So, I've been having some... Issues (namely my muse not cooperating) with some chapters in Dance in Time.

And I wanted to write *SOMETHING* and this has been in my mind for awhile, so, why not at least write and post the 2nd of the sequels to Dance with the Devil?

This story, though, is probably going to be a lot more lewd than most, at least how I plan it, I might not write it, but if I do, I'll post the chapters in the appropriate NSFW thread.

Anyway, without further adieu...

Dance in Sin City

Prologue

Sitting in the ice cream parlor, Rei Hino, a young woman with long, raven black hair, mentally sighed as she listened to her friends talk about unimportant things. She normally would have joined in, but she was getting frustrated by certain things.

"Is something wrong, Rei?" The girl with short, blue-colored hair, Ami Mizuno, who was sitting next to her asked her. "You seem distracted."

"A bit." Rei admitted as she looked at the small bowl of half-eaten icecream in front of her. "I've been worried about what's going to happen in the future."

"What do you mean?" Minako Aino, a girl with long, blonde hair that free-flowed down her back as she looked at Rei with her blue eyes. "With Galaxica out of the picture, shouldn't things be peaceful until that one event?"

That one event that Minako mentioned was known to all of them as the Great Freeze. Though none of them knew how it was supposed to happen, all of them knew it was going to happen.

"Well," Rei gave Minako and the other two members at the table, a tall girl with brown hair done up in a loose ponytail and green eyes, Makoto Kino, gave her a smile while the last girl, Usagi Tsukino, a blonde-haired girl with her hair done up in two hair buns on either side of her head, giving her a twin-tail look on her head while her blue eyes looked at Rei in concern. "It's not that, there's not much I can do about that, but I'm more concerned with what we're going to do when we graduate school."

"That's a legitimate concern," Ami nodded in agreement, "while Rei and I have careers already planned out, what about the rest of you?"

Makoto sighed and clasped her hands behind her head. "With all the craziness that happened with Galaxica, I fell behind in my classes and it took a lot of work to get caught up. I'm not sure what to do. I'd love to become a chef and have my own restaurant, or at least a food cart."

"Well, I want to be a model." Minako admitted. "But after that? I'm not sure. I've heard some models make a lot of money, it would be nice to live that kind of life."

"Yes, but such a life is hard too." Ami pointed out. "A lot of traveling and you wouldn't have much time for anything."

"Well, it's not like I have any luck in the romantic department." Minako pointed out. "And if that happens, well, I doubt any of us would have much luck with it. Besides, as the saying goes there's always more ponds in the sea."

"That's fish in the sea." Makoto said with a sweat-drop.

Rei was going to say something when the door to the parlor opened up and she chanced a glance at the door. Seeing a young woman with short, brown hair and brown eyes walking in while pushing a stroller normally wouldn't be eye-catching, for Rei, the woman was radiating energy that left her feeling nervous. "...Amy," Rei whispered as the woman walked past them and went to the counter, "could you do a quick scan of her?"

"Hmm?" Ami blinked in confusion as she looked at the woman as she made an order at the counter. "Sure," she flipped open a small palm computer and started to tap on the keys, "is there a reason for it?"

"I don't know." Rei admitted while the other three girls looked at the woman seriously.

Well, two of them did, Usagi wasn't sitting down.

"Meatball head!" Rei hissed as she saw her friend walking up to the woman and the stroller.

"Oh so cute!" Usagi gushed as she looked into the stroller, causing the woman to jump and give her a look of shocked surprise. "Oh! I'm sorry! I was just so taken aback by how cute this little one is. Is this your baby?"

The woman put her hand on her chest and smiled, nodding. "Yes. This is my son, Saito." She looked at him as he looked at the two and smiled back, squealing and waving his chubby arms and legs around. "My name's Nabiki Saotome, and you are?"

"Usagi Tsukino." Usagi said with a big smile while bowing. "I just couldn't help myself."

"It's okay." Nabiki said as she paid for her ice-cream cone and pushed her son out. "I'm heading to the park three blocks West of here if you and your friends want to follow after me."

As she left, she gave a quick look at Rei with a small smile and walked out, causing the raven-haired girl to shiver and look at Ami, who was looking pale herself. "Ami?"

"The energy that she's putting out... It's very dark, but tightly controlled. If Rei hadn't told me to scan her, I'd never detect it."

"Aww man!" Usagi groused as she heard that when she got back to the table. "She seems so nice. Do we have to..?"

"At the very least," Rei said with a serious look on her face, "we need to make sure that she's not planning anything."

"Since when do bad guys explain their plans the first time we meet them?" Minako asked as the five girls got up and left the establishment.

(---)

It didn't take them long to find Nabiki as she was sitting in a porch swing that the park had set up for mothers with young children. Looking up at the five younger girls, Nabiki gave them a small smile. "I knew you five would follow after me."

"That's..." Usagi began and Nabiki chuckled.

"You five were there when the craziest stuff ever happened, weren't you?" Nabiki interrupted them. "When all those sex demons came forth and were stopped by various magical girls, ninjas, martial artists, demon hunters and the like." She looked at her son as she rocked his stroller. "I've known about you five and your other allies for a long time."

The five girls got tense as Nabiki looked back at them with a smile. "After all, you five have saved the world more times than anyone could imagine."

"I don't know what you're talking about..." Usagi said and Nabiki held up a hand.

"How about this? Do you five have a spot that we can meet in private?" She asked them. "You can call your allies up. I'll explain everything to you."

"And what do you want?" Rei asked as she reached into her pocket to grab at something.

"Simply to talk." Nabiki told her. "And to make an offer to the five of you and your allies."

"An offer?" Ami asked as she frowned in confusion. "What kind of offer?"

Nabiki merely smiled at her. "I want to offer the Sailor Senshi a job protecting and policing the supernatural."

Chapter 1

Nabiki mentally sighed as she saw the five girls suddenly get defensive and reach into their pockets. "Ladies, please, if I wanted to cause you harm, why would I tell you that I know who you are?" She was relieved when they all paused. "Call your allies, choose a place we can meet in private and I promise I'll explain everything."

"Are you really just offering a job?" Makoto asked and Nabiki nodded as she brushed a hair out of her eyes.

"Well, yeah." Nabiki smiled and looked at her son. "I am in need of security and police."

"Then why not hire regular police instead of reaching out to us?" Ami asked and Nabiki turned her head and narrowed her eyes.

"You're a smart girl, I'm sure you know what happens when regular people get roped into our world." Nabiki stood up and dusted her jeans off. "I will assure all of you that I have no plans to take over the world. That's too much work and my husband would spank me over it." She smirked at the five girls as they looked somewhat uncomfortable. "Then again, maybe getting spanked would be fun."

"I didn't need to know that." Rei muttered and Nabiki laughed softly. "Even if we believe you, that doesn't explain the negative energy you're putting out."

"I'll explain in private." Nabiki told her. "And when your allies show up. Your favorite meeting place is the Hikawa Shrine, isn't it?" She sighed upon seeing them tense up. "Again, please calm down, I merely wish to make an offer and that's all. I just don't want to repeat myself multiple times. In fact," Nabiki nodded, "I'll let you know that, right now, if you turn me down, I won't push the issue and I'll just leave."

"It's because we've dealt with villains who were overconfident and you coming across like that." Makoto said and Nabiki blinked a few times. "Well?"

"Okay, that makes sense." Nabiki nodded. "I know more than a few people who were like that. They're all dead now. I apologize for the whole if I wanted you dead thing." Seeing their confused but softening expressions, she continued. "I really do want your help though." She grabbed the stroller and started to push it out of the park. "Shall we go?"

"I really don't like this," Rei said with a frown, "it feels like she's leading us around by our noses and if it's a trap..."

"That's why I'm going to call in the others." Makoto said as she pulled out a phone. "I just hope that this isn't a trap."

"Well," Usagi smiled nervously as they followed Nabiki out of the park. "maybe she's being honest?"

"A bad guy being honest?" Rei asked dubiously.

"It could happen." Usagi smiled back at her. "Besides, I want to at least give her a chance before doing anything rash."

Rei sighed and hung her head. "That's so like you." It was the reason that the Senshi loved her. "But fine."

(---)

When they got to the stairs leading to the Hikawa Shrine, Nabiki had a wry smirk on her face as she realized a few things. "Ah, right," she looked back at Rei, "I forgot, I needed to ask your permission before going in." Rei looked at her in confusion. "It's never a good idea to annoy the gods, even if they aren't likely to do anything to you."

"...Surprisingly enlightened." Rei muttered but nodded. "Yeah, if we're going to meet here, it wouldn't make sense to deny you entry now."

"Um, how are you getting up the stairs?" Minako asked as she looked at the stroller. "I mean, there's some easy ways, but..."

"Well, since I have permission now..." Nabiki said as she pushed a button on the stroller and the five girls were surprised to see the wheels fold under the stroller, but the stroller didn't fall down. "A gift from my employer. I'm testing it before it goes out to mass markets next year."

"...Wait, that looks like Mishima Heavy Industries technology." Ami said as she looked at how easy the stroller hovered and stayed flat, even as Nabiki pushed it up the stairs. "You work for them?"

"I help them develop various technologies, actually." Nabiki answered as they entered the shrine. "Huh," she looked around the open court yard and saw an old man in a temple outfit sweeping the grounds, "how nice."

"It shouldn't take long for the others to show up." Rei said as she walked over to the old man. "Grandfather, my friends and I need to use the big room, please don't bother us."

"Oh sure." The old man smiled as he turned to look at them. "Oh? A new friend?" He perked up upon seeing Nabiki and made his way over to her. "What a lovely young woman." He saw the stroller and his eyes, which were squinted, gleaned. "I see you recently had a child too."

Nabiki laughed and nodded. "Why yes. I was scouting some talented young ladies and I saw your grand-daughter and her friends and wish to offer them a job when they graduate high school."

"Can I have your name?" The old man asked and Rei gave him an annoyed look while Nabiki simply smiled at him.

"Nabiki Saotome."

The old man's attitude changed from jovial to confusion upon hearing that name. "Saotome... You wouldn't happen to be related to Genma Saotome, would you?"

"He's my father-in-law." Nabiki hoped that Genma hadn't done something stupid that she or Ranma would have to fix.

"Oh!" The man instantly perked up. "That's good, I wasn't sure. The last time I saw Genma was when I was meeting with my old friend, Happosai."

Nabiki's eyes shut as she smiled to hide her true feelings. "Is that so?"

"Yep, yep." The old man nodded as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Those were the days. Hearing his stories of the wild antics that his students got into. Why, if I wasn't busy with shrine work and my young wife, I would have loved to have been there with his students."

"I'm surprised that your wife allowed him anywhere near her." Nabiki muttered. As much as Happosai's antics were reserved, she knew what kind of person he was.

The old man laughed and nodded. "Quite right. Well, I'll let you youngings talk in private." He hummed as he put his hands behind his back and walked past Nabiki.

Nabiki smiled and reached out, grabbing his arm as he walked past her. "Nice try, but you aren't my husband, no touching my butt."

"Awww!" He pouted and pulled his arm back. "It's just some harmless fun, you look amazing."

"Thank you, but my answer is the same." Nabiki said while ignoring how Rei started to yell and berate her grandfather for being a lech. "It's okay, Miss Hino." Nabiki smiled at her. "He tried to have his fun, got stopped and didn't press it."

The group went inside and Nabiki mentally frowned upon entering the room. Convincing the five girls in front of her wasn't too hard. Their allies, however, were going to be a pain.

After getting inside and sitting down, Nabiki wondered how to explain things to them when her eyes flashed blue for a moment. "That might work..." She whispered to herself. "I'm sure that your friends will be here soon." The others nodded and Nabiki walked over to a chair and sat down. "I suppose I can tell you a bit before they arrive."

"I thought you didn't want to repeat yourself?" Makoto asked and Nabiki nodded.

"Well, yeah, I don't. But that's not what I'm saying. I want to know, what's your career prospects after high school?" The five girls in front of her shifted slightly even as they moved to sit down around the room. "For me? Before I met my future husband, I thought I was going to live a meaningless life. But after getting engaged, I had adventures and even met important people. Which is how I landed my job at Mishima Heavy Industries. But when I was in my final year in high school I had an idea."

"What?" Usagi asked and Nabiki shook her head.

"Well, during the time I was in high school, various forces of the supernatural world started to make peace treaties and alliances to quell the fighting on the planet and to more easily respond to actual threats. I admit, I'm a bit of a romantic, but I wanted the same thing for humanity and the supernatural. So I wanted to have a city where that could work."

"Then why did you come to us?" Ami asked. "If you're looking for..."

"I'm not stupid. There's various political realities in play and it will take time for things to truly mellow out between the factions." Nabiki shook her head. "Asking a third party that has a history of fighting things that go bump in the night and won't hesitate to take down bad actors was the best plan I could figure out."

"Are we that violent?" Minako whispered to Rei, who gave her a flat stare.

"I have literally burned bad guys into piles of ashes simply because they were annoying me, hurting people and threatening to do worse."

"Oh, good point." Minako nodded and Nabiki laughed softly.

"Plus there's another reason." Nabiki told them, catching their attention. "In our world, there are three options. You die young, you die as an old person, or you live an extremely long time, never aging past your prime." She gave them each a smirk. "And I know for a fact that you five and your allies will all live a very long time."

"So that's why you scouted us out?" Ami asked and Nabiki nodded.

"Yes." She nodded and looked at the doors. "Your friends just finished walking up the steps."

"Can you see through the walls?" Usagi asked and Nabiki shook her head.

"No, just super sensitive hearing." Nabiki answered as the door opened and three women and one younger girl walked in. The first was tall, had slightly tanned skin, reddish eyes and long, green hair. The second was even taller, she was a mannish-looking woman who had short, blonde hair and blue eyes. The third woman was far more feminine in appearance with deep blue eyes and wavy, teal-colored hair. The final girl was physically a bit younger than the rest with dark hair and purple eyes.

The one with green hair looked at Nabiki and then at Usagi. "Can someone explain to me what's going on?"

"Setsuna," Usagi smiled at her, "um, this is Nabiki Saotome and she has a..." Usagi trailed off as she saw Setsuna grimace. It was subtle and quick, but if you weren't looking you wouldn't have noticed. "Is something wrong?"

Setsuna felt like sighing in annoyance but kept it in. "I have... Dealt with Saotomes in the past. Walking chaos magnets. I wasn't fond of the family at first and have mostly tried to keep away from the family. When all of you were being reborn, I did what I could to ensure that the family wouldn't meet any of you."

"You tried to eliminate the Saotome family, didn't you?" Nabiki asked. "And it's a common surname in Japan."

"Yes, but there's only one Saotome family that is so connected to the supernatural that they have a distinctive aura that radiates chaos." Setsuna countered.

"Well, when your ancestor managed to seduce the Japanese luck Goddess, I guess it would be pretty chaotic." Nabiki said with a nod and Setsuna suddenly laughed. "What?"

"So that explains why the most random stuff would happen around them." Setsuna shook her head in amusement. "As for trying to eliminate the Saotome family, I gave up after a few decades. It's easier to just ensure that they're not near where I am than trying to eliminate them."

"Should you be saying that?" The blonde asked and looked at Nabiki.

"I know who each of you are, Sailor Uranus." Nabiki said, causing the blonde to gasp in shock. "Or should I say, Haruka Tenou?" She held up a hand. "Please calm down, I just wanted you to know that you don't need to keep too many of your secrets." She lowered her hand and mentally sighed at the look she was getting from Haruka and the teal-haired woman. "If you please listen, I can explain how I know."

"That... Would help." Setsuna said with a nod as she walked over to a chair and sat down. "Haruka, Michiru, Hotaru, you might as well sit down as well."

After they had sat down, Nabiki nodded. "Do you know what a Sacred Gear is?" Seeing the looks of confusion, she nodded. "I thought so, not many people know about them. To understand it, it's simply a divine artifact created by the God of the Christian Bible to give humanity a chance against the supernatural. Many legendary heroes of the past had Sacred Gears of some sort."

"Wait," Haruka gawked at Nabiki, "you're saying God is real?"

Nabiki snorted at the blonde. "All Deities are real. Or did you miss my comment on my father-in-law's ancestor seducing the Japanese Goddess of Luck?"

"...I was distracted by Setsuna laughing." Haruka admitted, her face turning slightly red.

"I take it that there's different levels of Sacred Gears?" Ami asked and Nabiki nodded.

"Most Sacred Gears are ways for humanity to fight back against monsters. However, there are a special group of them that are so powerful that they can kill Deities, Buddahs, Devils and Demons with ease."

"If they're so powerful, you'd think that they'd be known in history." Michiru said and Nabiki shook her head.

"No, there are only a few hundred Sacred Gear users active at any given time, and even that's a lot." Nabiki looked at each of them before focusing on Michiru. "In fact, it can take decades for Sacred Gears to reincarnate into another person. Sometimes it's instantly, but most of the time it's decades or even centuries between activations. And even if you have one, it can stay dormant your entire life without someone helping you activate it."

"Now I remember," Setsuna muttered softly and everyone looked at her, "during the Silver Millennium there were reports from Earth about people with powerful weapons that allowed them to fight on even footing with the Moon Kingdom's generals. I looked into it, but couldn't find much information, so I dismissed it as local legends of some above-average fighters who made people exaggerate how strong they actually were."

"So now that you understand the basics..." Nabiki trailed off and paused for a moment. "I have to say this, what I'm about to tell you right now, I have to request that none of you go blabbing about it to your friends. This is information that people have, until recently, killed to keep secret."

"Should you tell us then?" Haruka asked as she tensed up.

"To understand how I know so much about all of you, yes." Nabiki answered her and looked at Usagi, who looked concerned. "I know you're the leader. If you want to know exactly how I know, the next bit of information will be rather intense to know."

Usagi thought about it and nodded. "Please, I would like to know."

"Three hundred years ago," Nabiki continued, "a being from an alternate reality came to our world. I don't believe it has a real name, but I heard that some call it Tri-hexa. It's also known as the Beast of the Apocalypse. God confronted the beast. Unable to kill it due to its regenerative powers, even capable of surviving a planet-destroying spell, God had little choice but to use over forty forbidden seals to put the creature away. In doing so, however, He was severely weakened and, before he could recover, fought against the four Great Devil Kings, the rulers of Devils and fell in battle after killing the four of them."

Every single person in the room stared in open shock. Some of them had their mouths wide open in surprise.

"...It could survive something that could destroy the planet?" Hotaru asked and Nabiki looked at her and nodded. "...I..."

"Be thankful that Trihexa came to Earth so long ago." Nabiki shook her head. "However, this is where something unusual happened. After God and the four Great Devil Kings had all perished, pieces of their souls, in the case of God, multiple pieces of His soul, were caught up in the Sacred Gear system and were transformed into Sacred Gears... But because of how those Sacred Gears came to be, all of them are known as Irregular Sacred Gears." Nabiki smirked and shook her head. "The one thing that defines all of them is that they're very, very difficult to utilize properly, at least until you have their Balance Break activated."

"And yours is..."

Nabiki looked at Ami and smiled. "It's easier to show you..." Her eyes glowed blue. "Balance... Break."

A dome of screens surrounded everyone and Nabiki crossed her right leg over her left one at the knee. "My Sacred Gear is called God's Eye." Screens lit up, showing the Sailor Senshi fighting various opponents. It also showed them in their civilian forms hanging out and having fun, fighting with each other and even transforming. "The omniscience of God himself. I haven't fully mastered this Sacred Gear yet, but most of reality can be seen to me."

"This is..." Ami gasped as she stood up. "This is incredible. You could see so much, do so much. You could know what's going to happen in the future and..."

"Not really." Nabiki shook her head and Ami looked at her. "While it's true I can see the future, all I can see are possibilities. I can try to direct things so that I get the best outcome, but I have to let things play out before anything can happen."

