I am mostly a fanfic reader, I am utterly incompetent in writing so I keep away from it, whenever I try to write anything, even a forum reply post, I keep backtracking, deleting, wondering about it, so yeah, no writing for me QQ.

I am both; I started out as a reader then started making my own fics in 2004. Granted, they are terribad, but I've matured and improved since then. I almost have a story for every year I've been writing. I deleted some that I didn't like but yeah.

A lot I have discontinued for very good reasons.

My fanfiction stories pre-2012 suck royally. I'm sure I had done every pet peeve in existence in my stories, minus bad grammar/spelling and punctuation. I recommend against reading them, for your own sake, ha-ha.

The latter, it seems
