Evangelion Epic Level Wish Fulfilment

So here's the basic premise - Take it and run. I'm no good as an author, so I'm unleashing this overpowered monstrosity on whoever wants it. I'm about to try and write a snippet of the fic, if anyone wants to use it, or not.

Shinji Ikari was not what his father was expecting. Mysterious rumors had floated along surrounding his dissapearance between his sixteenth and seventeenth years - He never said just where he'd vanished to, but the fact that he now constantly wore what appeared to be a solid aluminum breastplate that set off absolutely no metal detectors was cause for some concern. The mace-like wand topped with what appeared to be a three-dimensional green starburst was made of a wood that was giving his geneticists fits, but the metal of the head itself appeared to be nothing more than very well crafted pig iron, despite the odd energy readings it gave off. It had been confiscated briefly and proven very difficult to damage. The fact that it had vanished from a sealed containment vault and reappeared at Shinji's belt loop was cause for some concern.

Gendo frowned. Yes, some concern indeed, as there were psychological flaws there to be exploited, but none were in keeping with the scenario. For example, Shinji was relentlessly optimistic. He hadn't had to wheel out Ayanami, as the young man leaped at the chance to pilot a giant mecha. Then there was the battle itself. If he didn't know better, he would have sworn he'd given built-in energy weapons to Shinji's Evangelion - The way it had gestured, and that sickly bright purple light erupted from its forefinger, utterly devastating the angel and detonating the Core, would have been a sight to behold, for all that the two behemoths were in knife-fighting range - less than a hundred yards apart. Except he knew the Evangelions had no such capability, and the MAGI had registered a brief 'Code Plaid'. Nobody knew what the hell was up with that, not even the good doctor, who knew more about them than anyone else alive.

And then there was the way Ayanami had been force-fed a single ounce of liquid from a small glass vial his son had been carrying, and within a second, all of her injuries were utterly gone, replaced with perfect physical condition - TOO perfect for her carefully calibrated regimen of controls. Oh, she hadn't gained a bodybuilder's physique, but all the scarring, bone damage, and the like... utterly gone. The missing mass from the gouge in her upper thigh was completely replaced, as though from nothing.

And then... and then... too many 'and thens', Gendo realized. It was ten surprises after six, rather than one after another. If anything were to go right, Shinji Ikari might have to be removed to a secure facility and thoroughly interrogated.

(As a side note, Shinji's basic character sheet(What he carries around with him) probably resembles:
STR 12
DEX 14
CON 12
INT 20(Yes, quite a few points invested here)
WIS 8(Because he's smart, but not terribly wise, and someone with innate understanding plus this level of overall power would probably get boring fast)
CHA OMGWTFBBQROFLLOLSRSLYWUT?
Feats: (Epic) Yes I Can Craft That, Epic Extra Invocation(Lots), Gestalt Themed Feats
+4 Mithral Contingent True Ressurrection Breastplate
Epic Duskwood Cold Iron Scepter of Fell Power
Ring of Epic Energy Immunity
Ring of Epic Regeneration
Brooch of Shielding
Epic Bag of Holding
15*Scroll of True Ressurrection
150*Potion of Greater Restoration
150*Potion of Heal
15*Scroll of Wish(For materials)
Plus whatever he can stash around town.)

Interesting. What's a Scepter of Fell Power? I'm unable to find it with Google.

It might be Chaucible, I forget. Basically it's a light mace that adds a d6 or so to the total of the blast passively while equipped, and has about 50 charges which can be expended to add additional d6s in damage.

You might want to change those potions into some sort of other type of single-use consumable item created by Craft Wondrous Item. Potions only go up to third level spells according to PH.

If Shinji disappeared for that long, think there probably wouldn't be ANYONE for him to return to, just a giant sea of LCL. :D

Unless there's a plot element for Shinji to be seventeen or older in comparison to the other Children's ages of fourteen, may need some fixing.

If written from Gendo perspective, then you should probably address Rei as Rei, not Ayanami. Or if you're still not certain, just label her as "First Children" or something.

Limited only by a GMs say so, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if 'Epic Potions' ignored that rule entirely.

I believe there is also a feat in either one of the Dragon/Dungeon Articles that could be taken repeatedly that each time bumped the potions limit by 1.