"That's..."

"Disappointing?" Nabiki asked and Ami nodded. "Do you know of the great mass extinction events in history?"

"Of course." Ami nodded. "There have been five major extinction events that caused more than ninety percent of all species that have ever existed to become extinct."

"Life itself, in each iteration, was God doing trial runs." Nabiki told her as she dismissed her Sacred Gear. "He did love His creations, but he set up an ending point for them and allowed most of His creations to get wiped out. From what I've been able to tell, He had no more mass extinction events planned as this was what he originally wanted to do, but He wanted to see how life would unfold. He wasn't satisfied with how things went the first couple of times. After the dinosaurs died off, He set up the world as we know it today."

"Why do we need to not talk about God being dead?" Makoto asked Nabiki.

"There are a lot of people who don't know He's dead. If they did, it would cause a crisis of faith." Nabiki sighed softly. "I think this is enough for today." She held up her hand to squash any complaints. "There's more, but..."

"How come you feel like you're pure evil?" Rei asked and Nabiki gave her a sharp look.

"...I forgot that you're psychic." Nabiki shook her head. "Fine." She stood up and closed her eyes before a fluttering sound was heard and several people gasped. Nabiki opened her eyes to look at Rei. "I was a human who was in a terrible car accident and was given a second chance at life. To take this chance, I had to become a Devil. While this saved my life and gave me functional immortality, there's a cost to it. Upon my death, that will be it for me. Humans get to reincarnate when they die, those of us who are not human simply cease to exist upon our deaths." She dismissed her wings and put her hand on the stroller. "I shall return tomorrow. If you wish to know about my deal, I will give you the details then. If you reject my offer, that's fine, I won't hold it against you in the slightest. And no, my offer is not to turn you into Devils." She smiled at them. "I'll tell you more tomorrow."

With a flash of black light, Nabiki disappeared, leaving the Sailor Senshi sitting in the room silently.

"...I like her." Hotaru said.

Chapter 2

Appearing in a large room, Nabiki sighed and sat on the couch, which was large enough for eight people with ease. "What a day." She couldn't believe it went so well. "Still..."

She looked up at the large tv, which took up the entire wall as it lit up with various screens showing the same person on it. "You're going to be a problem." She whispered and shook her head. "I am not old enough to do this to them."

If they accepted, and Nabiki was sure that at least two of the girls would accept, they were going to suffer. "Still, I have other..." Nabiki trailed off as she heard a beeping at the door and turned off the screen. “Enter.” She said as she stood up and the door opened, revealing four rather gorgeous women.

The four of them were dressed in various casual clothing. The first was a woman with a voluptuous figure who wore a black business skirt and a white, long-sleeved shirt that was rather conservative. "I am Asagi Igawa." She said with a bow. Her dark-blue hair was long, reaching down to just above her butt, her eyes were teal in color and she had an aura of being stern and reliable.

"Oooh!" The girl who wore school uniform and had darkened skin and long, brown hair that went to her knees waved her hands. Unlike the other three women who had walked in, she was very flat-chested. Her eyes were a red and purple mix that was unusual, even for Nabiki, who was used to seeing people with purple eyes. "My name is Yukikaze Mizuki." Unlike the other three, Yukikaze had a far more petite body. "Before you ask," she winked and wagged a finger at Nabiki, "I'm not black, I just have a permanent tan."

"She's not wrong." Asagi said with a sigh, "she has tan lines."

"You didn't need to tell her that." Yukikaze said angrily. "It's just that people in Japan look down on you if you're not pure Japanese. I've had people question if I'm pure Japanese and some think that I'm either black or half-black. I just wanted to clear the air."

"That's unfortunately very common in the world." Nabiki shook her head. "But don't worry about it with me. Your skin could be purple for all I care. I just want results and reliable workers." She looked at the last two. "Sorry, I knew there was four people coming, but I didn't get your names."

"That's fine." The woman with short, blonde hair waved her hands. Her blue eyes shimmered in amusement. "My name is Sakura Igawa, Asagi's younger sister." She was wearing thigh-high stockings, a black skirt and a brown vest over a cream-colored long-sleeved shirt. Much like Asagi, she had large breasts and thighs.

"My name is Murasaki Yatsu." The final woman had long, blue hair that was done in a princess-style cut, allowing her side bangs to reach to her large breasts while she kept the rest of her hair tied up in a loose ponytail. Despite this, her hair went all the way to her butt. She had blue eyes as well and was dressed in a black stockings that went up under a white skirt. She had a black tube top and she wore a white dress coat over her shoulders. "Thank you for your time."

"Don't mention it." Nabiki said with a nod. "I am in need of some ninjas."

"Oh good." Sakura said with relief. "I don't like dancing around the issue of what we do for a living for prospective employers."

Murasaki looked around the room and a confused look came over her face as she saw a rather dark corner before shaking it off and looking at Nabiki. "May I ask why you're hiring us?"

“Yes. Please, ladies,” Nabiki said and gestured towards the couch as she moves the stroller to the side. “Have a seat.”

“Is that your child?” Yukikaze asked as she peered at the stroller.

Nabiki smiled and nodded. “Yes, my son. You can coo over him after the meeting.”

The tanned girl nodded and plopped down on the couch.

“Miss Nabiki,” Murasaki began after she, Sakura and Asagi all sat on the couch, “why did you ask to hire us?”

“It's very simple. I am in need of your services.” Nabiki told them. “I am going to be opening a casino and hotel in Las Vegas soon.”

“That… Seems normal.” Sakura muttered and Nabiki nodded.

“Extremely normal.”

“It's a front, isn't it?” Asagi asked and Nabiki nodded again.

“I plan on having a location where beings such as Devils, Demons and other non-humans can mingle with people with the express purpose of taking over the city.”

“And what about the regular people?” Yukikaze asked.

“Their lives won't be affected.” Nabiki told her. “Or at least, not much. As far as the city goes, normal people will live there and rule the city. But I'll be the one in charge from the shadows. Which is why i want a city where normal humans can live in peace with the supernatural.”

Murasaki crossed her shapely legs and frowned in thought. "But many Demons and other non-humans don't see humans as anything more than prey.”

“I know.” Nabiki nodded at her. “That's why I need your help. I need a police force to deal with them.”

“Just us four?” Asagi asked.

“Of course not.” Nabiki shook her head and nodded at the corner of the room as another person walked out of a corner that had been covered in shadow. “Meet Ai Kagano.”

The young woman that had been standing against the corner had short blue hair and red eyes and she was wearing a light blue business suit. Her breasts, unlike three of the ninja girls, were rather modest and bigger than Yukikaze's breasts. She had thigh-high stockings that went from her feet up her legs, stopping just before her skirt and leaving half of her thighs fully exposed, though it did leave the garter belt straps that held her socks up exposed.

“I thought there was someone in the corner.” Murasaki muttered.

Ai smirked slightly. “Looks like I need to work on my stealth then.”

“Ai here is a magical girl.” Nabiki explained. “She already agreed to work with me.”

“Your help with the Yuragi last year was too valuable, Nabiki-sama.” Ai said with a nod as she practically slid over to the couch.

Nabiki nodded with a small smile. “It was mere coincidence that I was in the area, nothing more. Anyway, I'm hoping to have anywhere from two to nine more magical girls join us.”

“This isn't a fight of just pure power, huh?” Yukikaze asked and Nabiki shook her head before she snapped her fingers and the big television turned on.

“For the past twenty months, I've been tracking this woman.” Nabiki said as a screen turned on, revealing a woman in her early twenties with bright pink hair that was cut short, save for a long, thin ponytail coming off the back of her head. She wore a black body suit that clung to her body, showing off her curves, including her large bust and thighs. She was covered in blood and laughing as she killed people on the screen.

“OBORO?!” The other women, other than Ai, screamed in shock and disgust.

Nabiki nodded. “Yes. Sadly, she's hard to track down.” She saw Asagi glaring at the screen. “Something you want to let me know?”

“I swear I killed her eight years ago. I cut her head off and ripped out her heart myself.”

“If it makes you feel better,” Nabiki told her, “you did kill her. This is a clone. She was brought back to life a little over two years ago.” Nabiki had a grim look on her face as she showed them images of Oboro. “It seems that she got some augmentation along the way. Cybernetics and something else…” Nabiki trailed off as the screen showed Oboro fighting some sort of magic user and laughing at the spells as they did minimal damage to her.

“Hahaha haha! Is that all you've got? Come on! Ever since I was revived no one can hurt me!”

Nabiki shook her head. “Whatever was done to her makes her highly resistant to magic, allows her to heal quickly and gave her a weird tattoo on her body.”

Oboro's sadistic grin filled the screen as she killed several people with ease. “If that's all the magic power you've got, I'll eclipse all of you with ease!”

“You don't even need to ask.” Asagi said, “we'll help you against her.”

“Thank you.” Nabiki said with a nod. “But there are others you need to worry about.” She snapped her fingers and two people appeared on screen. “Edwin Black, a vampire." A tall man in a black suit with short, gray hair that was slid up and backwards. "He's a primal vampire, one of the stronger ones too, capable of wandering around in daylight."

How Jedah had missed this one, Nabiki wasn't sure. But he hadn't been in Translvania when Jedah turned most of the Vampires in the world into soul containers in his attempt to reset the world.

"He's working with this Hell Knight..." Nabiki continued as she focused on a dark-skinned woman with pink hair and eyes with very large breasts who wore a revealing black outfit and cape. "She's dangerous and powerful. I'm not sure what to think of these two." She rubbed the bridge of her nose and sighed as the screen turned off. "I'm not sure what to think about them. I just know that they'll all be in Las Vegas within the next six months and I need your help to deal with them."

Nabiki didn't know why they were going to be in Las Vegas, for some reason her ability to scry them was limited. "However, it will take some time. While I have the permits for the casino and hotel done, I have to have the building built." Which, thanks to her connections, wouldn't take as long as it would for normal people. "The top few floors will be set up for you and your co-workers. The top floor will be my personal office and apartment."

"Let me guess," Murasaki said with amusement in her blue eyes, "there's only one way in, and that's the elevator?"

"Of course." Nabiki grinned at her. "After all, it's standard for bad guys and I'm evil itself."

Ai snorted upon hearing that, she knew that Nabiki was a Devil. "Nah, you're just a corrupt CEO."

Yukikaze looked at Sakura, Asagi and Murasaki as they looked confused. "...I don't think she's that evil."

(---)

Meanwhile in Juuban...

Haruka and Michiru looked at Setsuna, who was calmly sipping tea. "Well?" Haruka asked and Setsuna shook her head. "Aren't you the least bit concerned that the person who offered us a job is a literal Devil from Hell?"

"Not especially." Setsuna told her. "Before you say anything, I've dealt with Devils many times. The recent generations simply desire getting stronger to show off against each other and make deals with humans for money or items, nothing more." She gave Haruka and Michiru a small smirk. "I actually hired a Devil to give me massages and cook me food whenever I was feeling overwhelmed from work." She sighed at their looks of surprise. "Mr. Kiba was quite a looker. It was disappointing when he was turned into a girl. She was still really pretty."

"...You worked... With Devils before?" Michiru asked and Setsuna nodded.

"Yes." Setsuna sighed at their staring. "Why do you think I wasn't suffering headaches?"

"I... Had wondered about that." Haruka muttered, remembering how Setsuna often complained about headaches. "I kind of thought you just found a powerful pain reliever."

Setsuna laughed softly. "There's not a drug strong enough to compare to a good massage." Setsuna smiled as she thought to her sessions with Kiba. "He was also very polite and a perfect gentleman." Setsuna had, at one point, looked into Kiba's life and was dismayed to see how he had become a Devil. "In the end, Mr. Kiba had a hard life and I hope that he's happier as a girl now."

"That's... Confusing." Michiru shook her head. "Then again, if we hadn't dealt with the Starlights, I don't think I'd be able to wrap my mind around it so easily."

"Yes." Setsuna nodded. "I need to ask Miss Saotome about some stuff."

"Setsuna?" Haruka began. "What do you mean?"

"There's something I was never able to figure out, even with the Time Gates, and I wonder if someone who has omniscience can finally answer that question."

Setsuna got up and walked to her room, not answering the question they had.

After all, finding out what caused the Great Freeze was something that she had yet to figure out.

Even if she couldn't stop it, she could at least mitigate the damages and hopefully help save more lives than what had happened originally.

Chapter 3

It was morning when Nabiki groaned as she sat up in bed. "Urgh, I hate being a responsible adult." She rubbed the sleep out of her eyes as the blanket fell off of her nude body.

"How responsible are you?" A female voice said as her bedmate sat up, also naked. "Considering that you're married, have a child and are having an affair with me."

Nabiki smirked at Ai. "I'm a Devil, having a fling on the side, especially with another woman, isn't a big deal for us." She cupped Ai's chin and leaned in, kissing her on the lips. "Besides, neither my husband nor any of his wives would complain about me getting some fun from you."

Well, Gabriel would, but Nabiki ignored that.

Ai blushed softly. "Well, I don't mind being your side girl." She leaned in and kissed Nabiki again. "After you saved me from those Yuragi, I owe you my life."

"I told you," Nabiki whispered to her companion, "that was just me being in the right place at the right time." She slid a hand up Ai's thighs and squeezed them. "I would love to continue, but I have to meet the other magical girls soon."

Ai sighed softly and licked at Nabiki's neck. "When you're done then?"

"I'll be busy all day." Nabiki shook her head. "Tonight though..."

"Tonight then." Ai said as she squeezed Nabiki's breasts, which caused milk to come out of them. "Yummy." She said and opened her mouth before latching on and sucking on Nabiki's breast, drinking the milk that came out of it.

"H-hey!" Nabiki smacked Ai on the back of the head as she let go. "That's for Saito, not you. If you want milk so badly, I could ask my husband to knock you up."

"No thanks." Ai shook her head. "While I've met your husband once, I don't know him that well and if I got knocked up by anyone, I'd rather it be you."

Nabiki shook her head. "Well," she stretched her arms over her head. "I can't even say that's impossible, I know more than a dozen ways to make that happen that are just temporary." With some more questionable sciences, some magic or just martial arts technique that she knew, such a thing was child's play for anyone who was curious about swapping genders.

"Of course, if this gets out it would be a problem." Nabiki said with an exhasperated look on her face. Seeing Ai look at her in confusion, she shook her head. "Not you or me, I was thinking about the bad-faith actors who would use gender changing spells or items on kids and ruin their lives."

Ai nodded and rubbed the back of her head. "Yeah, it's hard enough to grow up in one body, being able to swap bodies at will would mess people up something fierce."

"Well, whatever." Nabiki stood up and tapped her chin as she looked back at Ai, who was giving her a hungry look. "Want to join me in the shower? I've got an hour before I have to meet with them." She shook her head as Ai's expression brightened. "You can fondle my boobs and butt, but don't go any further than that or I'll tie you to the ceiling."

"Right." Ai nodded and the two naked girls went to take a shower together.

(---)

Rei Hino sat in front of the Sacred Fire of the Hikawa Shrine and took a deep breath as she meditated. "Oh Sacred Fire, I need information." Sure, it was a little silly sometimes and Rei wondered if maybe the Sacred Fire was created by celestial forces or not, but most days meditating in front of the fire was soothing as it felt like it was cleansing away her worries.

To Rei, the world seemed to disappear, leaving her in a black void with just the fire in front of her. After yesterday, she felt almost relaxed and soothed.

Suddenly Rei let out a yell and spun to see Makoto looking at her in worry. "Are you okay?"

"Makoto?!" Rei gasped as the brunette knelt down next to her. "What was that for?!"

"Sorry," Makoto said softly, "but you were starting to fall over and I didn't want you to get hurt. I knocked on the door, called out to you and you never responded, so I got worried."

"Thanks." Rei said with a nod. "I didn't get any sleep last night. Thinking about the possibility of any of us working with a Devil..."

"I know what you mean." Makoto said with a nod. "...But if she's legitimate with her offer." Rei snapped her head to look at Makoto. "I know that we're supposed to be the future rulers and all that, but that's in the future." A distant look crossed her face as she looked at the floor. "And we're soon going to be out of school. I can't help but think that if she has a job for us and it's legitimate and it pays well..." She looked at Rei, who had a bewildered look on her face. "I know that Ami has plans on becoming a doctor and didn't you say that you wanted to be a shrine maiden and take over your family's shrine?"

Rei nodded and let out a soft sigh. "What will happen with you, Minako and Usagi though?" She wasn't worried about Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna or Hotaru as the three older Senshi all had ways of earning money and surviving and Hotaru was their ward, so that wasn't a concern.

"I'm sure it'll work out." Makoto told her friend.

"I hope so." Rei said and yawned. "I'll probably collapse later. She looked at her wrist and grimaced at the time. "She'll be here soon."

"Well," Makoto stood up, "shall we go? Or do you think you'll be getting a vision?"

Rei shook her head. "Even if I get a vision, I won't be able to interpret it correctly."

The two left the room and went to the waiting room for their guest.

(---)

What shocked Rei the most wasn't the fact that Usagi was on time for once, or that Setsuna was there, it was the fact that Nabiki, who was dressed in a business suit, had brought cans of coffee with her. "I figure that some of you would have had trouble sleeping." She smiled at them as she put the grocery bags down. "So I thought that you could use some." Nabiki smiled as she took a can for herself and sat down on a couch, opening it and drinking it. "One of humanity's best accidental discoveries, coffee." She chuckled and grabbed a briefcase and put it on her lap.

Rei wasn't going to complain as she took one and opened it up. At least she wasn't the only one who did.

After letting them drink and swallow, Nabiki opened up her briefcase. "Alright, here." She pulled out some papers. "I've already told you that I need a police force for the supernatural. I'm going to have a base of operations in Las Vegas and these papers have all the information that you need to know, pay, benefits and risks that you'll be expected to come across." She looked at Hotaru and shook her head. "And I really hope that you aren't needed to tackle anything, because at that point, I'm calling in some heavy hitters that I know."

Nabiki wasn't afraid of the power that Hotaru had as Sailor Saturn, but if they needed to unleash Saturn on someone, things had gone horribly wrong and the world was about to end.

"I hope so as well." Hotaru nodded. Sure, if she had to suit up, she would, but she'd rather not, since her power didn't really discriminate friend from foe.

"EH?!" Shockingly, it was Minako that was screaming as her face turned red. "Wh-what's this stuff at the top of the risks section?! And why did you put that first?!"

Nabiki gave Minako a flat stare. "I know someone who tried to train his son in a stupid forbidden martial arts technique because he didn't read to the third page of the manual. I'm not taking any risks with warnings."

"Oh my." Ami said, her face bright red. "This is..."

Haruka twitched and looked at Hotaru. "You are not going on this mission."

Usagi's hair was standing on end as her face was red. "What's this thing about rape, mind control, slavery, body modification, death and forced pregnancy and child birth?!"

Nabiki kept her face cool as the other Senshi, minus Setsuna, all blushed hard. Even Setsuna looked disturbed by what she heard. "To answer your unspoken question, there are beings who are part of our world who despise the fact that the world is moving towards peace and want to cause problems for the rest of us. Most of them are criminals to all the various factions. Others just enjoy chaos and carnage."

"Sounds like all they want to do is fight." Michiru said with a frown and Nabiki shook her head. "Huh?"

"If they just wanted to fight, they could join the International Rating Games." Nabiki said and upon seeing others perk up, she explained to them. "Basically a giant sporting event where most supernatural factions join a team and can fight against each other. It's a great way to keep the more violent members of the supernatural world sated since they can fight to their heart's content and not worry about pissing anyone off. In fact, if you wanted, all of you could join in the future. It's not always fighting. Last time there was an International Rating Game, it was a giant relay race where the Angels ended up winning."

"That..." Ami had a thoughtful look on her face. "You know, that might not be a bad idea in the future."

