It really looks like Digimon Pan is being set up as a "main character" in the the story of Digimon Crusader.
I fully expect that they will have a storyline going on in the background and being used as materials for new cards like the Yugioh Duel Terminal arcade games.
Since it is clear that they are focusing on the Olympus Twelve and other "Greek Myth Digimon" I cannot help but wonder where they are going with this.

Honestly I really just want them to show us Junomon at this point. Yes I understand that Aegiochusmon evolves into Jupitermon, and as such is a pretty big deal. But really it's about time they finally "complete" the Olympus Twelve.

Moving on from that now that Pokemon has once again met with incredible success on the release of a new game I wonder what it's only real remaining rival in the Mon's game is going to come up with in the next few years to remain relevant. At the least the Digimon Anime are still far better then the Pokemon Anime, in that they have stories with real resolutions instead of continuing to do the same thing for over a decade. Though from what I have heard they are seeming to move away from that a bit now.
Meanwhile I continue to mourn the death of Monster Farm/Monster Rancher as relevant media franchise.
Little late, but it turns out the reason Aegiochusmon got all the alternate forms is because that is his special ability, the power to assume new forms based on data from other digimon types.
His base red form is really Aegiochusmon Red (Based on Dragon Type Data), then Aegiochusmon Green based on plant data, Blue based on 'Cyborg/Robot/Machine' types (google translate is vague), Dark based on Evil data and Holy based on Angels.
Given what Holy looks like that seems odd, but whatever.

Ladies and Gentlemen the guy who did design work on Digimon World 3 just recently posted design sheets for the games original Digimon, Bemmon, Snatchmon, Destromon, and Ragnamon.
They have already been ripped and hosted at Wikimon.
Enjoy.
Bemmon now listed as Child Level on the artists website.
Snatchmon, no level given but is presumed to be an Adult. And damn but he is reminiscent of Mewtwo.
Destromon is now listed as a Perfect. He seems to take inspiration from the Wargreymon line.
Finally Ragnamon is an Ultimate Level and looks awesome.
I hope everyone enjoys finally getting a look at what they are supposed to be outside of the limited graphics of a PS1 game.
