In the church, neither Kiritsugu nor Irisviel could bring themselves to speak, shocked as they were. This was not King Arthur, by any stretch of the imagination. She was, however, horribly familiar.
In the circle, a girl stood, who appeared to be about twelve. She wore a purple coat, and a tall purple hat, and looked far too much like a younger version of Irisviel. "Servant Rider," she said, "By your summons, I have come. I ask of you, are you my-" she paused, looking in shock at the man before her, "... papa?"
Basically, all the Servants in the Fourth Holy Grail War are powerful wraiths from possible futures - or at least, futures that were possible before the altered summoning messed them up - with some connection to the summoner.
Ilya is Servant Rider, her mount being Berserker Herakles (unfortunately stuck with Mad Enhancement on, as that's the way she used him during the War).
Kariya summoned Berserker Dark Sakura.
Waver got Caster Lord El Melloi II (who has the interview-canon goo-girl maid version of VH as an NP).
Tokiomi called Saber Tohsaka Sakura - no, not his daughter that he gave away, his granddaughter from Rin and Shirou; she was the Tohsaka who managed to complete Zelretch's homework assignment, and the possession of the Jewel Sword Tohsaka Sakura (along with being a badass combat magus) qualified her for the Saber class. She might possibly be her aunt's reincarnation, but that only matters if you really want it to.
Not sure who the others received, nor whether Uryuu got replaced by someone else. One thought I've been toying with is that Yamada Toshirou (a possible name for the boy who became Emiya Shirou) gets post-UBW or post-HF Emiya Shirou as Archer (not EMIYA, as he's a Counter Guardian, not a wraith). Another thought I had was that Kayneth gets Lord El Melloi II, who doesn't bother to resist much when Sola-Ui decides to seduce him (Diarmuid didn't need the Mystic Face to make her want to cuckold Kayneth), though that leaves me uncertain who Waver would get. Thoughts for Kotomine include F/sn-era Kotomine, a more trollish and/or corrupted Rin (alternatively, the Witch of Betrayal or Mind of Steel versions could sort of fit Assassin, if you tilt your head and squint), or Mind of Steel Shirou.