"Anyway," Nabiki shook her head. "The pay that I'm offering is quite a bit higher than normal police get. If you did this for three years, if you survived with everything intact, you'd be set for the next fifty years easily. And with proper investments, it could last even longer." She shrugged. "Sorry, force of habit on my part."

"That's... Quite a lot you're offering." Makoto said and Nabiki nodded. "Is the risk that bad?"

"Yes." Nabiki nodded. "Whether you take up my offer or not, I'll let you know exactly what I'm dealing with."

Nabiki explained about the people that she had been tracking and would be in Las Vegas when she kicked her operation into full swing. "And the reason I'm telling you this is simply to protect yourselves."

"Interesting." Setsuna said and gave Nabiki a look. "I think I will go with you." The others looked at her in surprise. "Please, don't misunderstand, I have another reason to go with Miss Saotome. However, I will need to get some affairs in order."

"That's fine." Nabiki waved her off. "It's going to take some time to finish building the casino and hotel I plan on using as a base." She folded her hands in front of her and looked at Setsuna. "We'll talk more later." Setsuna nodded and Nabiki looked around at the others. "Remember, there's no pressure for you to join. You can all say no and..."

"I'm going."

Nabiki and the others stared at Minako as she pulled out a pen and wrote her name and phone number on the back of the final sheet. "Are you sure?"

Minako nodded. "Yeah, even if this ends up being a bunch of stuff that wouldn't be out of place in a horror hentai, I'm going to go." She shrugged at the looks she got. "What? It wouldn't be the first time that I had to deal with something crazy."

"This isn't like when you were in London." Usagi protested and Minako gave her a confused look.

"Well, I've dealt with a bunch of zombie rats in London." Minako said and the others looked at her weirdly. "There was a zombie that was wandering around in London."

"Oh yeah, I remember that one." A male voice said as a white cat with a crescent moon jumped up on Minako's head. "A zombie that wanted a guitar for whatever reason fell into a pit of rats and was eaten and they turned into a zombie."

"See, even Artemis knows." Minako smiled as she pointed at the cat. "Anyway, yeah, it was a little weird, but not hard to deal with, I just had to fire a single beam constantly and sweep the area and they were all dead."

"You're absolutely sure?" Nabiki asked Minako, who nodded. "Alright, if that's..."

"I'm going too." Makoto spoke up and the others looked at her. "Hey, someone's got to keep Minako safe."

"Just so you know," Nabiki told her and the others, "none of you have to make your decision right now. I'm grateful for you three," she motioned to Setsuna, Makoto and Minako, "but the rest of you can make your final decision later." Standing up, Nabiki gave a small bow. "Look the details over and you can contact me if you want the job."

The Senshi watched as Nabiki disappeared in a flash of light.

Minako sweat-dropped at the looks she was getting. "It's not like it's guaranteed to be bad."

"And if it is?" Ami asked.

"I'll fall off that bridge when I get to it." The others sighed as Minako screwed up another common saying and nodded. "Besides," Minako said as she became thoughtful. "If there's no other world-ending threat out there like Galaxica and I still have these powers, I want to put them to good use and not just sit on my butt with them."

"What about the rest of you?" Ami asked them.

There were no answers over it.

"Just take your time and think about it." Setsuna said as she stood up. "Don't dive head first into the pool if you don't want to get wet after all."

The others nodded and walked away, all with lots to think about.

(---)

Meanwhile...

Ai smiled as she played with Saito. "You're really cute." Memories of a young man that she had met during the Yuragi incident flooded her mind. "Akitoshi..." She sighed softly.

He had been a normal student, someone who should have just ran away during the scary events and leave it to her. "You stupid..." She muttered, remembering how he saved her when her Demonic blood started to boil and she had gone berserk.

Ai sighed again as she thought about what happened next.

*Flash*

"Ai!" Akitoshi grabbed her shoulders as she shuddered and convulsed, trying to relax and calm down after Tohru had raped her with a large pole, just so he could try to kill her in a cruel way. Her crotch still hurt from that pillar being forced into her and nearly ripping through her womb and stomach. "Calm down!"

The damaged and hurt girl in front of him glared at him with glowing red eyes as she tried to hold herself back from killing him. "Y...nnnn..RRRG!" Suddenly Ai jerked forward, her eyes going wide as they glowed red and she let out a primal scream and slashed her magical weapon forward, cutting Akitoshi's head off.

A laughing, mocking voice came from behind Ai as she turned, her body trembling as she saw a head with tentacles coming out of where the neck was. "Geh heh heh heh... Well, I didn't get to show him you dying, but you killing him and then joining him because that drug will destroy you from the inside is most awesome."

Ai tried to move but found herself on her knees, puking up blood.

"Geh heh heh heh..." The head that was Tohru continued to laugh. "Die! You stupid bitch! Just..."

The next thing Tohru knew, he was surrounded by a magical circle. "What the?!" He gasped before it activated and he screamed out as he was being purified.

"Well..." A female voice spoke up and Ai could only look up as two people stood above her and she puked again. "Ravel..."

"Certainly." A splash of water hit her face and Ai gasped as her body started to calm down and heal. Looking up, Ai saw a blonde woman with her hair done in drill pigtails standing above her, looking concerned and another woman with shoulder-length brown hair standing above her. "I think she'll be okay, Nabiki."

*End Flashback*

"I owe your mother my life." Ai smiled at Saito, who just let out a squeal.

A moment later, that squeal changed to an upset look and Ai crinkled her nose. "Well, let's change that diaper, huh?"

Sorry, been sick and dealing with RL issues.

Plus I was having trouble with the chapter.

Chapter 4

"Well, well..." A woman with a full body figure grinned as she saw two people walking up to her table at the outdoor cafe. "I thought you two weren't going to show up."

The man that stood in front of her was of average height, wearing a dark suit with a gray vest, white shirt and a large, black coat over his shoulders. His white hair was spiked back and on his face was a pair of black shades. "Oboro, I'm surprised you'd meet with us in France so openly."

Oboro just smirked at him. "Really, Edwin," she saw his companion tense up and corrected herself, "Sorry, Lord Black." The female next to him calmed down. "And you, Ingrid, it's been far too long since we last saw each other. Your breasts grew quite a bit since we last met."

Ingrid, a dark skinned woman with breasts even larger than Yasaka's breasts, pink hair and golden eyes narrowed her eyes at Oboro. She was wearing a white shirt that practically wrapped around her breasts while allowing her navel to peek out from the bottom of her shirt. She had an open vest over her shoulders and was wearing tight pants that looked practically painted on and made it impossible to tell if she was wearing underwear or not under them. "And the last time I saw you, you weren't a walking pile of machinery. Tell me, does your new body still have the scar from where Asagi ripped your heart out and cut your head off?"

Oboro hissed at that and rubbed her neck, where there was some discoloration where Asagi's sword had cut her head off. "The only reason you even said that was because you were there when I was reborn."

"I'm not the one who had to have a cyborg body created just to come back to life." Ingrid said cooly as Oboro stood up and started to reach for a weapon.

"Ladies," Edwin Black spoke up and both Oboro and Ingrid calmed down and sat down, "thank you. Now then, I believe that you got the same letter than I did."

"To go to Vegas in a month?" Oboro asked and Black nodded. "Yeah, I did. There wasn't a lot of information on it, but a chance to get back at our enemies, run wild and not have that pesky grand alliance breathing down our necks? That sounds like a dream." A savage grin came to her face as she chuckled. "So long as I can kill a few people, what do I care?"

"I have one question," Ingrid looked around, "why did you have us meet you in Paris?"

"Simple," Oboro grinned at her, "Paris has some of the best food in the world. Better than most places I've been at."

"Good point." Edwin Black said with a nod. "So, Oboro, I do hope that you won't try to kill Asagi out of revenge." Oboro growled and Black's eyes flashed for a moment. When she calmed down, he nodded. "Good. I would hate to have to kill you when you could have fun with anyone else, but Asagi is mine."

"Yeah, yeah," Oboro waved her hand dismissively. "You can do what you want to her, but can I at least break a limb or a few of her ribs?"

"Well," Edwin paused and thought about it, "she doesn't need to walk to be of use to me." Oboro grinned and Edwin continued on. "Fine, but only if you can't capture her in any other way. The rest of those Taimanin are yours to do with as you want."

"We also got instructions to not harm the person who hired them." Ingrid said calmly. "Something about one of our backers needing her power for something."

"Fine, fine, but everyone else is fair game." Oboro said with a grin. "And if they aren't, I'll kill our backers."

"Fair enough." Edwin said as a waitress in an outfit that covered her from head to toe came over and took their orders. "...Remember when women could wear miniskirts in this town?"

"That's what happens when you have people who don't assimilate to the dominant culture." Oboro said with a shrug. "By the way, why do you want Asagi?" Edwin gave her a curious look. "If I can't kill her out of revenge, at least let me know why."

"Fine. A few months after you were killed, her and her sister were hired to deal with a small problem, which happened to be some sort of body snatching creature." Edwin said as he remembered what happened. "During the event, I managed to get a sip of both Asagi and her sister, Sakura and..." He put his shades on and grinned, his teeth getting sharp as he remembered the flavor. "Her blood has what I have been looking for all this time."

"You mean..?" Ingrid gave him a stunned look. "She's the woman of prophecy?"

Edwin Black chuckled and nodded. "Any child that the two of us have will have enough power to smash the current system and create a new one in my image."

"Feh," Oboro sneered at that. "Have fun with making a brat with her then."

"Can't you?" Ingrid asked and Oboro growled.

"Most of my internal organs are mechanical. Other than my brain and a few other parts of me, everything is artificial. Either metal or fake flesh." She pinched her arm. "It might look real, but it's more silicone than anything else."

"Oh, so you're just a living sex doll?" Ingrid smirked and Oboro growled in anger. "Even your womb?"

"This body doesn't have that organ." Oboro said in annoyance.

"Ladies," Edwin said calmly as they both turned away from each other in a huff. "You two can work out your differences in the bedroom later if it's that bad."

"No thanks." They both said at the same time.

"While I can feel stuff and perform the acts, the pleasure isn't there." Oboro told him. "The only thing that brings me joy is killing these days."

"And I'm not into a piles of scrap metal." Ingrid said while Oboro growled at her.

(---)

Meanwhile...

"I'm surprised you called me, Miss Meiou." Nabiki said as she opened the door to her condo.

"And I'm surprised you're living on Earth right now instead of in Makai." Setsuna, in a business suit, said as she walked in and nodded to Nabiki, who closed the door after her. "Then again, I suppose it's more convienent for you this way?" She said as she looked at Ai and Saito, who was sleeping in the other girl's arms. "I'm sorry, I haven't been introduced to you yet."

"Ai Kusago." Ai said and Setsuna nodded and looked at Nabiki.

"Am I to assume that she'll be helping police Las Vegas?" Setsuna asked and Nabiki nodded as the two went to the table and sat down. "The reason I called you is simple, I need to ask you for some information."

Nabiki nodded, wondering what Setsuna was going to ask of her. "Depends on what you need."

Setsuna had a troubled look on her face and she sighed. "How much of the future do you know?"

"Hmm, other than the fact that we avoided several near apocalypses when I was still in high school, I try not to look into the future too often." Nabiki admitted. "I know that you're the Guardian of the Gates of Time, but not much else, I'm afraid."

"Very well," Setsuna nodded, "then allow me to get you up to speed. In the coming years, a catastrophic event is going to happen, one that causes the planet to freeze over."

"A new ice age?" Nabiki asked and grimaced. "I blame Ranma, it's not supposed to happen for another five hundred years, but he's been responsible for global weather patterns changing."

Setsuna found herself smirking slightly. "I regret to inform you that it's not your husband's fault. The freezing is far too profound and rapid to be a natural occurance. Of the seven billion people that live on the planet now, less than one billion will survive." Both Nabiki and Ai stared in absolute shock, not even trying to hide it. "In order to save what life remained on the planet, Usagi would have to use the Ginzuishou to preserve life. After nearly a thousand years, the ice would start to disappear and Usagi would establish a new world government called Crystal Tokyo."

Nabiki grimaced, knowing such a thing would never fly in many parts of the world. "Let me guess, most of the people who survived where in Japan?"

"Actually, no," Setsuna shook her head. "People living in Norway, Finland, Sweden, Iceland, Canada, Russia, Alaska and the Northern Great Plains of the United States survived with relatively small casualities."

"Of course the places that are used to getting negative fourty in winter wouldn't be bothered by it." Nabiki grumbled about stupidly hardy people who were used to unlivable conditions. "That or the fact that there's not a ton of people in most of those areas to begin with." She shrugged. "I doubt stopping a global castrophe is something that I can do, but..." Her eyes glowed as her Balance Break activated and screens filled the room. "The first thing I need to know is does this Great Freeze happen in every timeline?"

"NO."

Setsuna stared in surprise. "What do you mean, no?"

"THE POSSIBILITY OF A GLOBAL CATASTROPHE THAT HAS BEEN DESCRIBED CAN ONLY BE DONE IF THE LEYLINES OF THE PLANET ARE BADLY DAMAGED, A GIANT METEOR HITS THE EARTH OR THE SUN SHUTS OFF."

Setsuna frowned softly. "That's about what I was able to figure out. The problem is, whenever I would look into the Time Gates, any images of the event get cloudy."

"POSSIBILITY OF OUTSIDE INTERFERENCE IS NEAR NINETY PERCENT."

"I figured as much." Setsuna grumbled. "Can you confirm for me, in the timelines where this doesn't happen, do the Senshi exist?"

"SOME DO, YES."

Nabiki tapped her chin. "So the question remains, what causes it?"

"ERROR. ERROR. ANTI-SCRYING MEASURES INVOLVED, CANNOT SEE THE CAUSE AT THE CURRENT LEVEL. PLEASE MASTER YOUR SACRED GEAR TO SEE THROUGH."

Nabiki sighed and nodded as she dismissed her Balance Break. "And that's what you'll get."

"No," Setsuna shook her head, "that's more than enough. While I do want Crystal Tokyo to happen, especially since people from that time have come to the present day," she paused at the incredulous look Nabiki gave her, "believe me, I don't wish for people to time travel either, but..."

"Are you worried about creating a paradox or something?" Nabiki asked and Setsuna nodded. "Well... You do know that we operate on multiverse theory for time travel, right?"

Setsuna cupped her chin in thought. "...That explains a lot of stuff, actually." She closed her eyes and took a few deep breaths and then opened her eyes to look at Nabiki. "I would like to enter a formal contract with you, beyond just working in Vegas." Nabiki raised an eyebrow and nodded. "I have worked with Devils before, even entered into contracts with them, but this is different."

"You want me to stop the Great Freeze?" Nabiki asked and Setsuna nodded. "Yeah, I don't want that to happen either. Shall we discuss terms?"

"Of course." Setsuna nodded to her. "The safety of the other Senshi and the Princess and their children and spouses are paramount."

"I can only guarantee that I won't willingly throw them into a hopeless situation." Nabiki said and shook her head. "You know that what's going to happen in Vegas is likely going to violate this contract, right?"

Setsuna closed her eyes and nodded. "I know, I've looked into it. The reason that I offered to help you is because I want to protect them. Especially the Princess."

Nabiki pursed her lips and nodded. "If you do not hold what happens in Vegas against me, then I'll agree to the terms. Beyond saving humanity, what else would I get?"

Setsuna gave Nabiki a small smile. "How about the fact that the services of the strongest magical girls will be at your beck and call?"

"Well..." Nabiki smiled back and nodded. "I can't argue against that."

"So does that mean that I've been replaced?" Ai asked and both Setsuna and Nabiki gave her an amused look. "...What?"

"Nah, I'll keep you as my personal bed warmer." Nabiki waved her hand dismissively. "Anyway, I think we're in agreement, Setsuna. I'll get an actual contract written up in a few days."

The two nodded and shook hands.

Chapter 5

It was a week later that Nabiki found herself in Las Vegas where she and the contractor she had hired to build the casino and hotel had met up at a nearby cafe. "Are you sure that you don't want me to go faster?" The contractor asked her. "We could have had this done in three days."

Nabiki shook her head. "No, too fast and humans start poking around. I don't want that just yet."

The contractor smirked at her. "Yet, she says. Still, I'm grateful for you allowing us to have first dibs on any contracts with humans here."

Nabiki waved her hand at the Devil sitting across from her. "Considering that I had to ask your king for permission." As much as she loved Ranma and his peerage, none of them had the skills needed for this. "I think it's fair to have my costs covered by contracts."

The Devil frowned thoughtfully. "Despite being a large city, I'm surprised how few Devils are in this country relative to its population and size."

"Oh, it's simple," Nabiki said as the waitress came over and put down their drinks. She stirred the straw in her glass for a moment before answering the other Devil's question. "The vast majority of the population of the United States lives to the East of St. Louis. Roughly eighty percent of this country lives out there."

"And yet they live such meaningless lives." The Devil shook his head. "Anyway, at our current pace, it'll take us at least two months to finish up."

"That's fine." Nabiki responded idly. "I'll need that time to work some business deals out."

"Of course." The Devil nodded and got up. "Well, I have to make sure my guys don't work too hard, don't want to make humans think too much."

Nabiki nodded and watched the Devil leave. She looked around and realized how many non-humans moved freely with the general populace. Considering that the city was around two million permanent residents, it wasn't too surprising.

A random conversation on the other side of the room caught Nabiki's attention. "You going to watch the All-Star game in three days?" Someone asked another person.

The other person snorted. "Too many people got hurt already. It'll probably be a snoozefest. Besides, I got work that night."

"Good point. I'll tell you if that guy, what's his name?"

"José."

"Yeah! Him! If he does well, I'll let you know."

"Thanks, I got a bet that he'll hit a home run."

Nabiki smirked softly. 'Ah right, people bet on sports here, don't they?' It wasn't any different than betting on Rating Games after all. Just a lot less violence than most Rating Games. Getting up, she left a generous tip and walked out of the cafe.

Meanwhile, in Japan...

"Can you repeat that?" Haruka asked Setsuna as she took a sip of her coffee. "You want us to do what?"

"Accompany myself, Makoto and Minako to Las Vegas." Setsuna said calmly and put her coffee cup down. "I don't think I need to point out that having the Princess go with and putting her at such risk is something that none of us want."

"What about Rei and Ami?" Michiru asked her.

"While I have no doubt that they would want to go to help Makoto and Minako, and under any other circumstance, I'd agree, I think it's best if they stay here." Setsuna told her. "I can't stop them, naturally, but I'd feel better if you two came with me."

"It's not like we can convince them to abandon their friends." Haruka told her and Setsuna noded. "Do you have a plan beyond just asking them?"

"Beyond pointing out that this isn't a world-ending threat, not really." Setsuna admitted. "I fear that logic and reason won't be enough for this."

"That's for sure." Michiru said as she thought about the reaction that Ami, Rei and Usagi would have if they weren't allowed to accompany Minako and Makoto without good reason. She knew that she'd have a similar reaction if she wasn't allowed to accompany Haruka or Hotaru into a dangerous mission. "And it's not like none of us haven't faced horrible situations before."

Setsuna sighed and nodded. She just knew that this wouldn't go well with them.

(---)

Later...

'I was right.' Setsuna thought to herself as Ami, Rei and Usagi all agreed that they should go with Minako and Makoto. The group was sitting on couches at the Hikawa Shrine and personally, she was thankful that the Senshi would stick together. "I really wish that you three wouldn't go through with this." She shook her head.

"Can you give us one good reason not to back up Makoto and Minako?" Ami asked and Setsuna nodded.

"Well, for one, this isn't a world-wide threat and there's no reason to participate." Setsuna held up one finger before a second finger joined it, "there's the fact that you, Ami, are going to university to become a doctor in a few weeks. Plus Rei's father being a politician would draw scrutiny towards her or her family if she was to go to America." She looked at Usagi, "and you read the risks of what is likely to happen, Princess. Do you want to risk getting captured and raped?"

