Cowboy Bebop vs. Predator

An inexperienced but ambitious young hunter decides to make Spike, Faye and Jet his prey and future trophies. And the bounty hunters are forced to team up with some of the Triad hitmen working for Vicious in order to stay alive.

Isn't this the crossover people keep mentioning their going to do, but never do? While a fusion would take a bit of work, it shouldn't take THAT much with how similar the worlds are in character (if not detail).

S'not how I'd do it, though. I'd throw in some more stuff to make it crazy-epic. I can think of a few other verses that could be mixed in, along with a few different ways of pulling it off.

Mah. Maybe I should make a thread to dump all of my ideas?

There are series that cross causually with lots of things. and their are series that don't really cross well at all.

One Piece falls firmly in the later.

One piece only fails if you cross them into another universe. Putting someone else in the one piece universe can work quite well. There was a decent Ranma crossover idea in the Ranma section, in fact.

Part of the attraction of One Piece is we get to see Oda's crazy world one island at a time. Most authors don't create worlds with so much new and interesting stuff.

How crazy would people think I am if I said I wanted to cross everything over with Predator, now that my old Predator fanboyism has been re-ignited?

There's so many fun people to hunt like Ranma, various Gundam pilots, magical girls and so many more.

Plenty of those people would instapawn a Predator. They get killed by freken Xenomorphs.

It could actually be vice-versa as well. That they defeat Aliens, but in return get defeated by a Predator in the end.

Besides most Predators don't seem to mind being killed by worthy prey.

One-shot crackfic idea:

A game between Mousse (Ranma), TenTen (Naruto), and Sousuke (Full Metal Panic): Disarm Poker.

It's sort of like strip poker, except instead of discarding clothing, they're discarding concealed weapons. The look on any observer's face after they've been at it for awhile should be interesting.

Anything with Excalibur during the Cross-Time Caper saga.

Like getting stranded in the One Piece universe for a while and teaming up with the Straw Hat Pirates against a common foe or tricking both groups into fighting each other through a villain's machinations. Nightcrawler who's a lover of Errol Flynn and movies of pirates and swashbucklers would love to stick around there for a while.

Arguing with magical girls about their utopian future kingdoms in reality being dystopian dictatorships.

Feeling forced to battle White Fang and the Gundam pilots in the Gundam Wing-verse due to White Fang's terrorist activities, even though they might not like the Earth-ruled societies.

Rachel as Phoenix going head to head with Saffron on Mt. Phoenix.

Defending the surviving pockets of human survivors in the Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann universe and have Shadowcat use her programming and hacking skills to use.

There are more characters in Dresden Files than just Harry, though. Some of them are a bit harder to name.

I also have a feeling that many of the wizards have their name slightly different from their birth certificate.

Would the Death Note require his True Name? Very few public records refer to Harry as Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden.
