Mine aren't showing either. Granted, I only had two stories marked, but they really doubled as my update alert.

The feed system seems down. No ATOM/RSS feeds seem working for FanFiction.NET.

Can anyone else confirm that?

As a note, generally, when that goes, the alerts and ability to update go, but not always.

I don't think the website is completely down, but it is running very slowly for some reason. Stories are still readable for the moment.

Guess somewhere is a bottleneck... could be anything from servers down to limited bandwith.

Meh... the way ff.net still answers requests I guess its a issue with the Database. They did revamp some categories lately, maybe they did broke something.

Yeah. Like moving the Higurashi/Umineko category to the game section.

So yeah. At the moment, it 'appears' down to me. I expect it to be fixed eventually. Oh well. In the meantime, I'll do other stuff.

Four Hours ago FF.net still did work only sporadically, two hours ago speed was up to norm. I hope it stays that way.

I'm getting this for -any- files I attempt to upload, no matter what I save them as. Even chapters and files that are already up and that it accepted fine before.

Seems FF.net has been ill for the better part of a week now.

New issues...

Seems some sections are having bandwidth issues, The Neon Genesis Evangelion section is slow for me, and the Love Hina category section is currently timing out with a cannot be dsiplayed page.

It likely will be random for others.

I have the feeling that after the bandwidth issues ff.net is now suffering some databse issues. New Chapters and entire Stories are vanishing only to come back some hours later. My Favorites go down to 345 Stories back to 352.

Its really annoying. :angry:

yeah its a bit annoying. I'd get alerts that say UPDATED!

I must add that it also happens with authors, I remembered the name of an author but not which of his stories I wanted to read. Searched the name and found it but when I click on the link it said that there is not such author. But I knew the author still exist as I was reading another of his stories.

The flames of crap have weakened the steel database support. The whole malogeon is about to collapse beneath the weight of shitfic, spamfic and Snape molesting Harry with his quidditch broom.

Any other decent fanfic sites out there?

The Just In Feed is down, presumably because others cannot upload chapters/stories.

The other feeds seemed to be working, but that was likely due to me not having checked since morning.

It appears to be down completely. Has been for at least 30 minutes or so. I'm just getting a 'page load error' at the moment. I'll check back later and see if it's still gone. Hopefully it will only be a few hours, and not a few days.

I can confirm that... tried some different routes via different ISPs to exclude local Network issues.. no help. Guess someone did kill their network.
