun, True Heavenly Ruling Shield

Ability: This technique combines offensive, defensive and healing properties which uses all six fairies. This forms a spherical aura of energy around Orihime which can manipulate virtually anything that enters its boundaries; restoring or destroying whatever she desires. When this technique is active, Orihime is essentially a god. However this suffers from the obvious drawback of requirement a large amount of spiritual energy to activate and maintain.

Not necessarily abilities but some concepts I've been sitting on a bit to power up the main cast, some based on some canon implications, others based on conjecture and rule of awesome:

Ishida: Arrow types. Why? Take a look at this for a second here:
<a href='http://www.mangafox.com/manga/bleach/v26/c226/14.html' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>http://www.mangafox.com/manga/bleach/v26/c226/14.html</a>

Dude used some kind of arrow different than what he's used before to negate Ishida's binding or whatever he did there. Clearly the potential for making all sorts of arrows exists. Obviously there's your normal spammable type, and whatever the hell that was (Spell negator?), and of course the chainsaw blade one he can also use as a sword. You could throw in a few more however to get all kinds of fun options, compensated for by not being as spammable as the main ones (ie: the ones that he can shoot 1200 of at once).

Exploding arrows? Arrows that play into the quincy puppet tech that leave invisible rei strings around to constrict the area and eventually make it impossible for the opponent to move freely? A single arrow that spits into multiple arrows firing off in multiple directions at will? Arrows laced with the quincy spells so they do something special when they hit? You name it. Gives the guy more utility.

Chad: One word.

<a href='http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs45/i/2009/064/2/2/prototype_by_Prashant87.jpg' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs45/i/2009/064..._Prashant87.jpg</a>
Prototype

Chad's interesting in that he has both the capability to use his 'El Directo' arm that he started the HM arc with, and his Shield Arm that he advanced into at the same time. He can choose between the two at will. Let's take this a step further, multiple different types of arms with different types of functions and potential for attacks. Already got rocket propulsion fists and Defense working for him. Now for more variable stuff. Like blades and the claw arms you get in that game. Extendo tentacles too obviously, maybe even strength arms for more awesome.

Hell, we can go further:

<a href='http://img63.imageshack.us/img63/5395/1819o.png' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>http://img63.imageshack.us/img63/5395/1819o.png</a>

All kinds of good stuff may be available once our minds are open to it.

You could also use the fact that his 'full bring' is his skin to do the obvious spreading advancement over his body (Or the prototype armor shenanigans if you want), or rip off Ginjou's ability to use a second item to augment his full bring with something new and get some medallion shenanigans up in there. Though really, only thing I seriously thought through was different alternate arms unlocking for him. Get some Right arms of the Colossus/Tiger/Cannon and maybe some left arms of the Reaper/Exorcist/Great Old One or what have yous.

And if you want to go really crazy with it, there's always the Right Arm of the Kamijou:

Orihime: Here's a thought, doesn't she have two of those pins? Ergo 6 more untapped Fairies. Bam, plenty of new potential for combos. Make them a mirror set or something so she can combine them to make like shield boxes she can implode with her defense guys, get some Kekkaishi up in here. I mean because really? Without more she's almost tapped out of new things she could possibly do, bar the ones currently covered or already used by knight504. She's kind of tapped in terms of new moves. Oh sure she's like god with her two point reject field, but fight wise that thing ain't even remotely viable. Too easy to break out of and takes too long to do anything with it.

Only real thought I had as to this new set was one of them was a mini Pat. Because it was kinda hilarious. I'd actually buy that if it happened in canon, seriously.

All the above free for your writing pleasure. :p

Mind that each fairy is one third of a hairpin, not one sixth, so Orihime is already tapped out for fairies from the hairpins.

