$500 for 20GB HD. $600 for a 60GB HD. Oh, actually $499 and $599, but yeah... without tax you save a whole freaking buck. :rolleyes:

Dang expensive! :eek: I certainly won't be getting it at launch. Though looking at the other thread, at least it is better than some of the expectations (the other thread pinned it at $900 :blink: ).

With that said, looks like the games are living up to the graphical hype. So while the price is a bit much (which is expected), that's not to say that, at least graphically, the games are delivering!

Oh, and the PS3 controller? Looks like the PS2 controller... but with motion sensor. Jeez, I wonder where they got that idea? :p

Wow, at $600 bucks a pop that's one that I'm definitey not going to be getting for awhile. Aww well, looks pretty cool at least though, and FFXIII coming out, Hyne I never even played eleven and I didn't even know that twelve was already made, I'm kinda' behind on that.

Well 11 is the online one. So, if you're not into online RPGs, than it isn't for you.

12? 12 isn't even out yet right? Sheesh.

Also, the $600 one is for the 60GB HD version. If you don't think you need 60GB, than you could save $100 and go with the $500 20GB version. Still, even at $500, that is quite expensive for me.

I guess the one thing the PS3 can say, it's only $100 more than the Xbox 360 core. And comparable to the Xbox 360 with the hard drive. And since it isn't an option, the possiblity that it will be used by developers go way up since they know that everyone with a PS3 has one.

Well, it's not as much as the estimated price, thank god.

Still, veeery expensive....

Although, with it has games like Metal Gear Solid 4 on it, it looks mighty tempting.

Final Fantasy XIII is looking good too. And from the preview, you must be pretty excited, eh Israfel? What with the return of Gunblades.

I think FFXII is out... in Japan. For us Americans (and I believe Europe as well), it won't be out till the Fall of this year. :sweat:

Oh yeah, and there is already a FFXIII SEQUEL announced too (you know, like FFX-2?). <_<

My my aren't they optimistic, planning a sequel before the game's even come out, that's a bit pretentious don't you think? Well let's hope, for their sake, that it isn't a bust then.

They started development on XI, X, and XI (at the same time) only a short while after VIII came out. Square's stupid like that.