"I don't, but I don't want you, Mako-chan or Mina-chan to suffer that either!" Usagi protested, her blue eyes shining with her worries.

"And what if something like that random tentacle monster and those succubi appearing happens again?" Setsuna asked her. "I want to make one thing perfectly clear to you three, I am not trying to stop you because I want something bad to happen, I don't want you three to go because I'm worried about something bad happening. Minako and Makoto, had they not already volunteered, I would try to talk out of this as well."

"And what of Haruka and Michiru?" Rei asked.

"They're currently trying to talk Makoto and Minako out of going." Setsuna told them. She mentally sighed at their determined looks. "Princess, please understand, I don't want you to go through with this. I've worked with Devils before and things can go pear-shaped in a real hurry."

"There's no way I can just abandon my friends." Usagi protested and Setsuna shook her head.

"You're not abandoning them." Setsuna told her. Seeing Usagi's determined look, she shook her head. "Princess, I..."

"No." Usagi shook her head. "I saw the warnings, I know that if something bad happens, it will be really bad."

"This isn't an end of the world situation though." Setsuna said. "But, if that's what you three truly want, I won't stop you. Do realize though, Princess, that no one's safety can be guaranteed."

"That's why I want to go with." Usagi told her. "If something bad were to happen to any of you and I could have been there, I wouldn't be able to live with myself."

Setsuna cloed her eyes and nodded. "I understand that, Usagi, but I had hoped that you, Rei and Ami could finally take some time and live for yourselves." When the others started talking among themselves, she stood up and left quietly.

(---)

Meanwhile...

"Hello, father." A female voice spoke up.

"Huh?" A tall man with incredibly handsome facial features, naturally brown, curly hair, and a well-defined body spoke up as he looked upon the person who entered his room. He was wearing a toga and sandals. "Nisha," he smiled at her. "I thought you and your brother weren't ever going to come visit me."

"Oh, Adon," the young-looking woman, who was of average height had E-cup breasts, large and wide thighs and a tight stomach that was accentuated by a black tube top that covered her breasts and tight biker shorts that left nothing to the imagination, smiled as she adjusted her reddish-brown hair as a strand fell over her green eyes, "he found a job for both of us. In the United States." Nisha's father grimaced and she just smiled at him, "we'll both be fine. It's a simple job for us. After all," succubus wings extended out of her back, "between you and our mother, seduction missions are easy."

Her father sighed and nodded as she hid her wings. "To think that the children of the great god Adonis would turn into such sluts."

Nisha suddenly burst out giggling while Adonis himself laughed. "Oh father, coming from you or mother, that's a compliment!" She ran over to him and wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him on the lips. "We'll be fine. Auntie Melinoe needs our help, that's all."

Adonis nodded and gave Nisha a swat on the butt, which caused her to shriek and giggled as she bounced away from the Greek God of Desire. "I do hope those two don't act like their mother too much."

So long as they didn't go around acting like Zeus, he didn't have much of an issue what his children did.

(---)

Elsewhere...

Melinoe looked at her wrist and nodded. She had another couple of days before everyone would meet. Walking forward, she knew what she had to do. "Hello there." She waved at the open space. At first, it seemed like she was waving into an empty cave when suddenly something large moved, causing the ground to shake and wobble as it drew closer. She simply smiled as she saw the large being, known as a Hecatoncheires, come into view. "Hello, Cottus!" She waved at the one-hundred armed being.

Twenty of the fifty heads started to chuckle as Cottus knelt down to get a closer look at the Goddess. "Well, if it isn't little Melinoe! Are you here to visit your father?"

Melinoe nodded. "Yes. I just want to talk to him. Surely Uncle Zeus and the other Gods can't get angry at me for doing that."

Cottus reached one of its hands out and Melinoe jumped on it. Relative to how large Cottus was, Melinoe looked almost like a flea in comparison. "Do realize, little one, that while I, Briareaus and Gyges can look the other way while you talk to your father, that if he somehow got free that we would not allow you back here."

"Of course." Melinoe said as Cottus stood up and walked towards the holding cells of Tartarus. Even for Gods like her, places like this were unpleasant.

To say the least.

"Here we are." Cottus said as it moved its hand to where Hades was being held.

"Thank you, uncle!" Melinoe said with a bow and ran to the cell that had her father in it. "Hello, daddy."

Dressed in ragged cloth, Hades, despite his flesh disappearing a long time ago, seemingly perked up as he saw his daughter. "Melinoe! It's been too long.' He walked up to the barrier that held him in and put his hand on the clear screen. "How have you been?"

"Quite well, actually." Melinoe told him. "I've been busy and continuing your work." She looked back at where Cottus was and then back at Hades. "In fact, thanks to some interesting and new developments, I may be able to improve the SDP." She said in a low tone of voice, knowing only Hades could hear her. "It involves cloning and it's almost done. A few more weeks and I'll find out if it works." A small smile came to her face. "In fact, the scientist that I'm working with managed to get me some good samples and has even helped replace some variables that should make the process smoother and fix all sorts of issues involved."

Hades had a confused look on his face, well, as confused as a skeleton could have, but nodded.

"Anyway, I wanted you to know that's what's going on." Melinoe smiled and kissed her index and middle fingers and put them on the barrier. "Love you, daddy!"

Hades watched his daughter go to where Cottus was and wandered back into his cell, feeling more relaxed than he had in a long time. "...What variable and scientist was she talking about?"

He supposed it didn't matter, he'd find out in the future.

*************

Cottus is the name of one of the Hecatoncheires from Greek Myth. And yes, those things had 50 heads, 100 arms and were THAT big.

Sorry this took so long, had to revise it like 2-3 times before I was happy with it. Also, Palworld is fun and I can't stop playing.

Chapter 6

After cleaning up from her time with Ranma, who, after cleaning up himself, spent time with Saito before heading back to Makai, Nabiki looked at Setsuna with an exasperated look on her face. "Okay, okay, you got your fun, so, tell me, I assume the others are ready to sign the contracts?"

Setsuna nodded and sighed softly as she sat down across from Nabiki. "Yes. I tried talking them out of it, but all of them were determined to come with."

Nabiki just groaned and buried her hands in her face. "Great, just fucking great."

"I'm... Confused." Ai spoke up from where she was sitting on the couch. "Why is having all of the Senshi here a bad thing?"

Nabiki looked at Setsuna, who nodded. "Because the last time they had a big adventure, they defeated a Sailor Senshi who had the power of the whole freaking Galaxy at her disposal, who was being empowered by one of the Primordial Greek Gods known as Chaos himself."

"Wait, Chaos was a God?" Setsuna stared at Nabiki in shock. "Huh?"

"Yeah," Nabiki gave her a flat stare. "Oldest and most powerful of the Greek Gods. Typically he only sends a bit of his power out to keep things interesting. Somehow, a long, LONG time ago Chaos came into contact with the Galaxy Cauldron and fused with it."

"...You mean like in that one American show where God fused with a Super Computer in space?" Ai asked and both Setsuna and Nabiki gave her a shocked expression. "...What? I've spent time in America before and got hurt fighting against Demons in Oklahoma, I had nothing to do but watch tv while my bones healed."

"...How old were you?" Setsuna asked and Ai tapped her chin.

"I think I was twelve when I spent three months in a full body cast." Ai grimaced. "That wasn't fun." At least the show had been funnier than most and made the days pass by quickly.

"Lovely," Nabiki shook her head. "Anyway, point is he got himself trapped in the Galaxy Cauldron and along the way lost himself as he saw all the death and rebirth and decided to unite the universe together with himself."

"...That doesn't sound healthy." Ai muttered and Setsuna shook her head.

"It's not. Every enemy we fought were basically incarnations of Chaos." Setsuna sighed. "The Galaxy Cauldron isn't just some place you would want to go to." Her eyes became somewhat unfocused as she thought about it. "It's the place where all life originated from."

"But I thought..." Ai trailed off, not sure what to think.

"It's a remnant from the previous universe." Nabiki told her. "That universe was dying and the beings that existed there created something that could survive the death of their universe until the next universe in an attempt to come back to life in a healthy and living universe. That became the Galaxy Cauldron." She was amused at Ai's utterly shocked expression. "Yeah, this isn't the first universe, it won't be the last. Eventually this whole thing will die and then a new one will be born out of the remains. That's so far into the future that all the planets in this universe will be basically dead, the stars burning out and all sort of other fun stuff."

"You just blew my mind." Ai muttered as she looked like she was about to pass out.

"Blew my mind when I discovered it." Nabiki told her. "I used my Sacred Gear to know what the Senshi were truly like and found that cauldron. It was so weird and I looked up information on it. That's all I got."

"...That does answer some questions about where it came from at least." Setsuna muttered. "Anyway, back to the original point about Chaos being a God, what does that have to do with anything?"

"Gods don't like it when one of theirs gets killed by mortals." Nabiki explained. "The fact that Yahweh created weapons that could slay Gods and Buddahs and made it so that humans got them was a real sore point with a lot of pantheons."

"And now Usagi defeated Chaos..." Setsuna paused as she thought about the implications of that.

"So..." Ai spoke up. "Should we worry about a bunch of Gods coming down on us?"

Nabiki shrugged helplessly. "Sadly, Gods tend to be a bit beyond my ability right now with my omniscience. All I know is that Tsukiyomi is a big fan of magical girls." She smirked at Ai's confused look. "He contacted me a few months ago to get him some replacement DVDs for Mahou Shoujo Levia-Tan's earlier seasons."

"Shouldn't those ninja girls be arriving soon?" Ai asked and Nabiki nodded.

"Yeah, it takes eleven hours to get from Toyko to Las Vegas by plane. And no, I'm not transporting a large group via magical teleportation. That's too exhausting for me." Nabiki told her. "They'll get here around two this afternoon. As for the Senshi..?"

"I'll let you know when they're ready to sign the contract." Setsuna had a pensive look on her face. "I feel like I'm going behind their back."

"You kind of are." Ai said, "but they have the option of not joining up if they don't want to."

"I'll negotiate terms that are agreeable to them if they agree to the whole being on retainer deal we made." Nabiki reassured Setsuna. "You mostly used that as a way to get me to agree anyway."

"I have to go." Setsuna said as she bowed and disappeared in a flash.

"They can teleport?" Ai asked and looked at Nabiki, who shrugged.

"I think she has enough experience to do it by herself, not sure about the others."

(---)

Meanwhile...

"Welcome." A male voice spoke up as Edwin Black, Ingrid and Oboro entered the large, luxurious hotel suite. "My name is Satanael." The dark haired man smiled at them. "I know that Reno isn't where you were originally supposed to go, but do tolerate it for now."

"Interesting." Edwin said as he took off his jacket and gave it to one of the maids, who bowed and walked off to hang it up. "I didn't expect a Fallen Angel to be one of our associates."

"Working with anyone who is willing to help me advance Sacred Gears is, sadly, a necessity." Satanael shook his head. "The maids you see before you are a result of my research."

"Artificial creations?" Ingrid asked as she looked them over. "Or simply mindless puppets?"

"Well, you know what they say," Satanael smirked at the dark-skinned woman. "You can't kidnap orphans off the streets for dangerous experiments, they weren't wanted in the first place."

Edwin gave the maids an appreciative look before turning his attention fully to Satanael. "So, why did you have us meet in Reno if we were heading to Las Vegas?"

"A word of warning." The Fallen Angel told him as he sat on a recliner chair and lifted up a goblet to take a sip of wine. "While you are correct about your targets are heading to Las Vegas at this moment, the leader of their group is in Las Vegas as well, and she has more than just the ninja girls." Edwin raised an eyebrow and Satanael continued. "The Sailor Senshi agreed to work with them. My spies have informed me that details are being hammered out, but the fact that the strongest group of magical girls ever will be in Las Vegas is concerning..." A grin came to his face, "and helpful."

"I take it that you have a plan for them?" Oboro asked and Satanael nodded. "Whatever, I just want to know if I'm allowed to kill them or not. Regular humans and hunters are so..." A disgusted look came to her face, "boring." Even if she had to kill to stay alive, she didn't like killing those who weren't worth her time. It was like asking someone who hunted lions, bears or other large animals to exterminate giant wasps.

"Don't underestimate the Senshi." Satanael told her. "They may seem silly and weak, but they have lasted for nearly half a decade in a field where most people who become magical girls end up dead, brainwashed or lose their powers in a matter of months." He then shook his head. "I suppose it doesn't matter in the end. You can try to kill any but Sailor Moon. One of my benefactors told me that she was to be spared for now. As for the others..." He shrugged. "One of our associates, whom we will meet in Las Vegas, may want to have some living specimens, but feel free to do what you want to all but Sailor Moon."

"And what of the one who hired them?" Ingrid asked him.

"Nabiki Saotome needs to live." Satanael told her. "I need the information in her brain. But I will deal with her myself." He snapped his fingers and a woman with a dead look in her eyes, wearing nothing more than a skimpy bikini, walked into the room with a briefcase. She opened it and inside were four bracelets.

"What are these for?" Edwin asked as he took one.

"When we go to Las Vegas, these will give us protection against Nabiki's Sacred Gear." Satanael told them as he took one and attached it to his left wrist. "It's not perfect, but it will work."

"And how do you know that it will?" Ingrid asked curiously as she put one on her right wrist.

"How do you think we Fallen Angels managed to elude both Devils and Father's forces for so long?" He chuckled at their look of understanding. "Now, we have two benefactors. One will meet with us in Vegas, but the other one... Is pretty aloof and may not show up at all."

"Well, that's disappointing."

(---)

Meanwhile, in Japan...

Usagi wondered why Setsuna had called her and the others to the shrine. Seeing Setsuna looking conflicted wasn't something that she was used to seeing. "Setsuna?"

"I have to come clean with you, Princess." Setsuna said to her. "And I want the others to hear as well. About the reason that I'm willing to work with Miss Nabiki like I am, despite the fact that she's a Devil."

"I have been wondering that myself." Ami muttered as the Senshi sat around the room.

"The truth is, Princess, I wasn't going to work with her, but when she mentioned that she had a variation of omniscience," Setsuna paused for a moment to gather her thoughts, "the idea of Crystal Tokyo being mandatory for humanity to survive due to the Great Freeze was no longer a necessity."

"Didn't you try to keep trying to have Crystal Tokyo come into reality though?" Makoto asked and Setsuna nodded.

"At the time, I could never figure out what caused the Great Freeze. For now, it will still happen, but," Setsuna gripped her knees, "there's a possibility that we can avoid it now."

"And so all our work to keep Crystal Tokyo is for nothing?" Rei asked with a frown and Setsuna shook her head.

"No. It's not. Crystal Tokyo can and will likely still happen, just not the same way that it did originally if the Great Freeze doesn't happen." Setsuna explained. "I still want Crystal Tokyo, Rei, I will gladly break rules to ensure that happens. But would you rather have a Crystal Tokyo that came about because billions of innocent people died or not?"

Rei said nothing and the other Senshi nodded.

"Setsuna, if that's all," Usagi smiled at her, "then why are..."

"Because, Princess," Setsuna bowed her head, "I promised Nabiki Saotome that if she helped stop the Great Freeze that we would be retainers. I should have consulted you first before I made such a deal."

"Yeah, you should have." Haruka grumbled. "What were you thinking?"

"I was desperate, Haruka." Setsuna raised her head to look at her friend. "I have seen countless deaths, destruction and devastation from the fall of the Moon Kingdom, to the wars humanity has done, to the Great Freeze. And not just once. Many times. If you finally found a possible answer to stopping one of them, would you not get desperate?"

After all, Setsuna's view of time was different from most people's view of time. Centuries in the past may as well have been last week and yesterday could be five weeks from where she was in the present.

Usagi said nothing as she looked at Setsuna before she stood up and walked over to the oldest Senshi and put her hands on Setsuna's shoulders and smiled. "Setsuna, I trust your judgement. If you think that Nabiki isn't a bad person, then I don't think she is."

"You're too trusting." Rei said to Usagi. "Did you hear? If she figures out how to stop the Great Freeze, we'll be under employment from a Devil."

Usagi nodded. "I know, but none of our enemies were willing to simply talk or even ask for our opinions. I don't think Nabiki's a bad person, even if she's a Devil."

"That kind of thinking gets you into so much trouble." Minako, of all people, spoke up. "But, if that's what you want, I can't go against it."

"So..." Setsuna looked at Usagi. "Are you going to go with to Las Vegas?"

"Of course," Usagi nodded, "I can't let you or any of my friends get hurt if I have the power to stop it. Besides, you warned us and Luna and I read over the details of the contract." Seeing the dismayed look on Setsuna's face, Usagi smiled at her. "You and Nabiki both gave us plenty of warning, Setsuna, if things go bad, I won't blame either of you."

"...That doesn't make me feel better." Setsuna said and mentally sighed before nodding. "Very well, if that's what you really want."

Usagi nodded and Setsuna really hoped that nothing too terrible would happen.

'Why do I feel like someone is laughing at me?' Setsuna asked herself.

Chapter 7

The following weeks came and went quickly. Eventually the Senshi, minus Hotaru, would meet Ai, Sakura, Asagi, Murasaki and Yukikaze. The groups were able to work together for the most part.

The first real test would happen two weeks later...

Nabiki raised an eyebrow as Murasaki and Minako brought in a short man wearing a green suit, hat and had red hair and a beard. The two girls looked rather beat up and exhausted. Behind them was a young man and woman who couldn't be any older than nineteen. "Alright, Murasaki," she looked at the blue-haired woman, "might I ask what's going on?"

"I want me gold!" The short man growled in an Irish accent. The feeling of magic had Nabiki on edge as she realized exactly what she was dealing with.

"A leprechaun?" Nabiki asked rhetorically as Murasaki and the others nodded. "Alright, can you explain?"

The blue-haired ninja flicked a loose strand of hair out of her eyes. "Minako and I were doing our patrols when we heard a scream of help with these two," she gestured at the boy and girl, "ran past us and then this one," she motioned to the leprechaun, "ran after them."

"They stole me gold and I want them to pay!" The leprechaun yelled in anger.

'Lovely, Fae are such a pain in the ass to work with.' Nabiki thought to herself. She didn't even have the experience that Ranma had with dealing with them, but knew they were difficult. "Alright, Mr..." Her eyes glowed as she looked at him, causing the two humans to jump in surprise, "Lubdan," the leprechaun nodded, "I understand you're upset about your gold and I have no intention of stopping you from getting it back." When he perked up, Nabiki held out a hand, "that said, let's see what you've been up to..." She looked at the two spooked humans and sighed. "Miss Tammy, Mister Scott, relax, I mean you no harm. In fact, I plan on helping you."

"There's a teeny tiny problem," Minako had a grimace on her face, "it seems like these gold coins that are Mr. Lubdan's have the power to grant wishes and..."

"YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID THAT SOONER!" Nabiki yelled loudly as screens popped up all around her. "I don't give a shit about much else right now, how many coins are you missing?"

"Ten," Lubdan answered as he looked at the screens, "and they can only be used once per person."

"And if someone figures out what they have..." Nabiki trailed off, not wanting to think of what kinds of horrors could be unleashed by someone who knew what was going on. "If someone had two coins..."

"Two wishes." Lubdan answered with a nod.

"Restrictions?" Nabiki asked as her hands flew over a clear keyboard.

"Hmm..." Lubdan thought about it for a moment. "Well, nothing they can do can't be undone by Fae magic, so there's that."

"...Lovely." Nabiki said with a grimace. "Alright, it looks like five coins have been used, but four of them have lost their coins. The last one just simply wanted extremely good luck for gambling." She saw the annoyance on Lubdan's face. "We will get your gold back." She pushed a few buttons and Ami's face appeared on screen. "Ami, are you busy?"

"Not especially." Ami answered back, "I was enjoying my day off."