Dammit you're right. I thought Tsubaki broke into one of those little nubs out of the six, but it was actually two. :(

<a href='http://www.mangafox.com/manga/bleach/v26/c228/14.html' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>http://www.mangafox.com/manga/bleach/v26/c228/14.html</a>

So much for that plan. Other than granting each fairy in the branches the capacity to at least do something else pertaining to thier abilities, I can't think of much else to give her. :sweat2:

I suppose the Kekkaishi bit might work if she uses one of the shield fairies to trace the square out on the ground and then lift it in a similar fashion to how it works in that series? Though yeah, that still doesn't leave it with a lot of options. And I rather liked the mini Pat option too. Well, maybe you can count the body of the pins for a super fairy not pertaining to the nubs...

Dude, why you be in my head, reading my thoughts. B)

And who says Orihime's abilities need to be channelled purely through her Shun Shun Rikka? Seeing how Hachigen was so pleased to meet her, he could go and teach her his own style of kido. She could even expand on them or combine them with her Shun Shun Rikka.

And Chad going Armour of the Colossus anyone? Along with a Gigante Directo and Diablo Muerte to literally blow his opponents away.

Good times, good times. ^_^

EDIT: And who or what is Pat?

Fan nickname for Ulquiorra.

It came up because his name is tricky to spell properly, and because the person his name is derived from is Patricia Urquiola. It's a lot easier to remember, to be honest.

I've edited my other post for some changes to Orihime. And here's a "re-imagining" for a filler character, mostly to properly represent his abilities.

Name: Nijigasumi, Rainbow Mist

User: Ichinose Maki

Ability: This zanpakuto is able to produce limitless amounts of light using Ichinose's spiritual energy. As is typical for many elemental zanpakuto, this weapon possesses multiple techniques that manipulate the light element in some form.

The first ability Shinkiro Nijigasumi, Mirage of the Rainbow Mist, is one of the more subtle ones it possesses. With this Ichinose is able to manipulate the light produced by the blade or in the surrounding area to bent light rays, making a specific target invisible to the naked eye. This can be used on himself, another person, an inanimate object or a specific area depending on his intent. However this is only able to effect an opponent's vision whilst leaving their other senses unhindered, making it best used for momentary disguise or distraction.

The second is Keimo Nijigasumi, Enlightenment of Rainbow Mist, which takes the opposite approach to the previous ability by bathing an area in bright light. This completely blinds those within the area and prevents those outside from being able to look in. As the user of the ability, Maki is the only one who remains unhindered which allows a large advantage over his opponent.

One of Nijigasumi's offensive ability is Kaijin Nijigasumi, Brilliant Blade of Rainbow Mist, which dissolves the zanpakuto's blade and replaces it with one composed entirely of light. This concentration of hard light grants it cutting ability beyond the norm and can produce mirage-like effects to disguise the blade's movement. In addition to this, Maki can produce blades of light which move seperately from the weapon which he can use in melee combat or fire as projectiles.

Finally, the strongest ability in Maki's arsenal is Saigyoku Nijigasumi Swallowing Orb of Rainbow Mist, which causes a multitude of twinkling lights to appear and form together around an opponent, creating a huge sphere which engulfs everything within a significant radius. Immediately following that, the sphere collapses in on itself, using the compressed light to crush everything within it.

Not sure who this would belong to. Chad seems like the best bet, but honestly it's kinda specialized enough that it could go to anyone viable, maybe even the buddies who haven't gotten powers yet.

The King's Seal: The ability instantly creates a limited number of solid rune circles of variable size anywhere within a limited area around the user. This seal has multiple simple functions that make it an incredibly versatile ability.

Amplification: The primary function of this ability, The King's Strike is that any attacks that hit it on the receiving side will be amplified significantly and fired through the opposite side of the rune. The larger the seal is, the more area the blast covers, though the less damage it does as the power is spread out over the area of the seal. If the strike is a blunt blow, like a punch, the rune with fire forth a massive blast of energy, akin to one of Chad's blasts. If the strike on the receiving side is made with a bladed weapon the rune will fire out a slash wave akin to a Getsuuga. The stronger the receiving blow, the stronger the blast fired at a fixed rate of amplification.

