Justed started play testing Exalted with a few friends, and opened this thread to hammer out the details so I can run it right.
First Question:
Does Exalted run Tick by Tick, or is is based on the actions of the players?
EssentIally, do things change based on the second by second play, or do things alter themselves based on the actions of the PCs?
Essentially, do things function according to the move/action standard of D&D or do things happen second by second?