"You're on the clock today, double pay and you get tomorrow off." Nabiki told her, causing Ami's eyes to widen in surprise. "Minako and Murasaki are going to meet up with you at the Lucky Clover casino. I'll send you real time information, there's ten wish granting gold coins floating around Las Vegas and you need to get them back immediately."

"Understood." Ami nodded in determination.

"Go." Nabiki looked at the Senshi and Taimanin, both girls nodded and quickly left.

"You're not going to leave us here with him, are you?" Scott pointed at Lubdan, who grinned.

"Mr. Lubdan, behave yourself or I'll call Raven to deal with you."

Lubdan sneered at Nabiki. "Now you listen here, you she-Devil, just because Raven is here in the mortal realm doesn't mean..."

"Queen Mab's daughter happens to be living in Japan, took a liking to the Red Dragon Emperor and Raven is playing bodyguard." Nabiki interrupted him, "and don't think that I can't fight you just because you're a Fae."

Suddenly a metal pole was pressed against Lubdan's neck from behind as a person appeared behind him. "Mistress Nabiki, should I remove his head?" Ai asked and Nabiki shook her head.

"That wouldn't kill him," Nabiki said as she rotated her wrist and a four leaf clover appeared in her hands, causing Lubdan's eyes to widen in surprise. "This, however, is far more effective."

Suddenly Lubdan started to laugh and cackle. "Hahahahahahaha! This is why I like dealing with Devils like you over other Fae and humans. You know what i am and aren't afraid to stand up to me." A toothy grin came to him. "Very well, so long as I get me gold tonight, I have no problem doing nothing."

"By the way," Nabiki looked at a screen that showed Lubdan using his powers to attack Minako, who had been Sailor Venus at the time, and Murasaki, which resulted in massive clothing damage and even had Murasaki's massive breasts burst free, which caused Lubdan to stop and stare, which allowed Venus to defeat him, "the next time you decide to attack my associates like that, I'm making sure you get sent back to Oberon."

"Noted." Lubdan nodded as Ai removed her staff. When he tried to stomp her foot, Ai slid back and smacked Lubdan in the face with the end of her staff, sending him flying into the wall, where several follow-up knives pinned him to the wall. "...I LIKE 'em feisty."

"Not interested." Ai told him. When Lubdan continued to grin, Ai growled at him. "First of all, I have plenty of experience with mind control magic, you'll have to work harder than that."

"Ah..." Tammy spoke up and the others looked at her as though they had forgotten she was there. "What happens now?"

"Now?" Nabiki asked as she walked up to them and smiled, patting them on the shoulder, "you two are going to go down into the lobby," she walked over to the elevator and pressed the button on it, "and don't worry about a thing, have a meal on the house and enjoy your time in Las Vegas."

Scott opened his mouth and paused, nodding as the elevator door opened and the two young adults walked in. Nabiki pressed a button and stepped back, smiling. "Don't worry, Mr. Scott, just relax and enjoy your vacation."

After the doors closed and the elevator took off, Lubdan whistled in surprise. "That was quite impressive hypnosis, she-Devil."

Nabiki gave him a side-eyed look. "I am the Deadly Sin of Avarice after all." There were very few that she had to answer to, which she was thankful for. "Anyway, we have to talk about your killing humans who take your gold."

"You think that I shouldn't kill them?" Lubdan asked with a shrill in his voice. "You some goody-goody?"

"Not at all." Nabiki said as she walked over to a chair and sat down not far from the leprechaun. "However, I am trying to integrate humans and non-humans to live in relative peace." Conflicts would always happen, she knew that, but limiting the amount of conflicts was important. "And your killing of humans who offend you doesn't help that effort out." She narrowed her eyes at Lubdan, who stared back at her defiantly. "We'll deal with the humans who have your gold and I can't undo what you did." A screen came up showing some of the humans and the things that they had wished for using Lubdan's gold. "In fact, I can't say that I completely disagree with what you did to some of those people."

"So what is it you want?" Lubdan asked her.

"To simply contact me if someone does steal your gold." Nabiki informed him. "First of all, I can get it back much less violently than you could. Secondly, your methods cause too many problems and would only bring humans down on the supernatural harder than they already do."

"Is there a third reason?" Lubdan asked and Nabiki nodded.

"It's a pain in the ass to clean up and cover up."

Lubdan laughed and nodded. "Ah, very well, very well. If it means not having to deal with Oberon being a pissy pants at me, I'll follow your rules. But I can sense someone's intentions." He waved a finger at Nabiki. "You'll forgive me if I take matters into my own hands if someone really nasty gets me gold."

Nabiki waved her hand, knowing that was the best she would get out of a Fae. Even if leprechauns weren't the most powerful of the group, they were still sadistic, dangerous and capricious.

It would be another fifteen minutes before a screen popped up with Murasaki's face on it as she called in. "We got the ten gold pieces. We'll be heading back now."

Nabiki nodded.

(---)

Sailor Venus casually flicked one of the coins up in the air and caught it on the way down. "A pleasure doing business with you." She winked at the young man, who was drooling and blushing.

"To think all it would take to get some of these men to part with their gold was simply letting them feel miss Murasaki's boobs." Sailor Mercury sighed and hung her head, knowing why. Before she had met Murasaki, Sakura and Asagi, she would have never thought that women could even have breasts that large naturally. At least not without being obese.

Sailor Venus put the coin in the bag that she had and the three jumped out of the area to head back to the casino. "It's almost too bad." Sailor Venus said and both Sailor Mercury and Murasaki looked at her. "If that little guy wouldn't mind us making a wish on them, I wouldn't mind getting a hunky boyfriend with them."

Both Mercury and Murasaki gave her a flat stare and Venus, for her part, blushed and shook her head. "It's just me talking out loud, I don't really mean it."

"I really hope that doesn't count as a wish." Sailor Mercury muttered. "If it does, Mina..."

"I know, I know." Sailor Venus shook her hands. "I promise, I'll apologize to him and try to fix it, I wasn't trying to make a wish."

(---)

After getting back to the office, Sailor Venus handed over the bag to Lubdan, who tipped it over and allowed the coins to fall into his hands. He quickly counted them out and nodded. "Excellent! I got me gold back..." He trailed off and looked at Sailor Venus and narrowed his eyes. "Just so you know, lassie, wish magic requires you to directly say you want something, rather than talk out loud, but ye should be careful either way." Seeing her grimace, he waved his hands. "No, no, I'll behave. You didn't make a wish and I got me gold back."

"I would ask you to leave and never come back," Nabiki said and shook her head, "but that would be more troubling than it's worth. Someone would find your gold and try to take it and you'd get pissed off and try to kill them again."

"Ye know me too well." Lubdan said with a grin. "What? Would you want me to stick around in yer back yard?"

"That... Might not be a bad idea." Nabiki said with a nod. "It's better to have you where you're close and easy to deal with rather than running around and causing problems. But the biggest problem is your gold, you always seem to have it stolen." She snapped her fingers and a compartment on the wall opened up to reveal a safe. "I have no use for your gold."

"And you expect me to trust you?" Lubdan asked while hissing.

Nabiki walked over to the safe and pushed a sequence of buttons. "Not at all. That's why I'll set up a palm scanner that will only let you open this safe. Meaning no one will steal your gold."

Lubdan gave her a serious look. "If I find ye be lying..."

"I'll stake my life on it." Nabiki answered him. "No one who works for me, nor myself or anyone associated with me will take your gold even if they could open the safe up."

"Very well," Lubdan nodded, "but I will show no mercy to anyone who steals me gold. Those who take me gold don't live to see the sun rise in the morrow after all."

Lubdan then counted all the coins and nodded as they were all there and put the pot in the safe and Nabiki sealed it up, only allowing Lubdan to put his hand on a scanner, which would allow him and him alone to open the safe to get his gold.

After he was given some money to gamble and he left through the elevator, Mercury looked at Nabiki. "Are you sure that's wise?"

"No." Nabiki sighed and shook her head. "But he's a Fae, even if a weaker one, and they're extremely difficult to deal with. The only reason he was willing to listen at all was because I happen to know a relative to the ruler of the Fae and Oberon and Titania aren't exactly kind to Fae who cause too much trouble." She snapped her fingers and some screens formed behind her, showing the three of them some of the more sadistic ways that Lubdan had killed people over the centuries.

One of them had him tying someone up to four horses, which he then made run off in different directions, tearing the person apart in the process.

"So long as he thinks his gold is safe, he'll behave..." Nabiki trailed off and sighed as she watched Lubdan shove an over-sized pineapple up a woman's ass before it exploded inside of her. "...I think."

"We'll have to keep an eye on him." Ai said and Nabiki nodded in agreement. "Hopefully he doesn't stick around too long."

"Hopefully." Nabiki said with a nod.

(---)

Meanwhile...

Standing in front of a building that was a typical looking gym, Haruka Tenou looked at her lover, who nodded. "This seems to be the place." Michiru said as she looked at the address on the paper and at the building. "I'm guessing that the fun stuff is in the back?"

Haruka gripped a transformation stick. "Shall we find out?"

"Of course." Michiru said as she held a similar stick and the two transformed into their Senshi forms before jumping into the alley and into the back of the building.

Stopping in front of what looked like an over-sized, old-style meter box, Sailor Uranus knocked on the wall three inches to the left of the box. It looked like she was knocking on brick, but the sound that came out was metal.

Suddenly a panel opened up, revealing a face that looked at them. "Yes?" A male voice spoke up.

"We're here on suspition of illegal activity." Sailor Neptune said with a polite smile on her face. "I hope you don't mind letting us in so we don't have to break anything."

"You're the Deadly Sin's enforcers, aren't'cha?" The male voice asked and Sailor Uranus nodded. "Very well, let me unlock the door." He said and he slid the face panel back into place.

After a few moments, the door opened and a large, burly and obviously non-human man stood in front of them. "Ladies, welcome to the Abyss." He said with a bow. "Before you ask, that's just the name of the place."

"Lovely." Sailor Uranus said as she and Sailor Neptune walked inside as the door closed behind them. The ground in front of them became a dimly lit slope that went under the upper building, past various pipes and wiring before ending at a wooden door, which opened with no resistance. As they walked through, the light suddenly became much brighter and both Senshi winced as their eyes adjusted to the new brightness.

When they could see clearly, they saw a large area filled with tables that had lots of people, both human and not, eating food while, in the center of the room, was a giant ring that had a chain-link fence around it that went up to the ceiling.

In the center was a large man as he fought against a smaller, wolf man. The Senshi watched in some surprise as the wolf man easily beat the larger man down with his speed and agility, eventually being declared the winner while the cage was raised up.

A thin man wearing a black pinstriped suit with pointed ears, purple hair that went to his shoulders and orange skin walked over to the two Senshi, smiling as he adjusted his glasses. "Greetings ladies." He said with a bow. "How might I be of assistance? Are you interested in joining the Abyss for the fights? Making a wager? Or is there something else I can do for you?"

Both Senshi looked at each other and then back to the man as they wondered just who he was and what exactly was going on.

I should have had this out a few days ago. My brain went "duuuuuurrrr" and said no more.

Oh well, it let me think up more.

Chapter 8

"Mostly we're here for information." Sailor Neptune said as she looked at the obvious demon, who nodded. "Word on the street is that there's some illegal stuff happening here."

The smile never left the demon's face as he nodded. "Ah, of course, of course. Please, follow me. I do not wish to have everyone hear what we're about to say." When the two Senshi gave him a look that told him what they thought of that, he nodded. "Of course, I merely mean into the hallway, nothing more. Compared to either of you, I would crumple as easily as a sheet of wet paper in the hands of an infant." Both nodded and followed him into the hallway, where he closed the door. "Now, far be it for me to assume what you're here for, if you could explain why, I could assuage any worries you have."

"We heard that there were illegal fights involving humans and non-humans here." Sailor Uranus said and the demon nodded.

"Ah, certainly by human standards what's going on is illegal." The demon said with a nod. "After all, we're not officially registered as any fighting arena that people can join and participate in."

"So, what is going on?" Sailor Neptune asked and the demon nodded.

"A good question." The demon continued to smile and nod. "You see, Makai has in place some rulers that not everyone is happy with. But their strength cannot be denied. The Demon King recently said that in ten years time, a trifling amount of time for those of us who live in Makai, a tournament will be held for all Makai residents. The winner of the tournament will become the new ruler of Makai. Even the Demon King himself will participate in it."

"So this is..." Sailor Neptune began and looked at Sailor Uranus.

"...Merely training?"

The demon nodded. "Quite so. To keep it from attracting TOO much attention, we had to put a lot of wards to dampen magic around the building. A few rules, of course. No attacks other than what normal humans can do."

"So no magic or other energy attacks?" Sailor Uranus asked and the demon nodded. "And how do you enforce that?"

The demon simply reached into his pocket and pulled out a thin, round object. "A choker that goes around the neck. It doesn't remove a person's magical resistance, toughness or strength, it simply disrupts the magic that they can use for attacking. However, that's probably not why you think something illegal is happening here." He put the item back in his pocket as he continued to smile. "You see, sometimes humans enter into deals with the supernatural and cannot repay what they owe. We offer them a chance to get out of paying back what they owe. If they can win enough fights that is." He said and the two Senshi nodded. "However, should they lose, well... The punishment is whatever is agreed upon by the parties before the fight starts. Sometimes they become slaves, other times broodmares and some of our more twisted guests like to have statues and furniture from them." He held up his hands as they hissed. "Please, realize, that the person who lost agreed to those terms."

"And if they hadn't come here?" Sailor Neptune asked and the demon nodded.

"Well, they wouldn't be alive long enough to complain." The demon chuckled and rubbed his hands together. "Now, you have to understand, all agreements are not only completely voluntary, but we allow participants to change the terms of the agreement should they win enough. Like, for example," he nodded back at the door, "that werewolf that you saw fighting when you came in. He owed a great deal of money to a very wealthy being. I won't bore you with the details, but he won his freedom fifteen fights ago. After his debt had been paid, he started fighting to gain money so he can live freely without worry for the rest of his life. Not a bad deal, if I do say so."

"Disgusting." Sailor Neptune said as she looked at him. "To prey on people who are desperate like that."

"We do not prey on people." The demon rebutted and shook his head. "Non non," he held up his right hand and waggled a finger, "the people who you are worried about simply made bad decisions and we give them a way to get out of it."

"Throwing untrained people against demons?" Sailor Uranus narrowed her eyes as the demon started to sweat. "Give me one good reason..."

"We train them!" The demon waved his hands in front of him. "They won't win fights against the best, of course, but we demons like fights to be entertaining." He coughed into his hand. "Oooh, pardon me, dust in my throat. But what would be the point of having humans fight for the chance of their freedom if they are guaranteed to lose?"

Both Senshi gave him a flat stare and he laughed.

"Fair point, I suppose that we demons do have a reputation of enjoying torture of humans." The demon didn't stop smiling despite this set-back. "It's more fair to say that if we had these fights rigged to be impossible to win than we would never have any more entertainment."

"So it's completely legitimate and the ring is just used for fighting?" Sailor Uranus asked and the demon nodded.

"Well, the ring is sometimes moved to the stage when we have our more erotic displays." The demon said with a chuckle. "If you want, there's one scheduled for later today, so you could sit and enjoy a bit of a..."

"No thanks." Sailor Neptune said with her eye twitching. "So, fighting and sex?"

"Along with food and gambling, yes." The demon said with a nod. "Between the Demon King of Makai and his wife, the Deadly Sin of Avarice, most demons, such as myself, tend to behave. After all, someone who has one of the four Devil Kings as a wife and equal is no one you wish to anger."

"...He has multiple wives?" Sailor Uranus asked and openly gawked as the demon nodded. "...Okay, I don't need to know."

The demon flipped his wrist around and two small business cards appeared in it. "If either of you wish to come for dinner and show or even participate..." He handed them to Sailor Uranus. "Feel free. After all, plenty of people join the fights for the thrill of fighting against others with the only restrictions, other than just using hands and feet, are that you aren't allowed to kill your opponent."

Sailor Uranus looked at the card and then at him. "One final question, I hear some demons have skin you can't touch..."

"In that case, you are allowed to use a weapon to fight, but that's really rare." The demon said and looked at the watch on his left wrist. "Ooooh! A new fight is about to start. Would you like to watch?"

"No thanks." Sailor Neptune said as she turned to leave. "Realize this, demon, the only reason that we didn't come in trying to take you out is our employer would be upset at us."

"Of course." The demon said while still smiling. "Our doors are always open. I look forward to when you return."

After both Senshi left, the demon looked behind him at a succubus who wore tattered shorts and a tube top with an open vest over her shoulders. She had fair skin, long purple hair, large breasts that strained against her clothing, fairly wide hips, thick thighs and a rather thick tail. There was a tattoo that looked like fire on her left side. "Miss Alma Elma, I didn't expect to see you. What brings you out?"

"The Sailor Senshi..." The succubus said with a grin. "I'm sure that one of them will be back in the future." She turned and walked off. "I wonder how good of a fighter she is."

"Oh my." The demon chuckled and rubbed his hands together in glee. He didn't know why such a strong fighter like Alma was in Las Vegas, but he knew that she had good instincts when it came to fighters and he wasn't going to question it.

(---)

After leaving the hidden arena, the two took to the rooftops and jumped away, keeping quiet for more than a few blocks as they tried to get their thoughts in order.

"Michiru..." Sailor Uranus began as she looked at her lover.

"It feels like I should have done something to that place." Sailor Neptune said softly. "The thought of demons having a fighting arena like that..." She sighed and shook her head. "I just don't like it."

"You know..." Sailor Uranus trailed off. "I don't really trust that place myself." She looked back at where they had come from. "Might be a good idea to inform our boss about it."

Sailor Neptune nodded and the two Senshi quickly made their way back to the casino that they were using as a base of operations.

(---)

Later...

Nabiki raised an eyebrow as she heard what Uranus and Neptune told her. "Underground fight ring, huh?" She thought about it for a moment before her eyes widened. "Oh right! Ranma did say that there was going to be tournaments every decade in Makai to determine who was going to rule." Her eyes glowed for a moment and she grimaced as she realized something. "Lovely, that building and the others around it have to have that mineral, huh?" At their confused looks, she shook her head. "Ages ago, when Devils and Fallen Angels broke off from Heaven, the Fallen Angels created anti-scrying minerals and made structures out of them. Sometimes that stuff ends up in the human world and some buildings have natural anti-scrying protection simply because of it. Think of it like topaz or other fairly rare minerals ending up in a building's foundation."

"So what should we do?" Sailor Uranus asked and Nabiki shrugged helplessly. "Up to us?"

"You're big girls." Nabiki smiled at them. "If you want to scope it out and see how things play out, I won't stop you, but I need you to patrol the city when you're supposed to be on your shift. In fact," she shrugged and leaned back in her chair, "I don't have a problem with you girls doing whatever you want on your spare time, so long as it doesn't hurt anyone." Seeing the two looking at her expectantly, she sighed. "Look, what that demon said was true. At least about a Makai tournament in a few years to determine the next ruler. Some demons don't like how my husband is doing things."

"I wouldn't worry about that arena too much." Setsuna said as she walked into the office. "That said, it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep an eye on it."

"But just being there to watch the place, if there was something nefarious going on..." Sailor Neptune trailed off, knowing that there wasn't any reason to discuss how they would change their behaviors in that case.

"...What if I joined?" Sailor Uranus asked and the others all looked at her in surprise. "I can just say some line about want to test myself against demons or something."

"That's not a bad idea, but..." Nabiki paused for a moment. "You do realize that would leave us short-handed while you're doing that, right?"

Sailor Neptune sighed as Uranus nodded and rubbed the bridge of her nose. "You just wanted to beat up some demons with your hands and feet, didn't you?"

Sailor Uranus smiled nervously. "I can't completely disagree."

"Do be careful," Setsuna told her friend, "I'd rather you not get into trouble and we can't help you."

