This project started out when I put together a list of feats regarding Water Release for a debate about the best jutsu users and it somehow became a list of every elemental jutsu I could find. I figured it'd be handy as an easy reference for discussion and fanfiction for which ninja used what jutsu and when.
It includes the names of the ninja performing the jutsu, the jutsu's name according to literal translation, the jutsu's ranking and which element it belongs to.
These jutsu are from Naruto (with some cases from The Last: Naruto the Movie) but not Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring or Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.

Sasuke
Part 1:
- Chidori (A-rank) to penetrate Gaara's sand, tear through Gaara's transformed arm, against Itachi where it destroyed several walls, damaged boulders during his training, damaged a water tank and attacked Naruto who countered it.
- Cursed Seal Level 1: He destroyed Gaara's transformed arm which wounded him and pierced Naruto's lung and shoulder.
- Cursed Seal Level 2: He created a black Chidori to counter Naruto's Rasengan.
- Chidori (A-rank) to destroy Naruto's shadow clone, setting up his Chidori Current, attacking Itachi, guiding the Kirin, electrocuting Suigetsu and Killer B, attacking A who was protected, planning to kill Karin, sneak attacking Sakura, against Naruto who countered it, missed Kaguya, hit Naruto in Six Paths Sage Mode, channeled it through Susano'o which was countered by a Tailed Beast Ball and finally tried to kill Naruto but failed.

- C used Lightning Release: Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar to blind Taka and entrap them in genjutsu.
- Kumogakure ninja used Lightning Release: Flash of Lightning Pillar in collaboration to blind Obito, Madara and the Ten-Tails.
- Anbu used Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind against Pain’s dog summon.
- Kakuzu used Lightning Release: False Darkness (B-rank) with his Lightning heart.
- The Third Raikage used Lightning Release Chakra Mode (B-rank) to increase his speed and reflexes, and used Hell Stab (B-rank) which grows more powerful the less fingers he uses.
- Killer B used Supervibrato Lightning Release Swords to attack Kisame and cut the Kubikiribocho. B’s Lightning Release is even more penetrative than Wind Release.
Sasuke
Part 1:
- Fire Release: Grand Fireball Jutsu (C-rank) which he learned years before graduation. He couldn’t melt Haku’s ice, attacked a transformed Gaara, destroyed Naruto’s shadow clones, got repelled by Naruto's chakra, and failed to pierce Naruto’s chakra cloak.
- Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Jutsu (C-rank) against the Ame genin and to maneuver Naruto.
- In Cursed Seal Level 1, he used it against Zaku with concealed shuriken.
- Fire Release: Dragon Fire Jutsu (C-rank) to burn Orochimaru’s stolen face.
- Fire Release: Grand Fireball Jutsu (C-rank) against Itachi, countering his Grand Fireball, was overwhelmed by Kabuto’s Grand Waterfall and was blocked by Naruto in Six Paths Sage Mode.