Stacking: Multiple runes can be stacked together to amplify each subsequent blow, allowing for a stunningly powerful blast depending how many runes are used in succession.

Teamwork/Barriers: The blows do not have to be made by the user, any strike will be amplified, be it from a teammate or an enemy. However this is not as simple to exploit, as only one side actually takes in blows, the other side, The King's Shield, will instead repel any blows directed towards it, allowing for the seal to make a very effective barrier.

Seal Shape: The Seal also has additional functions that make it a far more versatile weapon than it at first appears. The shape of the rune itself is not fixed to a simple flat circle, the user can either make it concave or convex. A concave arrangement allows for The King's Lance, a focused blast that directs all the power from the rune at a fixed point, focusing all the power in one spot. A convex arrangement allows for The King's Wave, where the blast is directed at a larger area, the power being reduced in order to ensure a greater chance to hit the target.

Fixed vs. Unfixed: Any given seal can be either fixed in placed or allowed for free movement based on either force directed at it or the users whim. Fixed seals are better for barriers and free ones allow for moving the blasts to help aim, but allowing free motion allows for something akin to instant movement. The King's Charge simply requires two seals, one fixed and the other not, step on the unfixed one to fire a blast into a concave seal (Directed so that the fired blast bounces back on the unfixed seal) and effectively rush forward by riding on the free moving seal.

Storing Energy/Absorbing Enemy attacks: At the same time the user can choose to instead store the energy of multiple blows to amplify the amount of energy that will be fired on the other end to create a significantly stronger blast, though obviously this will take more time to set up. This can also be used defensively by facing the absorbing side toward the enemy's attack to absorb it into the seal, and then rotating the seal allows you to fire the now magnified blast back. However the seals do have an upper limit on the amount they can absorb and will explode if the attack exceeds that limit.

Rotating Seals/Buzz-saw Edge: The King's Blast, the seals can spin in place, allowing for rotating shots to help focus the damage even further. Combined with a concave seal this allows for a very powerful drill shot. Finally thanks to this rotation the edge of the seal effectively becomes a buzz-saw, meaning while rotating the edge of the seal gains the ability to cut whatever it comes in contact with. This ability, The King's Blade, can be coupled with the unfixed ability to fire the edge of the seals at the enemy in an attempt to cut them, or used to create a cutting blow to be amplified by another seal.

Binding/Spell Sever: The King's Shackles, the last ability the seal grants is that anything caught within the seal when it is formed is effectively stuck within it unable to move for a limited time, akin to a binding Kido. This means with proper timing the user can trap a target by forming a seal around them. Further this ability will also cut off energy flowing through kido and kido like abilities, particularly bakudo that the seal is formed around. Meaning a Kido like Hainawa that ties up an enemy with a string will be severed and negated if a seal is properly placed around the connected string, or the 6 rods of light kido will also be severed if the seal forms around the rods.

An alternative method I borrowed from FateBlack Reflection for increasing Orihime's versatility; instead of adding her shields together, she could swap around the fairy spirits that form them.

For example, Hinagiku, Lily and Baigon are used to form the Santen Kesshun. So what would happen if you used Tsubaki instead of Lily? Or Shun'o (from the Souten Kisshun) instead of Baigon?

This gives Orihime dozens of way to tweak the abilities of each of her main shields.

True, you could try different combos, but ultimately if you restricted yourself to what the fairies themselves do you don't really get a lot of options. I mean you have three walls, a blade, and two reality rejectors. Obviously you could probably create physical weapons using a combo of a wall and a blade I guess, but ultimately that doesn't really serve her all that well since she's not really a weapon wielding type.

Best case scenario is she gets some special attacks to use I guess (Maybe a wall and blade combo like makes you explode from the inside or starts degenerating you with a rejector and a blade) but at best that's pretty much just her still using her solitary attack in increasingly more gruesome ways. Orhime's type would actually be far better suited for a spell set type build, complete with buffs and elements to go with the barriers and white magic, but it's difficult to do without some significant branching out.

