Those Dead Ends... it's like playing F/SN without a walkthrough all over again. Only you don't lose the progress you made in a dungeon in F/SN if you get a bad end there. Seriously, would it have hurt them to include a save point in the dungeons or something? All it takes is one battle of bad luck or a bad decision (which you can't really tell if it's bad or not, since the game doesn't really give you hints) and the progress you made is gone.
That's my major gripe about this game. The gameplay is... surprisingly alright. Then again, maybe I did grind a bit much.