"Give me a few days." Nabiki told her. "I'll contact some people I know who can make a device that you can wear, an armband or something, that can be easily overlooked and will let us find out know what's going on."

"Thanks." Michiru said as she and Haruka released their transformations. "You'll have to forgive us for being jumpy about the thought of demons running around freely."

Nabiki waved her concerns off. "I'd be concerned if you weren't worried about it." Despite her seemingly nonchalant attitude about it, there was something gnawing at the back of her mind, that she was overlooking something and she wasn't sure what it was.

Her thoughts were interrupted as she heard Saito crying in the other room. Getting up, she went to check on her son and she knew that she would have to have him live with his father soon, since it would get too dangerous to be around here.

(---)

Elsewhere in Las Vegas...

Makoto took in a deep gasp of air as she broke through the surface of the public pool. She was wearing a green a light blue bikini that did nothing to hide her curves from anyone who was watching, which, she was quite giddy in noticing, were quite a few young men and older teenagers. She knew that laws involving intimacy between people were different in the United States and Japan and knew that she had to be careful not to trip over any landmines.

Nabiki had informed her a few days ago that if she wanted to have a boyfriend and have that kind of fun when not on the clock that the state of Nevada's age of consent was sixteen.

Not far away, Sakura, who was basically Makoto's partner for the foreseeable future, broke out of the water herself. She was wearing a single-piece swimsuit that did nothing to hide how toned and muscular the blonde was, not to mention how large her breasts were. "I have to admit, Makoto," Sakura said with a smile as she treaded water over to where the brunette was at, "I didn't expect you to be such a good swimmer."

"Compared to Ami or Michiru, I'm not that good." Makoto admitted as the two swam through the water. "What about you?"

"Part of my ninja training." Sakura said with a wink and then glanced up at the changing room area where a digital clock was telling the time. "Our shift starts in an hour."

Makoto nodded and the two swam to the edge of the pool and got out. After grabbing their towels, they went to the shower to wash the pool water off and Makoto couldn't help but look at Sakura as she pulled the top of her swimsuit down so she could wash her breasts off. "Now I understand why so many girls were jealous of me." Makoto muttered softly as Sakura looked at her in confusion. "Do you mind me asking how you..." She gestured to the ninja girl, "grew so healthy?"

"Proper eating, exercise and drugs." Sakura answered honestly and Makoto jerked in surprise. "The drugs were given to us as children so that our bodies could be more durable, stronger and faster than normal people for the purposes of fighting demons. It had a side effect as we grew up." She bounced on the balls of her feet, causing her breasts to move with a heavy bounce. "On the other hand, our back muscles are strong enough that I never have to worry about back pain."

Makoto blinked a few times and nodded. "I... See..."

"And no," the blonde shook her head as she pulled her swimsuit off completely and washed her body off, "I don't know why Yukikaze is flat-chested. She gets upset whenever anyone points it out."

"I can imagine." Makoto said with a flat expression on her face. She too stripped out of her swimsuit while washing off before turning off the shower and the two girls dried themselves off before getting dressed. "So, those drugs were supposed to help you fight demons?"

Sakura nodded as she pulled her panties up and put on her bra. "Yeah. The clan elders worried that using our Ki to enhance us wouldn't be enough against some demons that we could come across, so they came up with a drug to give us all the benefits of Ki boosts without the downside of wearing us out." As she finished putting on her shirt and pants, she smiled at Makoto. "None of us are going to be taking down beings like the four Devil Kings or anything like that, but against Ogres and other really tough monsters? It never hurts to have a helping hand."

Makoto nodded, knowing how her Senshi powers gave her an advantage against various monsters. "Agreed." So what if the ninja girls used drugs to enhance their bodies to fight against demons and other monsters? Was it any different than using magic?

Sakura's thoughts went to a dark place as she thought about the stories she heard about the various Taimanin that came before her and how many of them had been captured and experimented on by crazed mad scientists. She had seen the results of those experiments and couldn't help but wonder if that would happen to her in the future.

Seeing a woman being able to give birth to a horse demon had been so disturbing that Sakura had given serious contemplations bout committing suicide.

What had made it worse was how the woman, a fellow Taimanin, had begged to have her horse husband breed her again.

Sakura was shaken out of her thoughts when she felt Makoto shaking her. "Huh? What?"

"Sorry, you weren't responding." Makoto, now fully dressed, smiled nervously. "You've been zoned out for almost ten minutes."

"Crap!" Sakura quickly put her swimsuit into her bag and the two quickly made their way out of the swimming pool and found an alley so Makoto could transform. Sakura quickly changed again, this time into her ninja body suit and the two jumped out of the alley and onto the roof of the building before rushing to work. "Hey, Sailor Jupiter..." She trailed off as Jupiter looked at her, "is that a full-body leotard with a skirt on it or is the bottom panties?"

Jupiter laughed, though she blushed at the question. "Full leotard. Sorry if you're disappointed."

Sakura laughed and shook her head. "No, I just wanted to make sure."

It didn't take long for the two to get to the casino, slip inside, clock in, get their assignments and head out again.

Nabiki slapped her forehead. "I really need to teach them how to create communication screens." Ai gave her a confused look. "That way they don't have to come in to clock in."

"Yeah, but it might be turned against us if you did that." Ai pointed out and Nabiki nodded.

"Fair point." Nabiki wasn't sure if it would, but now that Ai had said it, she realized that there was a non-zero chance of that happening.

Chapter 9

"You seem excited, Usagi-san." Asagi smiled as she moved some of her dark blue hair out of her eyes. The blonde girl next to her was practically bubbling and bouncing in place.

"My Mamo-chan is coming to Las Vegas today!" She clapped in giddiness.

"Your boyfriend, huh?" Asagi asked and Usagi nodded. "Must be nice to have him be able to come and visit you." She said as the two walked down the street towards the airport. "Sadly my Kousuke can't come to see me."

"Your boyfriend?" Usagi asked and Asagi nodded.

"Yeah, our relationship's a little complicated, but," a soft blush came to Asagi's face as she thought about it, "I hope after this, I can retire as a Taimanin and live as Kousuke's wife."

"I feel that." Usagi said with a nod, knowing how it felt to want to just be a simple housewife and not have to face the end of the world every few months. "I'm sure that it will work out between you."

Asagi smiled in thanks as she thought about Kousuke. "My Kou-kun is quite wonderful, like his brother was."

"He has a brother?" Usagi asked, curious about who Asagi had as a lover.

"No, he had a brother." Asagi said with a sad sigh. "Kyousuke died in my arms eight years ago." Usagi gasped and Asagi shook her head. "I loved him so much. His death's already been avenged." Images of her beloved Kyosuke laying with his body twisted and mutated before she was forced to kill him to put him out of his misery, how Oboro laughed at her angst and despair, how she had killed Oboro out of revenge all flashed through her mind. "His brother was still a child, I took Kou-kun in and raised him like my younger brother." A blush came to her face, "but he fell in love with me."

Usagi put her hand on Asagi's shoulder, causing the Taimanin to look at the blonde. "I'm sorry about your first love."

Asagi had a soft expression on her face. "It's okay. Sometimes bad things happen for no reason."

"Can I ask, why did you tell me this?" Usagi asked, curious and Asagi smiled at her.

"The way you looked when you talked about your boyfriend reminded me of how I was eight years ago." Asagi sighed softly and looked up at the sky, seeing something that wasn't there even as the wind picked up and made her hair dance around her. "I guess I got nostalgic is all."

"You're too young to be nostalgic!" Usagi yelled while waving her arms up and down. "Leave that to old people."

Asagi sweat-dropped heavily as she heard that. "I'm five years older than you are." Usagi just laughed while sticking her tongue out. "And, maybe, I just felt like I could trust you." Usagi blinked before smiling.

"Well, I'm glad I could help."

"So..." Asagi asked as they waited for the light to change so they could walk across the street. "How long have you and your Mamo-chan been dating?"

"Hmm," Usagi put a finger on her cheek as she thought about it, "since I was fourteen. Sometimes we broke up when we were going through some rough patches in our lives, but I've seen the future." Her eyes sparkled as she ignored the weird looks people gave her. The lights changed and people quickly made their way across the street while Usagi and Asagi walked at a slower pace. "I know that Mamo-chan and I are destined to get together."

"Sometimes the future you saw isn't the future you'll get." Asagi said softly and Usagi looked at her strangely. "...What?"

Usagi shook her head. "Nothing." Those words weren't quite the same that Galaxia had said, but they were close and part of Usagi was worried about that. But she knew that there wasn't much she could do about it at that moment as she looked at her phone and then perked up as she realized that Mamoru would be there soon. "Come on!"

(---)

Elsewhere...

"Surprised that you're out here." A deep female voice spoke up and Oboro turned her head to see Ingrid walking out onto the balcony. "I thought you were supposed to be figuring out when we could sneak into Las Vegas."

"We'll be able to in by the end of summer." Oboro told her coolly. "At least that's what Black-sama's information source said."

"Yeah..." Ingrid narrowed her eyes. "I don't like him."

"For once, we agree." Oboro said with a nod.

*Flash*

Satanael smiled as the television screen turned on, revealing a human-shaped dog that moved in weird ways. "Ah, yes, my personal benefactor."

"Greetings, Satanael, Edwin Black, Oboro and Ingrid." The voice on the other end was male, but there was an obvious mechanical distortion effect with the voice, making it impossible to tell just who was speaking. "I apologize for using this avatar to speak to you, but as of right now, I must keep who I am a secret. That will change soon enough, but for now, please put up with it."

"Who are you?" Edwin asked and the dog shook its head.

"I apologize, but even hinting at who I am would be problematic. For now, call me Mr. D."

"D as in dog." Satanael told them. "And despite the fact that I've never met this person myself, he's given me such interesting bits of information, such as a way to reincarnate humans and others into Fallen Angels."

"Unfortunately, much like the current Angel Reincarnation and Devil Reincarnation, Dragons and Gods are off the table and you need more pieces for stronger beings." The dog said. "I'm sure that you've come across a reincarnated human a few times in your life."

"Yes, they're annoying." Edwin said with a nod. "So you can turn humans directly into Fallen Angels now?"

"With Heaven's Angel supply dwindling and how difficult it is to successfully have children, this is the fastest way to repopulate the Fallen Angels." Satanael said as he held up a rectangular tile with three small dots on it, a dividing line and five dots in the shape of an "X" on the other side of it. The tile was white and the dots and dividing line were all red as they glowed softly. "I have no interest in restarting the Great War, but I'm sure that this would be interesting to the other leaders if they hadn't banished me from the Grigori." He shrugged, it was unimportant, and put his tile away. "Mr. D, please explain some stuff to our guests."

"Of course." The dog nodded. "For now, you need to lay low. Near the end of summer, the Deadly Sin of Avarice will be leaving for Hell to partake in a Rating Game and the Time Witch will be busy in Japan, leaving none of the defenders with the ability to see what will happen. On that day, you will move into Sin City and meet at a hotel that I have arranged for you. I would appreciate it if you do not bring your dirty laundry to the hotel."

"We'll do our best." Edwin Black said and nodded. "I just have one question for you, how can you assure us of your intentions?"

"Because I am the only one in this world who knows how to counter both the Sin of Avarice and the Time Witch perfectly as I have dealt with their kind before."

"Well..." Edwin slowly grinned. "That sounds promising. We'll keep in touch."

"Of course." The voice said as the screen turned off.

*End Flashback*

"Things are getting interesting, that's for sure." Oboro said as she grinned and stood straight up. "I'm going to go find some thugs to kill." She snorted at Ingrid's disdainful look. "I'm going to dress like a slut and see if anyone tries to force themselves on me." She then walked past Ingrid to get dressed.

"Considering the things that you've done to your enemies, can you really say anything?" Ingrid asked and Oboro laughed as she left.

"No, but society won't miss people like that."

"Well, can't disagree with the reasoning for once." The dark-skinned woman said as she flexed her fingers. "Hmm, I should go find a training center." Reno might be a rather small city compared to the likes of New York City or Paris, but it was still almost three hundred square kilometers in size.

As she walked inside, she was greeted by Satanael talking to the maids, who nodded and walked off. "Ah, miss Ingrid." The Fallen Angel smiled at her. "Are you off somewhere? Your friend..." He trailed off at the cool feeling in the air. "Ah, your... Co-worker?" Ingrid gave a tiny nod. "Well, either way, she seemed busy, do you know what that was about?"

Ingrid shrugged. "She's looking for fun, whatever she does is on her." They all knew they had to keep a low profile and Oboro knew that Ingrid would deal with her if she got out of hand. "I have a question for you, Fallen." Satanael nodded, smiling pleasantly at her. "Why are you helping Black-sama?"

"Hmm?" Satanael blinked a few times and nodded. "Well," he walked over to the window and looked out of it. "To understand, I'll have to tell you a bit about me, if you don't mind?" When Ingrid said nothing, he continued, "you see, I was interested in Sacred Gears, much like Azazel. I wanted to know what these Divine Artifacts that Father created could truly do. When the first Balance Break was discovered, I realized that if Sacred Gears could evolve into stronger versions of themselves, then they could become Longinus. Azazel disagreed with me, and I was removed from the Grigori as a result." He chuckled and turned to face Ingrid. "And now, a new stage was discovered, a Fully Mastered state? And with someone who has the power of omniscience running around?" A maniacal gleam came to his eyes as he grinned. "I shall have this power. Edwin Black wants a human woman for whatever purposes he wants, I have no problem with this."

"I see," Ingrid nodded slowly, "so you'll help him get what he wants and he helps you?"

Satanael nodded. "Indeed," the maniac gleam in his eyes slowly left, "my benefactor has knowledge of powers that I have never heard of, Edwin Black's own unique abilities and my own experience combined will give us quite the edge over the Deadly Sin of Avarice and her ninjas..." He trailed off and a frown came to him. "The thing that worries me the most are the Sailor Senshi." Ingrid raised an eyebrow and he waved his hand. "Do not worry about it. But if you face a Senshi down, your best bet is to run." He turned and walked out of the room. "Or you won't survive the encounter."

"Ominous." Ingrid muttered as she walked out of the room and past two of the maids, who stepped aside to let her out. She paused as she looked at the two girls. Both were fairly short, barely coming up to her breasts and were far flatter than she was. One had dusky brown skin, brown eyes and curly brown hair and the other one had a more fair complexion, green eyes and wavy red hair. "Do you two hate this?" She asked them.

"Better being experimented on by Satanael than being beaten and dying in some warlord's labor camp." The dark skinned one said.

The redhead simply bowed to Ingrid. "I was a cartel sex pet because I couldn't pay them enough money to get me across Mexico and to America."

"I see." Ingrid said with a nod. "Sorry for bringing it up." She quickly left the two maids, who looked at each other and nodded while cleaning up.

"Was that true, Mary?" The dark-skinned one asked and Mary nodded as she began cleaning the windows.

"Yes, June. I was passed around like a cheap whore." Mary looked at the window while cleaning. "There's no reason to think about that time in my life."

"Agreed." June said as the two worked.

Kind of been out of it after I heard about Toriyama's death. Rest in peace.

I don't know what I can say that hasn't been said already. The man was an inspiration to generations of anime fans and without him, I doubt that many of us would have become anime fans.

My first experience with the franchise was the Kidwiz dub of the first 13 episodes of Dragon Ball on VHS. I think it was around 95 or so.

Nothing more I can say but "thank you".

Chapter 10

"Mamo-chan!" Usagi cried as she saw her boyfriend, a tall man with short black hair and blue eyes who was wearing jeans, a black shirt and a jacket over his shoulders. He was pulling a suitcase on wheels behind him and he smiled as he saw Usagi as she ran up to him. He let go of his suitcase and held his arms out as she jumped at him and hugged him tightly. The two spun in place a couple of times as he bled the momentum of her hug out.

"Usako, how have things been?" He asked as he put her down and then blinked as he saw Asagi. "Oh, pardon me, my name is Chiba Mamoru... oh, we're in America, it's Mamoru Chiba."

"It's fine," Asagi waved her hand, "I'm from Japan, Mamoru-san." She bowed to him. "I am Igawa Asagi." She raised her head and smiled at him. "Usagi-san wasn't lying, you really are a handsome man."

Mamoru laughed and Usagi gave Asagi a playfully annoyed look and stuck her tongue out. "Thanks for coming, Mamo-chan." Usagi smiled up at him and gave him a quick kiss on the lips.

"It's fine, my college is out for the summer and I would rather spend it with you than working a boring job." He paused at the pouty look Usagi gave him. "Usako?"

"I hope you don't have that attitude after we get married." She huffed and turned away from him.

Mamoru chuckled and rubbed the back of his head. "Well... Even if I had a boring office job after we got married, I'd get to come home and see you every day, so that would make up for the boring job." He smiled as he saw Usagi's cheeks turning pink and leaned in. "Besides, being gone from you all day would only make me fall for you every time I walked in the door."

'Damn, he's good.' Asagi shook her head as Usagi squealed, spun around and hugged him again, declaring her love for him. "Well, we should..."

There was a crashing sound and all three turned to see what looked like a bunch of clowns walking around. Near the foot of one of them was serving tray that had cookies everywhere. "Oh, just an accident." Asagi said, though neither she, Usagi nor Mamoru relaxed as they watched.

"Who wants HUUUUGS?!" One of the clowns said in a goofy voice as it spread its arms around and attempted to hug the nearest person to it, a fat, bald man, who looked weirded out and stepped away from the clown.

"HUUUUG!" Another one yelled and hugged a middle aged woman who couldn't dodge out of the way. "Hug huggy hug!"

"Is this... A bad thing?" Usagi asked while grinning nervously. "I'm not sure how I feel about it."

Mamoru was about to answer when suddenly one of the clowns pulled out giant butcher knives and swung them around in a weird way while its eyes glowed red. "...I think I've seen enough."

"Yeah." Asagi said and looked at them. "How fast can you transform?"

"Fast enough." Usagi said and Mamoru nodded while Asagi jumped into the air. Both Mamoru and Usagi ran behind a partition wall and gave the other one a nod before grabbing their transformation items and transforming.

As she jumped into the air, Asagi grabbed the hem of her shirt and pulled it off, revealing her ninja outfit under it. Mentally she gave thanks to her teachers for making sure that she could pull her pants off at the same time as her shirt without needing to waste time. "YAH!" Asagi yelled as she sliced off the arms of the one with knives, only to reveal metal and circuitry underneath. "Oh, robots, huh?" She looked back at where Eternal Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen were running towards her. "They're robots, Sailor Moon!"

"Got you!" She nodded and jumped into the air.

The robot clowns kept yelling about hugs and went towards random people. Asagi threw some kunai at them before slicing the clown she was next to in half and then rushing forward.

A glowing discus cut through three more of them before returning to where it came from. "Hold it!" Sailor Moon called out when she was on top of a balcony as she caught the attention of the robots, which allowed the regular people to get out of harm's way. "An airport is for people to travel and to meet long-lost loved ones, not for killer robot clowns to attack people."

Some people wondered why Sailor Moon stopped to give speeches to her foes, but it was simple. It caused the bad guys to stop attacking and focus on them and it also allowed potential victims to get away and clear the area out.

"HUG!" The many robots yelled at the same time and some of them threw their knives at Sailor Moon, who quickly jumped out of way.

"If you wanted to hug someone, you should have left the knives at home." A male voice said as Tuxedo Kamen swooped in from above with several roses slamming into a few of the clown's eyes, which caused them to spark and stagger around. Pulling his cane out, he drove the end of it into one of the robots, knocking it down before extending it to take out another robot. "Knives like those are dangerous and in some parts of the world, it's illegal to have them."

On the other side of the robots, Asagi ran and avoided attacks while slicing off arms of the robots, which was really impressive for how busty and curvy she was. 'Too bad Yukikaze isn't here, her lightning bullets would make short work of this.' She thought to herself as she cut off the head of another robot that was trying to sneak up on her without even looking behind her.

