Lilithmon is a general of the Bagura Army, which is lead by Baguramon, who I assume is the Big Bad. She has fellow generals in Tactimon and Blastmon, and there's also Baalmon who they call a Shinigami.
There are multiple armies in the Digital World fighting for dominance: Xros Heart, Blue Flare, Twilight, and the Bagura Army. The land is split into Zones, equal to countries, the Green Zone being the area that Taiki and crew first arrive in and the area Shoutmon calls his home. Three of the armies are lead by humans while the Bagura Army is lead strictly by digimon.
The motivation of the war is to find all the Code Crown fragments that have been scattered into each Zone, which allow the owner to control that Zone. Whoever gathers all the fragments together to recreate the original Crown Code will be able to control the whole Digimon World to his own will. This person shall become the Digimon King.

Looking for another fic. Just like before Hikari takes Ken's place as Digimon Emperor.
Details:
The Dark Spore warped Hikari's feelings for her brother into a massive brother complex.
She hugged him every chance she got, him brushing it off as something cute. She snuck into his bed every night. Peaked on him in the shower, and constantly changed in front of him. Walked around in his clothes etc.
She loathed Sora and Mimi for being near her brother when she couldn't.
In Her Empress/Kaiserian Persona she flat out hit on him in a aged up body and asked him to help her.
She had Tailmon/LadyDevimon as a partner.
Edit: Most importantly of all, Hikari was one crazy bitch.
Details:

She hugged him every chance she got, him brushing it off as something cute. She snuck into his bed every night. Peaked on him in the shower, and constantly changed in front of him. Walked around in his clothes etc.
She loathed Sora and Mimi for being near her brother when she couldn't.

Well, found a couple pretty good stories a while ago, but remembered just now to suggest them for everyone's perusal.
<a href='http://m.fanfiction.net/u/389482/' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Dusk-03</a>'s <a href='http://m.fanfiction.net/s/6620727/1/' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Chronicles of Le Monde</a> & <a href='http://m.fanfiction.net/s/7551805/1/' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Anthology of Le Monde</a>. Both are 01-based, with smatterings of 02, & bits of the rest. It's AU using a bit of the world layout from Zero no Tsukaima & historical Europe in general. I felt it had strong characterizations without overplaying any strengths or weaknesses. It made great use of characters throughout the universe, creating intriguing new roles that feel believable (to my admittedly weak knowledge). Well, & I adore Taichi &, to a lesser extent, Daisuke. In particular, Koushiro gets to be quite awesome while Jyou is surprising.

I have to say, the anthology's latest chapter - a remake of Summer Wars using Digimon - slid in as well as I thought it would. All the integration without the particular kind of overdone sci-fi. Well, to me, anyways.

Figured I'd rez this in light of the new section and post some new fics:
Pretty basic concept--a oneshot where Guilmon is stuck as Megidramon. A cool idea, even so, and interestingly handled.
Crazy's new fic. It's too early to really say what it's about, but Crazy writes well, even if he has a few reoccurring problems--like being very slow to explain stuff.
Yup, Mugen's revising it for the third time. Only one chapter even though it's been several months, but that's Mugen for you.We can be sure it'll be interesting if it ever gets off the ground, though.
Another basic premise--Hikari never goes to the Digital World and the other kids never come back from it. She investigates years later and finds some unusual things...
For those who wanted stuff about Witchelny, here you go. An interesting fic by Alycoris, who is also the author of the askTakatoandGuilmon thing, which I also highly recommend.

I actually liked this fic despite its shortcomings. A bit strange at times and overwrought with emotion but some scenes are like gems.
Warning: not really surprise gay pairing that sort of makes sense (using adjusted somewhat canon-compliant personalities) with a heartwarming "out-of-closet" scene. Not the main focus or couple but if you are one of those diehard people against Slash of any kind... might avoid if you can't stomach it.