Well I suppose you could activate hax using the rejector fairies if you tried hard enough to at least unlock elemental... Buffs would be damned hard to justify though.

Actually... maybe I'm limiting my options too much by purely looking at ways to twist what the fairies do, and should instead maybe look at ways of twisting what they are. Maybe instead of trying to find ways to work around their capabilities, maybe all that's needed is to give them an upgrade to entirely change the way she'd approach battling.

Orhime herself isn't a fighter, it's damned hard to see her in any sort of combat situation that isn't basically having beams fired from behind a shield while having her wounded pals healed. Her type of character is best suited for a healer role, or the barrier maiden, or the spell caster, because ultimately her going into the fray and punching a dude's lights out or weilding a good weapon (While hilarious in imagery) doesn't really match her. No, the Fairies work just as well despite their limited viability because she technically doesn't have to be the one who deals the blows or takes the damage. She just fuels them to fight, defend, and heal for her.

So let's take that to its logical extreme. Maybe all that's needed is to beef up the fairies themselves. Maybe we don't need to twist the fairies roles around to make Orihime a caster, so much as a Summoner. Focus her powers in beefing up the fairies to the point where they can become potent combatants that can each singly enter the fray for her. Human sized Tsubaki and the gang, with beefed up skills to augment what they already had to complement their new forms. A set of Guardians if you will.

One of the barrier guys was built like a tank wasn't he, so human sized that would hold too, and since he's a wall you could get all sorts of blunt force type skills. One chick I know looked like a damned good spell weaver, Tsubaki's always looked like a speedster who just blitzes around and cuts a bitch, there's a dude with a goddamn Eyepatch, another one who looks basically like Mashiro, etc... I mean look at these guys: <a href='http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Orihime_Inoue#Ayame' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Orihime_Inoue#Ayame</a>

Full sized and with abilities to match, they'd be an absurd force to deal with. Build her skills around her team fighting for her and you actually could get quite a bit to work with. You get the advantage of easily being able to bullshit additional capabilities within their now bigger forms, as well as more ways to use them that don't coincide with Orihime necessarily having to wield skills that don't seem suited for her, since more combat viable 'people' will be doing it instead. And more importantly you can actually expand on the goddamn fairies as opposed to only giving enough character to Tsubaki for at least his name to be remembered half the damn time.

Further you can actually put quite a few limitations on it by sheer nature of what it is. How much power would it take just to allow one of her Guardian's to go full size and fight with the full extent of their capabilities? Let alone all of them. It would take a significant amount of growth to be able to reach that kind of point, which gives you a good deal of development possible. And indeed, once she gets to the point where she can do multiple at once, there's no need to neglect the possibility of combos still being viable, only much, much more powerful in their new state.

I mean there's such a logical inflation of power that you could basically call this what amounts to a Bankai of sorts for her. Once the Rejection fairies gain enough power to be viable forces, you could really see reason to be scared of what she's capable of. :ph43r:

And hell, if that doesn't fly, maybe makes fighting too easy for her since she'd essentially just be behind a wall the enitre time, maybe we can use a similar approach to 'twisting what the fairies are' to take this in an entirely different direction instead... Magi for example has some rather interesting mechanics for how it works with Djinn and the people who find ways to use them... Djinn Equip is what they called it (Stupid name, fascinating concept). Even if you wanted to purely keep Orihime as the one fighting, there are ways to exploit that too if you do it right and get equally fascinating results...

Expanding on this thought, let's break down the Fairies and see what would best fit them individually: <a href='http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Orihime_Inoue#Ayame' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>http://bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Orihime_Inoue#Ayame</a>

Ayame: Looking at her, spell mistriss seems pretty obvious. The 'God' portion of the rejection sphere, the one who can will things into existence. A reality warper of sorts. In both cases, whether Orihime charges her with enough power to unlock her human form or fuses with her to 'take on her powers' in the equip method, this is likely what skills will be granted. Which makes her probably the most outright broken of the bunch, but 'time' would be her biggest weakness, because clearly she can't just do thing instantly.