Sailor Moon's wings flapped and she launched herself at a few of the robots, kicking the head off of one of them. "Such a waste." She muttered, wondering why anyone would create such things. Pulling out her Eternal Tiare, a white rod with a red orb on the top that had a golden circle around the center and two curved arches, giving it the look of a small crown, she spun it around a few times while charging up her attack. Thankfully Asagi and Tuxedo Kamen kept the robots busy and got them close together. "Starlight Honeymoon..." She began as power built up in her rod. "THERAPY KISS!"

A blinding light washed over the airport and the robots let out one last "HUG!" before they started to break apart and fall into pieces onto the ground.

"Phew..." Sailor Moon smiled as she floated down to the ground. "I'm glad that was taken care of, but how did this happen?" She looked around and saw a young woman with brown hair, glasses and a lab coat looking at them nervously and apologetically. "Miss? What's wrong?"

"This is my fault." The woman said to them and Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Kamen and Asagi all blinked in confusion. "You see, I'm a university student working in robotics." They nodded as they listened. "And I wanted to make a hugging robot that can go into hospitals and give patients, nurses and doctors hugs if they need them."

"That's nice, but how did this happen?" Asagi asked and the woman blushed and looked away. "Miss?"

"I messed up on the code. Where it's supposed to be "friendly and give warm hugs", the code came out... "Be extra creepy and stab people" and I don't know HOW I screwed that up!"

Sailor Moon was about to say something when she heard the sounds of police sirens. "We should take this elsewhere, otherwise things will get too hard to hear." The others nodded as Asagi grabbed the woman and the three quickly fled the area.

(---)

On a roof a few blocks away...

"Okay, we should be okay here for a little bit." Tuxedo Kamen said as he looked around and then at the woman. "So, miss..."

"Sarah, sorry." She smiled nervously. "So, like I was saying, I was just trying to make hugging robots and eventually I'd make robot cats and dogs for nursing homes so elderly people can have something to pet and play with that won't make a mess."

"That's a good goal." Asagi smiled at her. "So, how did..."

"I don't know." Sarah hung her head. "I just screwed up somewhere and I don't know where and I have NO clue how to fix it."

"Well..." Sailor Moon smiled at her. "I happen to know someone who's a super genius with this kind of stuff."

Sarah just blinked.

(---)

A few days later...

Sarah looked up as a knocking was heard at the computer lab. "Hello?" She saw a young Japanese woman with short blue hair and blue eyes wearing jeans and a light t-shirt at the door. "Can I help you?"

"Ah," the woman gave a quick bow and Sarah vaguely remembered that was how the Japanese people greeted each other, "my name is M, sorry, Ami Mizuno." She blushed softly. "I almost said my family name first." She said and Sarah nodded. "I was told that you needed some help with computer coding."

"Are you the one that Sailor Moon said could help?" Sarah asked as Ami walked over to her.

"Ah, yes, she contacted me about this stuff." Ami smiled at her. "Can you show me?"

"I mean..." Sarah led Ami over to her computer and showed her the code. "I don't know how much about coding you know, but this took me weeks to write. There's no way..."

"There's an F in line 95 that should be a C." Ami pointed out as she scanned over the lines of coding. "Also, in line 88 it looks like you forgot a sequence."

"Huh?" Sarah blinked and looked at the lines that Ami was pointing out and stared in surprise. "Holy cow, you're right! I would have never seen that if you didn't point it out."

Ami smiled at her. "Do you mind if I look over everything? I may not have your experience, but I can at least find errors."

"That would be helpful." Sarah said as Ami ran through the code and found errors that she hadn't even thought were there. "Wow, were you an engineering major or something?"

"No, I wanted to be a doctor in high school." Ami pointed out. "I took a job here in the states out of high school because of how well it was paying." She smiled softly as she felt Sarah's confusion. "A troubleshooting gig, if you will."

"Well, if it has anything to do with programming, you'd be an ace at it." Sarah said with astonishment. She could hardly believe what she was seeing. After a few minutes as Ami continuing to work on the code, a thought came to her. "Really, I would think that you were working in robotics."

"Well, that certainly would be neat." Ami nodded, "but I've always wanted to help people, being a doctor would be helpful in that regard."

"Yeah, but..." Sarah began as she turned around and leaned against the table. "I can't help but want to think about the future. How we could use science to make power suits to increase our physical abilities."

"Lots of people would use them for wars." Ami said, sadness in her voice. "Though, I do know of a company in Japan that..."

"Mishima Heavy Industries." Sarah interrupted and Ami looked at her as she looked up at the ceiling. "The latest in power armors, body suits, robotics and electronics to sell to the market. I want to work there. I want to build robots to help people. Robots that can go into dangerous places humans can't go into. Robots that can help take care of the elderly. Robots that can perform complex surgeries to save lives."

Ami blinked several times as she looked at Sarah appreciatively. "You know," she smiled at Sarah, "since I'm not going to college for a bit, I wouldn't mind learning more and helping you out."

Sarah's eyes lit up and she walked over to a nearby chair and brought it over. "Well, you learn fast, so this shouldn't be hard to do for you."

Ami nodded and the two went to work correcting the errors in the programming.

For Sarah, it was so she could live out a life-long dream of making amazing robots. For Ami, the thought of having robots and power armors in the hands of mundane protectors was motivation enough. After all, the Senshi couldn't be everywhere at once. Even though the list of allies had increased tremendously recently, the fact was that there was just too many people and it was impossible to save them all from danger.

The more people who could help in major situations, the better.

Um... I think I'll put up a hardcore warning on this one. Character death, though not a major one. You'll see.

Chapter 11

The days passed quickly as various small problems popped up that varied in seriousness.

Nabiki looked at the giant pumpkin that was standing on its vines in her office. "So, you're saying that you want to prank some kids?" The pumpkin waved its tentacles and made some weird noises that, for some reason, made perfect sense to Nabiki. "A great pumpkin patch where pumpkins come to life and eat the kids?" The vines waved again and Nabiki gave the pumpkin a flat look. "I'm not going to let you kill kids." The vines waved rapidly and a weird sound came out of the pumpkin again."

"Wangh, wangh, wangh!"

"...So you're saying that they won't be harmed, but traumatized and covered in pumpkin insides?" The vines nodded and Nabiki sighed. "I can put a request in for you, but that's the best I can do."

The pumpkin's vines wobbled and it left the office.

As the pumpkin left, Rei Hino walked into the office and looked at the pumpkin and then at Nabiki, who was typing on the computer. "...Might I ask..?" She began as the pumpkin went to the elevator and went down.

"A pumpkin spirit wants to prank some kids by having them get eaten without hurting them." Nabiki explained. She smirked at Rei's dubious look. "I'll put a request out there. Some prankster will take it up and I've made sure to put instructions that no one gets hurt."

"...Why would the pumpkin want to do that?" Rei asked.

"Something about kids always waiting in the pumpkin patch on Halloween and it can't visit its home while they're there." Nabiki said as she looked the details over. "The spirit just wants the kids to leave it alone."

"...It sounds like a cranky old man." Rei muttered and Nabiki nodded.

"Or a crazy cat lady." Nabiki said as she typed on the computer. "Well, I have to go for a few days." Rei gave her a confused look. "I have to go and participate in a Rating Game with my husband. I'm spending a few days training before the game happens." She looked over as Ai came out holding Saito. "I'm going to take my son with me. So, you all know how to handle things, it shouldn't be a problem for a couple of days."

"If someone's causing problems..." Rei began and sighed at the look Nabiki gave her. "Is there a prison that we can use?"

"The 4th sub-basement." Nabiki answered her and Rei gawked in surprise. "Though, I recommend you be careful down there." She mused as she took Saito from Ai. "One wrong step and you could end up in an embarrassing situation."

"...How embarrassing?" Rei asked and Nabiki chuckled.

"Strapped to a table in just your panties while getting tickled until someone comes and gets you." Nabiki answered and Rei paled. "And that's the least worst option."

"Got it." Rei said as a magic circle appeared under Nabiki's feet. "But Setsuna's going to be in Japan too, right?"

"She has to make sure Hotaru's okay." Nabiki answered. "Don't worry, things should be okay for a few days." Rei nodded and Nabiki thanked her and Ai before disappearing in a flash.

Rei looked at Ai, who was stretching. "So, I was going to ask where she wanted me to patrol today since Yukikaze had to deal with something, want to patrol the West side today?"

"Sure." Ai said with a nod. "I've been feeling cooped up the past few days." She ran out of the room and came back with a pair of gloves on. "Okay, ready."

Rei nodded and the two left to patrol the West side. Both of them were magical girls after all, even if they didn't look armed, they were.

(---)

Meanwhile...

Haruka sighed as she finished her shower and cleaned off. The shower area at the fighting arena weren't anything special and offered no privacy at all. There were shower heads all along the walls and no dividers. "I guess no one heard of anything called privacy, huh?" Haruka grumbled as she turned the water off and toweled off. After getting out of the shower area, she went to where her stuff was placed in a locker. She had barely gotten her panties on when the door to the locker room opened up. Thankfully there was a privacy wall with opaque glass that only let you see a person's shadow in the way. "Haven't you ever heard of knocking?!" Haruka yelled.

"Ah, but I am a Demon, miss Uranus... Or should I call you by a different name? I don't feel your magic around you." The Demon chuckled as he felt Haruka transform. "Ah, in that case, you're decent, aren't you?" He said and walked our from behind the modesty wall, rubbing his hands together while grinning. "That fight you had today was quite good. Seven opponents and you didn't break a sweat." The grin on his face got wider. "Then again, I'm not surprised. I just wish that you had made it more flashy. People really liked it when you did that high kick. So many of them think your leotard is just a vest and panties."

"Don't remind me." Sailor Uranus said in annoyance. "Are you here to fluff up my ego or something?"

"Hardly," the Demon waved his hand. "I merely have to ask you if the rumors that I heard about you and Sailor Neptune were true or not." At Uranus's look, he chuckled while rubbing his hands over each other. "Well, the rumors I heard about you is that you two, despite being defenders of justice, had no problem with letting innocent people die if it meant that you could kill your enemies."

"That was some time ago." Sailor Uranus told him. "I've changed since then."

"I'm sure that you have." The Demon chuckled and motioned for her to follow him. "Gather your clothes up, I want to show you something."

Sailor Uranus looked confused but followed after putting her stuff away.

(---)

"You've been here for a few days now, but you've only faced lower-tier enemies." The Demon explained as he opened the door to a small room that had three windows on the front of it. In front of the windows was a bunch of buttons. "This is my special viewing box." He said and pushed some buttons on the console, causing two of the screens to change as an image of a black man appeared on the screen. "This man, Fumu, is an internationally wanted terrorist, arms dealer, sex trafficker and more. He's known for killing and raping women and even little girls if they catch his fancy."

Sailor Uranus grimaced as a video on the screen showed some of the crimes that the man had committed. "And he even forced children to act as human shields and bombs?"

"A sad reality when dealing with a warlord out of the Congo." The Demon shook his head. "Well, sad in the human sense, such a thing is common for me. Hahahahah!" A glare from Sailor Uranus stopped his laughter. "Ahem, anyway, he's wanted in more than a dozen African countries and managed to get to the United States with some connections to the Mexican cartels that he has. He's already wanted in more than a dozen states, though a few states and people try to protect him, something about being humane." He chuckled in amusement. "Well, he came into contact with one of my underlings and we're offering him a chance to wipe the slate clean. He'd have an entirely new identity and look and get away with all the crimes he's committed, but..." The screens turned off as the man, Fumu, who was rather muscular, was in the center of the ring wearing just pants, "he has to defeat one of our best fighters."

Sailor Uranus watched in fascination as Alma Elma walked forward. She was wearing a small bikini bottom and the only thing covering her breasts were nipple tassles As she walked forward, Sailor Uranus realized that the bikini bottom was a thong and other than Alma's tail, there wasn't any reason to believe that she wasn't human. "I assume he's got some sort of superhuman ability?"

"None at all." The Demon shook his head. "However, Miss Alma is wearing a collar on her neck, you know, the one you wore for your fights, that restricts her powers. She's at the same level as well-trained, but normal, human."

"Ah, what dis?" Fumu asked as he looked Alma over. The Succubus barely came up to his chest. "I was expectin' dis to be a challenge."

Alma just smiled at him. "Well, if you beat me, you know that you get to rape and kill me in front of everyone." She lifted her arms and turned around as the crowd cheered. "How about it, everyone? If I lose, he gets to rape me and kill me, wouldn't that be great?"

The cheers got louder and Fumu grinned and lunged at Alma.

(---)

Up in the small room, Sailor Uranus looked at the Demon. "Is she serious?"

"Very." He chuckled and nodded. "Miss Alma agreed that if he beat her, he could rape and kill her for everyone's entertainment. Of course, if she wins, well..." He chuckled as he watched Fumu threw a punch at Alma, who dodged it and used a judo throw to throw Fumu across the ring. "Miss Elma's a maneater."

"...Huh?" Sailor Uranus asked in confusion.

"That means..."

(---)

Back in the ring...

Alma knew that trying to punch or kick the large man would be pointless with the collar on her neck, so she simply chose to dodge his attacks until she could get him off balance. When he over-extended a punch, she snaked her tail around his arm and used it to slam him to the ring floor. "Ara ara... Is that all you've got?" She giggled and removed her tail as he got up. She ran up to him and jumped on his back, her large breasts against his shoulders as she poked her index fingers into his ears, causing him to scream as she pushed them in hard, breaking through his ear-drums and causing him to bleed badly. She jumped off of him as he found himself unable to control his balance anymore. "You humans are so fragile." She gave him a look of disgust. "And I could feel your disgusting emotions since I walked into the ring. Oh well." She ignored his screaming as she got behind him while he struggled to get to his knees. "I know this will hurt." She pulled her leg back and struck forward with as much force as she could, her foot striking his balls so hard that he was launched across the ring, where he landed on the mat, screaming and rolling around while blood came out of his ears.

Alma ignored him and looked at the crowd. "Should I strip him?"

"STRIP! STRIP! STRIP!"

Alma chuckled as she crossed her arms under her breasts and her tail shot out to Fumu. The end opened up to reveal a mouth that grabbed his pants and tore them off of him. "Oh my..." She pouted as she saw his naked body. "And I heard that black men had big dicks, I guess I was lied to." She walked over to him and knelt down as her tail slapped itself over Fumu's mouth. She then flicked his dick and shook her head. "No wonder you went after children, this couldn't satisfy any woman."

The crowd started to laugh in amusement.

"Well, time to die now." Alma chuckled as she stood up and pulled her tail off of his mouth. "You were amusing, but you're nothing special."

(---)

Up in the small room...

Sailor Uranus stared at the Demon in horror. "By maneater, you mean..?"

"Of course, she eats people." He nodded at her. "She didn't want to get into trouble with any authorities, so she only does it to people who society won't miss." The Demon continued to grin. "Of course, you still have a chance to save his life." He looked as Alma's tail opened up really wide. "But you don't have much time left. If you leave now, you could stop her from eating him, but..." He shrugged. "Wouldn't the world be better off without him?" He saw Sailor Uranus look conflicted and he continued. "If he was ever caught, he'd be executed. This is just speeding up the process and preventing others from getting hurt."

'...If I was Usagi, I think I'd still try and save him, but...' Sailor Uranus found herself unable to move as she lowered her arms in defeat. "...I'm not..."

"Don't worry, for this kind of entertainment, only the worst of the worst get it."

(---)

Back in the ring, Alma was looking up at where the Demon and Sailor Uranus were at. 'Well, I guess that means that she won't be interfering.' A wide smile came to her face as she remembered what the orange Demon had arranged. "Well, it'll be fun." She whipsered as her tail lashed out and engulfed Fumu's head, muffling his screaming as she lifted him up and everyone got to watch as he slowly sank into her tail, which was taking on the shape of Fumu. "Hmm, never had African before, you don't taste bad." She chuckled as his dick was rock hard. "Oh, look at this, everyone. He's being eaten and he's so hard right now that I bet..." She grabbed his dick and stroked it fast, causing him to kick his feet for nearly a minute before a thin, small stream of cum came out of it. "Ha ha ha! You really came, you degenerate pervet!"

The others laughed as they watched Fumu fully disappear into Alma's tail and get closer and closer to her back.

"Well, everyone, you ready?" Alma held her hand up and everyone cheered. "Okay, here it goes!" She yelled and groaned as her stomach started to bulge as more and more of Fumu disappeared into her body. "NGH! OOOOH! I'm going to be full for a long time!" She fell to her knees and groaned as more and more of Fumu disappeared, until there wasn't anything left in her tail. Her stomach was huge, looking like it had ballooned. "Ooooh!" She stood up and lifted her big gut up and put it on the ropes. "You ready for the digestion?"

"YEAH!" The crowd screamed as Alma's stomach gurgled and churned before it started shrinking and shrinking, becoming normal again in under three minutes. "OOOOH!"

Alma smiled as she waved her hand. "I... URRRP!" She let loose a loud burp and her eyes widened and she blushed at what happened next.

"FRAAAP!"

"Well, I guess Africans like coming out both ends after being eaten." Alma laughed and waved everyone off as she left the ring.

Everyone who was near the ring quickly left the area as the smell was too much for them.

(---)

"This is..." Sailor Uranus stared in shock as the Demon turned and walked away.

"That was the agreement that both Alma and Fumu agreed to. He knew, going into the fight that if he lost, he was going to die." The Demon said as he opened the door. "And we gave him a fair chance. I guess he was too used to fighting with guns and with his thugs." He shrugged and left Sailor Uranus all alone to think about what she had seen.

"...This is normal around here?" Sailor Uranus asked herself and wondered what she should do next.

(---)

Meanwhile...

"It is time," Mr. D appeared on a screen as the dog avatar moved around, "both the Time Witch and Nabiki Saotome are out of Las Vegas attending to mundane matters, they will not have time to check in and see what is happening."

"Hah," Oboro shrugged her shoulders, "fine, I was getting bored, there weren't too many more people I could kill without drawing too much attention to myself."

"I will contact you when you get to Las Vegas," Mr. D said as the dog avatar moved around, "once you start making moves, you cannot waste time as the Time Witch and the Deadly Sin of Avarice will be able to make counter-measures. However, there are small moves we can make until the last people get to Las Vegas."

"Who are we waiting for?" Edwin Black asked as the maids made their way through the hotel room, gathering up everyone's belongings to move quickly.

"A scientist and at least one of your other two backers. The last of them will likely not show until much later." Mr. D responded. "As for transportation, don't worry, I've already set up a teleportation array."

After the screen turned off, Ingrid looked at Edwin Black and leaned in to whisper. "I don't like how we've been led around so much."

"Agreed." The vampire replied with a nod as the two of them and Oboro walked to the main area of the hotel room, "but we'll have to put up with it. This chance to change the world doesn't come around very often."

Oboro nodded and the three of them stepped on the teleportation array before disappearing. Shortly after the maids stepped onto it and disappeared, followed by Satanael, which caused the array to disappear from sight.

So, I hit a snag on the next chapter and got, hmm, let's say just hung up on it and couldn't continue it. I did an outline and finished a couple of future chapters. Right now I'm working out some future chapters and I'll get back to posting in full when I can.

But, seeing as it's been a month, why not give you guys an "all there in the manual" kind of post?

Just some facts about the characters that I never brought up in the story proper but I think is neat.

*******************

Dance facts

Ranma:

Due to his family history on both sides, Ranma doesn't need to sleep. He only does so to pass time. The only exceptions of this are when he's knocked out or drained completely of his stamina and needs to rest. It's why he can wake up so easily.

Ranma has a mutation in his immune system that keeps him from catching any diseases. It also fights infections. His biological children all have this mutation as well.

