I know Doctor Who/Blake 7 isn't really The Fanfiction Forum area of expertise but I'm getting desperate
This is an old old old fic.
Doctor Who cross Blake 7.
Basicly what happen is just at the end of B7 as Avon is about to fire at the Federation troopers surrounding him committing suicide by cop Romana steps out from behind a column and presses a control, freezing everybody in the room except her and Avon.
It turns out Avon is a clone of the Master and all of Gauda Prime is an elaborate scheme to lure Avon to somewhere where Romana can talk to him.
There's another version floating around