Baigon: This is obvious, just look at this guy. Tank. The 'Wall' Part of the Sheild clearly, blunt physical blows via strength or pushing walls of force outward and defense should be the focus of the build here, whether she summons him directly, or 'equips' him to augment her own physical capabilities.

Hinagiku: Well he's got a goddamn eyepatch. Freaking Laser Beams obviously. Well, more logically, if he plays any part of the wall, it's likely a 'Prediction' capability to know where to put the wall in a given situation to properly defend. His capacity should be the ability to analyze and keep track of the flow of battle in both possible upgrades, and since he's also part of the wall, accurately and lethally putting up barriers at the perfect moment would be his best offensive feature, as a good offense requires a good defense. That and he could probably also shoot one out his freaking eye. :p

Lily: A toughy, but ultimately with those glasses there's only one thing it could possibly be. Sheer out and out speed, the capacity that would logically allow the wall to be erected quickly to defend from attacks. Not particularly good for offense, though obviously she'd also be granted use of walls too, though lacking power and prediction she wouldn't be the best with them, but frankly you don't need all the best firepower if you can hit them so fast they can't react.

Shun'o: Dude looks like a Kung fu fighter so frankly given that and the fact that he's part of the rejection sphere, negation is probably his best bet, a balanced martial art user that specializes in using the capability to negate incoming attacks or his own damage. Keep the theme going and give this particular form, be it summon or equip, something good to work with. Also potentially good for a balanced fighter in itself, though offensive wise he's lacking considerably.

Tsubaki: Was there ever any doubt? Blades, he's effectively the lancer of the group. Dude's pretty much her only weapon, which is to throw himself at the enemy and freaking cut them. Entire body would obviously be able to be sharpened for attack. Obviously the best offensive member of the group, though combat wise he's mainly lacking in defense. Given that and his ability is probably the most gruesome of the bunch, he likely wouldn't be used that often equip wise.

Obviously this doesn't go into the possible combo's she could do either Equip wise, or if she gains enough capability to empower multiple at once, but it's a decent set of skills to work with. Obviously when empowered to human size, they'd be completely the same, but equip wise I could easily see Orihime's garb melding into the Fairy's to denote her entering the state. It's how I picture it for now of course. Probably the most interesting possible advancement I've seen for her yet at the very least, depending which you go with.

I find myself favoring the 'Equip' option right now, if only because it lets me focus on Orihime actually doing the combat, even if logically she'd be driven by the particular fairy she melds with. Though the summon one might work on a high end level, depending how you want to spin it. Either way lets you expand the individual fairies with ease if you use it properly, which is fine by me. Tsubaki and the rest of the bunch could use some more coverage.

Two concepts I'm building up for skill sets for two of the people who were developed to have sort of powers that Kubo probably can't get around to. Keigo himself is a tricky beast that I haven't quite nailed down something I like for (yet anyway) but these two I think I've fleshed out something reasonable for.

Technically these don't have to be Full Bring based powers, hell in my head Tatsuki's is a pure demonic power to help build up a sort of demon motif around her (The Zaraki of the group mayhaps). However since Full Bring was the last main human arc, almost anyway, that's what I'll be using to help define these. However you can tweek these as needed to fill some other skill set if necessary, certainly Chad and Orihime don't fill in as proper Fullbringers themselves.

Name: MÚdula (As in MÚdula Ësea or Bone Marrow)

User: Tatsuki

Availability: Available to all.