Ranma has actually gotten women knocked up by accident and has at least two children that he doesn't know about. Yes, that means that Miko's brother is Ranma's biological son.

Prefers butts over boobs though he enjoys boobs as well. It's a big reason why Lilith had curvy legs and a big butt when she was otherwise a loli.

Is a fan of Super Sentai.

Lilith:

She loves sweets.

Despite what she has said to Kunou and Millicas, Lilith thinks of them like a cute kitten or puppy and simply wants to take them home to cuddle and pet. No one believes her.

Her views on the Shikima mirrors how most Devil Hunters view her. She makes an exception for Miko and Fubuki as she has gotten to know them.

Considers Fate to be her best friend.

Nabiki:

She has been a Devil since before she entered puberty.

She had a crush on Azazel due to him helping her but has gotten over it.

Is no longer part of Ranma's peerage as the Deadly Sin of Avarice but still participates in Rating Games as his pawn.

Mittelt:

Despite her looks, she's the third oldest of Ranma's harem.

She is, in fact, Kokabiel's daughter.

She has been a licensed truck driver for more than fifty years. No one knows why she got a license and she isn't telling.

Atsuko:

Her nanites constantly evolve and can be used to turn others, whether human or not, into cybernetic organisms if they were injected into the person's body.

Her NK-SGD at full power can destroy any Sacred Gear or anything similar to Sacred Gears that may have been created by other pantheons. It is far less effective against non-Sacred Gears.

She often finds herself in the silliest of situations, such as ending up fighting a giant chicken, clothes eating monsters or dealing with exploding penguins that say "dood" a lot.

Yohko:

Before being turned into a Devil, Yohko was one of the strongest humans on the planet.

She's the most submissive of Ranma's harem.

She often uses her spirit sword for ice carving, which is hard to do while the planet is warmed due to the Kyoto incident.

Bulleta:

Her being a genetic experiment is why she's insane.

She can fire her guns even if they run out of ammo by using magic.

Despite how she acts, she does love everyone in Ranma's home and has no problem unleashing enough guns to make Americans green with envy on anyone who hurts her family.

Serafall:

Wants nothing more than to have Sona marry Ranma so she knows that her sister is taken care of properly.

Despite not being opposed to it, Serafall is not actually sexually attracted to her little sister.

After losing to Issei in the exhibition rating game, her name is Serafall Sitri-Saotome as she is no longer one of the Four Devil Kings.

Yasaka:

Has no problem with the idea of having a threesome with her husband and daughter, but doesn't want Kunou to be sexually active before her body's matured a bit more.

She never took her marriage to Ranma seriously until she saw him again when he got mad about her being hurt.

She's the most dominant of Ranma's harem whenever any of the other girls are involved.

Kunou:

Has a daddy complex.

Wants her own scale mail armor in the future

Loves the fact that she has a lot of siblings

Gabriel:

The only reason her wings didn't even start to flicker when she came onto Ranma is because her love was too pure.

She and Ranma got married shortly before Chloe appeared in their world.

Chloe:

Chloe has a dimensional counterpart in the Dance verse, however, her counterpart goes by a different name.

Her skin is permanently tanned and thus has no tanlines.

Eventually becomes a catgirl Vtuber.

Kuroka:

Would rather spend her time having children than fighting.

Her full name is Kuroka Toujou-Saotome as Shirone agreed to to let Kuroka have the same family name as her before she married Ranma.

Even after having children, her breasts are still mis-matched in size as one is a whole cup size bigger than the other one is. She often complains how hard it is to shop for a bra. None of her daughters have this problem.

Ravel:

When she has downtime, she likes to play strategy games and has even gotten into miniature table top gaming.

She always liked maid outfits and doesn't mind doing house cleaning.

Despite rumors, she never slept with her brother and found the idea repulsive.

Raynare:

Originally did not have a penis. She made the mistake of angering Zelretch when she was younger and he gave her a rather large one. Since then she used it to rape men and women.

Enjoyed reading romantic novels when alive.

Has a phobia of deep bodies of water after being nearly drowned in one shortly after becoming a Fallen.

Issei:

Is secretly a fan of Mahou Shoujou Levia Tan but doesn't get to watch very often.

Is the only one of the four Devil Kings to have a harem.

Is extremely protective of his women and children, due to his mother's complaints about how she wanted more children but had so many miscarriages.

Rias:

Has a very sensitive butt, a fact that Akeno loves to exploit.

Her fear of camels is on par with Ranma's fear of cats or Lilith's fear of Yasaka. Unlike those two, she still hasn't gotten over her fear of camels.

Rias is actually upset that her boobs never got bigger than Akeno's breasts, even after having children.

Akeno:

Both the most dominant and most submissive of Issei's harem.

Has a large collection of hentai and porn that she only shared with Issei after getting married.

Suffered Postpartum depression but was helped through it by Rias, Venelana and Grayfia.

Asia:

Fell in love with Issei the moment she first laid eyes on him.

Often turns into a bunny with her Fae powers when she feels stressed out.

Enjoys Gundam.

Xenovia:

Likes to be tied up and watched when having sex.

Berserk is her favorite anime.

She and Griselda fully reconcilled after Zen was born.

Irina:

Feels that she can never repay Issei or Lilith for all the help that they gave her to keep her from becoming a Fallen Angel.

She was given a second generation reincarnation deck. Her suit is Spades

Is next in line to take over for Michael or Gabriel should something happen to either of them.

Ophis:

Likes Issei and develops an adult form that is busty.

Tolerates Ranma and Lillie.

Hasn't eaten chocolate since Jedah tricked her with the malted chocolate ball that weakened her.

Kiba:

Despite his comments, he was never sexually abused by the church.

Realized that he had romantic feelings for Issei a long time ago but never acted on them until he used the instant Jusenkyo packet in an attempt to seduce Issei.

Actually did date and have relationships with girls before being turned into a girl.

Yukiko:

Dislikes how her breasts get in the way of her sword fighting.

Has actually had several wet dreams about being pregnant with Issei's children.

Her first sexual act as a girl was giving Issei a deepthroat blowjob.

Griselda:

Actually likes Issei for taking responsibility for Xenovia.

Is actually as impulsive and stupid as Xenovia, she has better control over it.

Is not Xenovia's biological mother.

Lillie:

Likes Ranma and his family.

Likes box forts.

Is a voyer.

Has an adult form but hasn't shown anyone.

Azazel:

Lilith is, in fact, his granddaughter as he was cursed to never have children after impregnating a woman with Belial.

The curse only applies to women from Earth.

Considers Vali to be his son.

Nanoha:

Despite her sadistic sense of humor, is a very nice person.

Once got so drunk that she woke up in the cockpit of a F-22 with no idea how she got in there.

Worries that Ranma will seduce her mom and sister.

One of her brother's friends hit on her when she was twelve. Kyouya made sure that he never did that stuff ever again.

Fate:

Considers Lilith to be her guardian Angel, despite knowing the truth about her.

While happy for her mothers, she still feels the urge to beat up Azazel.

Still doesn't know why Hayate likes Ranma.

Hayate:

Fell in love with Ranma the instant she saw him.

She views the dislike the Wolkenritter have towards Ranma to be the same as disapproving parents not liking a girl falling in love with a bad boy.

Her magic casting time was cut in half after becoming a Devil.

Suzuka:

Wishes that she could help Nanoha or Arisa with what they're going through.

Her demonic heritage comes from her father's side of the family.

Has potential to be an incredibly powerful magician or magical girl.

Arisa:

Had the car accident not happened, she would have lived a normal life and had three children.

Has met Sona Sitri and the two became fast friends, though they don't see each other very often.

Sona:

Wonders how her parents ever put up with Serafall if Rachel is anything to go by.

Often works with Seekvaira Agares when she wants to test her puppet magic on golems or giant robots.

Wants to be married and have children herself, but wants a man who can be an equal to her.

Rachel:

Her high curiosity is due to her genius level intellect.

Accidentally created an anti-regeneration serum that even Nabiki didn't know was possible.

Is the entire reason that no more than two of Ranma's children can go to the same school at the same time.

Leonardo:

Was mute though he had the ability to speak and worked through it with the help of internet videos and Nodoka.

Doesn't find Fubuki's Shikima form repulsive in the slightest as he can create more disgusting things with his Sacred Gear. Which is also the only reason he can survive her when she's in her Shikima form.

Considers Ranma to be his brother and Ranma's children to also be his siblings despite legally being their uncle.

Miko:

Has come to terms with being a futanari with tentacles. It helps that Lilith and Ranma were more than willing to help her adjust.

Often says that Ranma owes her and her father for banging her mother. Would be more insistent if she knew that her brother was Ranma's biological son.

She can drink a dwarf under the table and not feel the effects.

Sometimes considers asking Ranma to turn her into a Devil proper.

Nodoka:

Her demon ancestor was a dog demon.

Her second child is a girl.

She's not letting Genma take her children or grandchildren on any training trips unless she's there.

Genma:

After summoning Lilith, he became a lot more cautious when it comes to magic and weirdness. He sometimes still messes up, which is why he turns into a panda.

He spent a lot of time making sure Ranma was more cautious and thoughtful and less prone to acting without thinking.

Has worked as security at concerts, live events and even professional wrestling matches when he needed extra money. As a result he has friends and contacts all over the world and has actually met some celebrities in person.

FINALLY got this chapter done!

The only part I had done was the beginning part for weeks.

Chapter 12

As the days continued on, Haruka found herself having a day off as she drove around in a rental car. It wasn't as good as the cars she was used to driving around in Japan, but she found that she didn't need it to be.

"I'm glad that we both have today off." Michiru smiled as she rode with Haruka. "It's been awhile since we went for a ride."

Haruka smirked at her lover. "How about we head out of the city?"

"It's mostly desert out there." Michiru pointed out and Haruka nodded. "What are you thinking?"

"I'm thinking I want to do donuts in the desert and leave those cool driving patterns that I've seen in the movies." Haruka said with a laugh and Michiru shook her head. "No good?"

Michiru opened her mouth and then smiled and leaned over, kissing Haruka on the cheek. "Do it." She adjusted her seat belt and settled in. "Just don't ruin the car."

Haruka laughed and shifted gears in the car before driving off out of the city.

(---)

Walking around on one of her days off, Makoto walked with a bag of groceries in her hand. "Can't wait to get back." She said to herself as she thought about some of the food she could make for the others. It wasn't like any of them were hurting for food, but Makoto always did like cooking. "Hmm, now that I think about it, what ever happened to that cute okonomiyaki chef? He was a great cook." A billboard talking about taking care of one's pets caught Makoto's eye and she smiled at how cute the animals in the picture were. Privately, she hated the fact that she couldn't have a pet. "Heck, just finding a guy that could handle what I go through on a constant basis would be nice."

Turning a corner, Makoto hummed to herself as an image of Nabiki entered her mind for some reason. "...Wait, if she's a Devil and married and has a child... Maybe I shouldn't look just at human males?" Her green eyes widened as she thought about it. "Yeah! Why not? If there can be Devils who aren't evil, there has to be some non-humans males out there that wouldn't mind settling down and helping me out and could handle my crazy life."

The only problem was finding a guy who could handle her crazy life. "Oh well, I'm sure that I've got, ooof!" Makoto found herself taking a few steps backwards as someone ran into her.

"Oh darn it!" A cute voice said and Makoto looked at a younger-looking girl who happened to be sitting on the sidewalk, rubbing her butt. "I knew I should have made a left turn at the Aria Express!" The girl, who was wearing a pink mini-dress with a zipper in the middle that went from her breasts to her crotch and was wearing red boots that went from her feet to her knees and Makoto thought she saw a hint of pink underwear, got up and Makoto was a bit surprised to see that the girl wasn't as short as she first thought. Makoto estimated that the girl was about fourteen centimeters shorter than she was, which was taller than some girls she had met in her life. The girl's golden eyes and pointed ears were unusual, but not the weirdest things she had seen in Las Vegas. Some of the professional wrestlers that had been in town a few days ago had looked weirder.

"Hey," Makoto smiled at the girl, who blinked as she dusted herself off. "Do you need some help?"

"Ah, no..." The girl said slowly before blinking. "Oh goodness, I should introduce myself. My name is Saya." She bowed, her pink hair shifting in the breeze. "It's my first time in Las Vegas, so I'm a bit lost."

"I feel that." Makoto laughed softly. "My name's Makoto Kino."

Saya straightened up and grinned at Makoto. "You're pretty."

"Ah, thanks." Makoto laughed and rubbed the back of her head. "So, Saya, what brings you to Las Vegas? I can help if you need it."

"Well," Saya dug her toe into the ground playfully. "I'm here to meet with my senpai, oh!" Her eyes widened and she put a hand over her mouth. "I'm sorry, when I say senpai, I mean..." She paused as Makoto shook her head. "Huh?"

"I'm from Japan, I know what the word means." Makoto winked at the girl, who let out a nervous laugh.

"Oh good," Saya let out a sigh of relief as she realized that the person in front of her knew what she was talking about. "My senpai's really strong and taught me how to stand up for myself." There were practical stars in her eyes as she clasped her hands in front of her. "She's sometimes mean, but I think that's just because she's worried about me." Saya grinned. "I wouldn't have learned martial arts without her."

Makoto's eyes gleamed upon hearing that. "Oh? You're a martial artist?" Saya nodded. "So am I. Would you like to spar some time?"

"If we meet up again, sure." Saya said with a wink. "Anyway, I have her address, so I just need to find her, that's all." She pulled out a sheet of paper and Makoto looked at it and realized where Saya was trying to get to.

"Oh! I know where that is. You're actually about ten blocks away from it." She pointed to the South. "If you keep going in that direction, you'll find the address."

"Ooooh!" Saya turned and ran to the South. "Thank you, Miss Kino!" She waved while running off.

Makoto waved as Saya ran away. "Friendly girl."

(---)

It was nearly twenty minutes later when Saya finally arrived at the hotel and casino that her senpai was staying at. After getting the information from the front clerk, she ran to the elevator and pushed the button, going up to one of the top floors and running to the end of the hallway where she knocked on the door.

The door opened, revealing Oboro, who smirked at her. "Well, good to see you, kiddo."

"Senpai!" Saya cheered and glomped Oboro, grinning as Oboro pulled her in and closed the door behind her. "I got lost, I would have been here sooner, but I could have been later if not for this nice lady who I ran into."

"Oh?" The screen with the garbled voice of Mr. D spoke up upon hearing that. "Did she look like this?" A picture of a young Japanese woman with brown hair in a ponytail and green eyes appeared on screen.

"Yeah!" Saya nodded with a grin. "She was nice!"

Ingrid looked at Saya and then at Oboro and shook her head. "You do realize that pets aren't allowed in this hotel, right?"

Saya stuck her tongue out at Ingrid. "Don't get upset because you're jealous of senpai!" Before the conversation could continue a red sigil appeared on the wall and two people, a man and a woman appeared in the room. The man was mostly unremarkable, but the woman had everyone on edge due to the power she seemingly had.

"Ah, Dr. Kiryuu and Miss Melinoe." Mr. D said with a pleased sound in his jarbled voice. "Now that you two, Saya, Oboro, Ingrid, Edwin Black, and Satanael are all together, we can begin discussing our plans."

"It seems that I'm out of the loop." Dr. Kiryuu said. "I wish to experiment on those so-called Magical Girls." He pushed the glasses up the bridge of his nose. "Their very existence is offensive."

"Yes, yes," Mr. D said is a dismissive tone of voice, "everything you disagree with is offensive, I know that. Anyway, yes, you will have some of those Sailor Senshi to work on and then some. And Edwin Black wishes to have Miss Asagi for himself. Melinoe, myself and the final backer all have their own reasons. Satanael wishes to experiment on a Sacred Gear user to create a mastered Balance Break and Oboro wishes to simply kill a few people."

"Oh please, you'll make me blush." Oboro smirked at that. "But, beyond that, how are we going to achieve our goals?" She asked, her smirk disappearing. "From what I've been informed about the Senshi is that they're powerful enough to threaten beings that can destroy the world. How do we deal with that?"

"Thanks to Miss Saya," Mr. D answered her, "everything is moving exactly as I have predicted. With the Time Witch and the Sin of Avarice out of Las Vegas, we need to make some moves."

"Some?" Ingrid raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

"If we move too fast and too soon, we run the risk of tipping off their allies and we don't need that just yet." Mr. D told them. "Thanks to my help, we won't be spotted by various scrying efforts. But even then, there's two Senshi that we have to worry about."

An image of a young woman with short blue hair and blue eyes and a young woman with long, black hair and purple eyes appeared on screen, along with the forms of Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars. "These two, Ami Mizuno, who is also Sailor Mercury and Rei Hino, who is also Sailor Mars, are the biggest threats to us right now. Sailor Mercury has a genius level intellect that rivals some of the greatest geniuses in history. Sailor Mars is not only psychic, but she can channel her powers in her civilian form that can be used to seal their movements and weaken their powers. If our plans are to succeed, these two need to be eliminated."

"And how easy will it be to eliminate them?" Edwin asked Mr. D as he sat on the couch and looked at the screen. "From what I know of the Senshi, they are very close and protective of each other. Surely they will know..." He paused as two of Satanael's Fallen Angels stood in front of him and transformed into near identical copies of Oboro and Ingrid. "...Impressive but..."

"If we wanted," "Ingrid" said with an identical voice to the original, "we can become anyone we want, so long as we interact with them. However," she looked at "Oboro" who grinned and nodded.

"We can also read people's minds to get their memories and personalities down pat." She said and chuckled before both shifted back to their previous forms.

"Well then," Melinoe smiled at everyone pleasantly. "I believe the saying is, no time like the present. Oh, before I forget, ladies, I was told that you two fight with swords?" They both nodded and she held out her hands. "Let me see them."

"If you plan on using magic on my sword, it's not exactly easy to do." Ingrid said as she pulled out a golden straight blade. "It's a demon that was sealed into this blade and other than my own Demonic power, it eats at magic."

"True," Melinoe nodded as she put her finger on the hilt of the sword and drew a symbol on it. "But that's only the blade, the hilt doesn't block magic, correct?" She smiled as the symbol took effect and then put a series of runes on Oboro's sword, which was a black sword blade on one side and a saw blade on the other side. "A machete?"

"I like the design." Oboro said with a shrug. "Besides, a machete, katana, rapier or broadsword, all of them can cut and stab just fine. This has some added effects." She chuckled as she took it back from Melinoe. "So, what good is this?"

"Those runes will help you two against the Senshi as it will actually allow you to harm them." Melinoe answered her. "Those Senshi have divine protection from the Gods." She winked at them. "This just levels the playing field."

"Well," Ingrid said with a nod. "This will be interesting then."

"If you two hurry," Mr. D said as a map of Las Vegas appeared on screen. "This is where the two are at. Sailor Mars is currently with Murasaki Yatsu while Sailor Mercury is alone. Ingrid, you should go after Sailor Mercury while Oboro should go after Mars."

"I can handle either of them." Oboro huffed in annoyance.

"While you do have a near immunity to all magic, Sailor Mercury is too dangerous for you." Mr. D told her. "Her power might not be able to affect you directly, but she can freeze the air around you and damage your cybernetics that way. Mars has no way to harm you. Ingrid could handle either one alone, but seeing as Murasaki Yatsu is with her, it might complicate matters."

"Very well," Ingrid said as she sheathed her sword. "Come, Oboro, let's go deal with them."

"Fine, fine." Oboro said and stood up. "Sorry, Saya, you can't come with this time."

"Aww," she pouted. "Fine, but I want to play with some Senshi too."

"There are two you can play with." Mr. D said as Oboro and Ingrid left. "But you'll have to wait until the moment is right."

"YAY!" Saya threw her hands in the air as she cheered and a gleeful grin came to her face while her skin flashed blue and her eyes turned red for a moment. "I can't wait!"