Ability: The core ability Tatsuki has is to channel energy through her blood and bones, allowing her to manipulate them to a certain extent and use the energy flowing through them in a mirad of ways (Ie: the fire/energy blasts she does in the filler/sketches). This basically allows her to attempt to reduce certain levels of damage, vastly increases her physical capabilities, and allows her to use limited energy attacks. In extreme circumstances however she uses this ability to keep moving even if her body is utterly destroyed, letting her restructure her damaged bones back into place and forcing the blood to keep flowing in her veins as she forces her limbs to keep going as she continues to engage in combat.

Her ability primarily takes shape in a long bone like weapon that she summons, which she can either use as a staff or more commonly she instead splits into two tofna, which functions as her primary weapon. Much like her body she can channel energy through this weapon for some specialized attacks (including small scale projectiles or devastating close combat strikes and combos), and can also extend the bone like substance as well as reshape it to a limited degree, allowing her to come up with some devastating close combat capabilities by adding spikes or blades to her tofna's in key moments during close quarter combat.

However the energy channeling nature of this weapon vastly increases the more damage Tatsuki takes, as the weapon becomes stained with her blood allowing her to more freely manipulate energy with it. Once the weapon becomes completely red, she essentially reaches her maximum potential, ignoring the vast amount of damage she took as she can basically create energy constructs to help augment her weapon far past her normal reshaping capabilities as well as allowing her to channel much more power than before into her energy attacks.

Depending how much skill she gained using both the weapon and learning how to use her energy attacks, she can easily become a complete monster once she reaches this state. Much like Kenpachi himself, she completely refuses to fall no matter how much damage she has taken, and enemies begin to see her as less like a human but more like a demon the more and more she revels in battle in such a state.

Name: Archivo de Negaci¾n Nexo (Archive of the Negation Nexus)

User: Mizuro

Availability: Available to all.

Ability: Channeled through Mizuro's phone, his ability is primarily non combat oriented. Mizuro freely manipulates a limited and rather small zone of Negacion that works well in completely protecting himself from harm, however otherwise has very limited means of attack. He can fire micro spikes from his phone directly into the skulls of mindless hollows giving him complete control over them (which if he keeps up could give him a large supply of mindless drones to aid him), but this ability is worthless against anything with an actual mind to fight his control or capable of blocking the spikes with any sort of ease.

Further beyond that he only has some very limited energy manipulation techniques he stored to the archive to fall back on to attack with, which with his low reserves isn't remotely efficient at higher levels of combat, essentially making him a low level caster at best in a pinch. He could deal with basic hollows rather easily but most arrancar and upper level shinigami would eat him for breakfast since he doesn't have the power to properly use higher level spell type techniques. However the true nature of his ability is the capability he has to freely manipulate tiny strands of Negacion across massive distances and through other planes of existence (Human world to HM or SS, etc...) to marked allies or locations to process and store information, scan targets, relay messages, and transmit information to others.

The true beauty of Mizuro's ability comes from it's sheer support potential. His Negacion zone essentially becomes his hub as he summons screens and input pads to help him properly focus on all relevant details of combat going on at the time. He can contact any one of his allies that he's especially tagged with his ability, view what's going on around them and scan anything within a limited range in their vicinity, channel any specific messages between them no matter how far apart, store and update positions and location maps to keep track of where everyone is in relation to each other, all of which allowing him to easily help organize an offensive and share important information between them as needed.

Further via scanning more and more complex abilities and storing them in his archives, he can also upload compatible techniques to allies for their use. Obviously this method of 'learning' is going to have vastly more limited results than actually properly learning the technique itself, but certainly helps in a pinch when you don't have that kind of time and need something that works now.

Notably this specific ability uploading facet of it, as well as a few other features is ripped from the "Archive" spellset in Fairy Tail mind, so read here to get a potentially better understanding of it: <a href='http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Archive' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Archive</a>

That's something I think is fairly compatible and would work well for those two. I'll have to think harder for Keigo to find something fitting, he's a tricky one. Well him an Chizuru but mercifully she doesn't seem to have a similar degree of development in that regard so I might be able to skip her.

Name: Armadura del Coloso, Armour of the Colossus

User: Chad

Ability: This is ChadÆs strongest form which reveals the true nature of his powers, cladding his entire body in armour and strengthening all his abilities. The only visible features of his face are his pupil-less red eyes and a curved horn protruding from his temple. The appearance of his arms remains the same but have spread out to cover his entire body; his left and right side are white and black respectively, with crimson lines decorating it entirely.

Usually Chad receives a physical and spiritual boosts when his power evolves but this doesnÆt occur when simply activating his armour. However, this form causes his spiritual power to swell when activated and all his physical attributes are increased. It can temporarily fix injuries by binding bleeding wounds, reinforcing broken bones, and fixing dislocated joints, allowing Chad to fight far beyond his usual limits. He doesnÆt possess any new techniques when in this form but his original ones are all upgraded to a higher form. The closest comparison to this armour is an ArrancarÆs Resurrecci¾n.

Name: Brazo Izquierda del Diablo, Left Arm of the Devil

Ability: As ChadÆs defensive power lies within his right arm, his offensive power lies within his left. When spiritual energy is channelled through his left arm it gains the ability to deconstruct any substances it comes into contact with. La Muerte combines this deconstruction ability with the physical force of the punch for incredible damage.

Name: El Trueno, The Thunder

Ability: This technique is a combination of El Directo and La Muerte. Chad channels spiritual energy through both of his arms before unleashing a two-fisted punch on his target in a specific point. The volatile energy collides together and unleashes a blow with more force than what would normally be attainable.

Name: La Fiesta, The Feast

Ability: ChadÆs Shield has the ability to absorb spiritual energy and collect it within his body, allowing him to negate incoming energy-based attacks from his enemies. This energy is then converted for his own use. However, the attack doesnÆt need to be aimed at him for this to work; the shield can like a lightning rod, forcibly drawing energy attacks towards him. However, absorbing too much energy at once or using the technique too often within a short time frame could severely damage his body.

Name: Hakkaten, Point of Ignition

User: Tatsuki

Ability: Tatsuki has the ability to produce, control and manipulate fire and heat at will with her spiritual power. The ability provides Tatsuki with a huge potential for growth as the variety of techniques sheÆs capable of is only limited by her creativity and imagination. The amount of fire she can produce is dependent on her spiritual power and the intensity of them grows with her experience.

TatsukiÆs main use of this ability is to generate flames around her hands and feet to strengthening her blows and burning her opponents. Additionally, she can attack her opponent with punches and kicks which produce miniature fireballs and missiles of flame, or execute spinning kicks and sweeping arm movements to create rings and arcs and flame. She can shoot continuous streams of fire from her fingertips, fists, palms or legs (or even from her mouth) which can be widened or narrowed as necessary.

To enhance her movement, Tatsuki can produce jets of fire from her body to propel herself at high speeds on the ground or through the air. She can even conjure them from her arms and legs to boost the striking power of the corresponding limb e.g. expelling a jet of fire from her elbow when punching for extra momentum.

These methods take advantage of her talent for close combat and many years of martial arts training which are further enhanced by the awakening of her spiritual power. As her strength and skills grows, Tatsuki becomes able to shape various constructs out of her flames such as swords, daggers, whips and shields.

TatsukiÆs strongest ability is known as Hakkasaku, Ignition Burst, which coats her entire body in fiery plasma. Her flames turn blue, possessing more physical force and producing a combustive effect that is more intense than her regular fire. In this state itÆs nearly impossible to touch her without injury and burn, if not vaporise, substances just by proximity.

Rukia

Name: Fuyusode no Shirayuki, Winter Sleeve of White Snow

Ability: In this form, Shirayuki becomes a white, double-bladed scythe with a diamond-shaped shard of ice protruding from the shaftÆs end. Rukia herself is transformed as her clothing is replaced by a flowing white kimono with a long blue sash tied around her waist. Rukia can use more advanced version of the first three dances and gains two new dances as well.

Name: Yon no Mai: Hakusame, Fourth Dance: White Rain

Ability: This dance creates dozens of spears made of dense ice. Rukia aims these spears at her target and then fires them at high speeds to skewer the opponent. She can choose to fire them simultaneously or consecutively and is able to change their directions before shooting.

Name: Saigo no Mai: Shirakaze, Final Dance: White Wind

Ability: This dance creates a tornado of ice which forcibly draws in opponents towards it, freezing them within its boundaries and shattering their bodies. Rukia can control the size of the tornado and have it move according to her will, allowing her to use it before offensively and defensively.

Notes: This is one is obviously inspired by Dark Rukia but she was originally meant to have a scythe and I personally like the similarities to Kaien's zanpakuto, so I went with this.

Ishida

Name: Letzt Stil, Last Style

Ability: In an attempt to reach a higher tier of power, Uryuu used his genius intellect and significant amounts of research material to try and recreate a re-usable version of the Quincy: Letzt Stil and make it re-usable. This led to him developing a experimental method involving himself grafting a series of spell patterns composed of his own blood and liquefied reiryoku onto his entire body. When active, these spell patterns vastly increase UryuuÆs reishi-gathering ability, generating the Letzt Stil form, and control the flow within his body to prevent it from undergoing too much strain.

In this form, Uryu is able to break down reishi molecules and absorb them, collecting reishi and then transforming them into his strength. It can be considered ôdominanceö over reishi. His spiritual power is greatly enhanced as well, to the point that his reiatsu inflates. The power of UryuÆs arrows is drastically increased; any arrows formed from this energy appear noticeably solid, at least when unfired, rather than just the standard bolts of spiritual energy. While the magnitude of power can be controlled, an average arrow has enough power to severely injure a captain-class combatant. The Hirenkyaku is much faster and using in conjunction with their augmented arrows, a Quincy in their Letzt Stil becomes a deadly opponent to all but the most powerful opponents/threats.

Notes: Contradicted myself once again. I planned to not bother with this but then I just went and did it anyway. I think the method I came up with is at least plausible enough by manga standards.

I've also got a different version of Mizuiro's ability which is primarily what Omega gave but instead of mind controlling Hollows, he able to use the Negacion threads like a razor wire as a means of defending himself. I won't bother submitting it since it's mostly the same.

Reason I gave Mizuro that, though it didn't seem to build into the theme, was purely for a vibe that he's more the 'general' than anything else. Basically it was purely a feature to give him more freeform units to use if say Yuzu got into trouble somewhere else or something. He's the guy would generally be working behind the scenes to coordinate everyone. Hell, had the Aizen thing turned into an actual war, he'd be by far the most dangerous of them all.

Plus Negacion is technically hax in terms of defense as is, so long as he can sustain it which naturally would have to last ages, he basically cannot be touched. Like Not even YAMAMOTO kind of can't touch this. Can't really give him anything too potent on top of that. I suppose the fact that he's completely stationary in it might also be a good limitation though.

That said, not bad ideas. Rukia's one reminds me of this image actually:

Which is quite fitting. :sisi:

I think I'm narrowing down something for Keigo as is, well my own personal interpretation at least. Since I technically made it such that Chad was Strength, Tatsuki was technique, and Ichigo's been slow for freaking ages, I'm thinking of just screwing my personal bias and moving speed over to him instead.

Before I post it though I want to solidify something, ANYTHING for Kon first though. And come up with something to make both appropriately quirky. Which I think I might have hit on something actually. Would probably be story related though, thus not as appealing, but the thought of Kon and Keigo broing it up and getting into shenanigans does feel strangely apt.

I'd do something for the Don, but Purification/Nullification as it was done in Hammered Down is so brilliant I can't touch that, though obviously some quirky techniques will have to be had there. I've already solidified KANON-KEN and the ever so apt KANON BOMB ages ago. Truly the sort of techniques the youngins would have passed on to him. :snigger:
