Favorite Race/Class Combo

I'm partial to Undead or Blood Elf casters. The 6% mana, or the cannibalism.

Warlocks, of course, are always fun to play with, Demo/Destro dual spec. Hate affliction.

Mage's are a bit, meh, in my book. They're decent dps, but I hate soloing anything with them, higher level or not.

Priests are fun time in battlegrounds. Easy honor and kills, very nice DPS if you can play Disc properly. Never really appreciated plating heals enough to actually do it much. Bought dual spec so I could have it in a pinch.

(I dual spec all my characters as soon as I hit 40)

Of the original classes, I'm partial to Priest, then Paladin and then Warlock.

I really haven't play any of the others very far, and I've yet to play a Warrior at all.

Death Knight is my all time favorite, but I'm listing it separately because it's a newer class and honestly, I'm waiting to see how it might be affected with Cataclysm coming up.

As for races....

On Horde, I'm partial to Blood Elves only because leveling is a lot easier with their starting areas, and the fact that they get a free Spell Interrupt.

I like Taurens for the same reason.

I've got a Forsaken and while Cannibalism is nice at times, the biggest advantage right now is their ability to breathe underwater for really long.

On Alliance, I really like Dranei and Night Elves, but Humans are my current favorite. Dwarves aren't too bad, but Gnomes feel like they've gotten rather....er, "short-changed".

Of course, if we could play any race for either side, that'd be fucking sweet... if really weird to adjust to.

I kinda think they're breaking certain races off from the main factions to form a neutral faction. Blood Elves, and Undead are being kicked out of Orgrimmar when Thrall's successor takes the mantle, and something similar is happening on the Alliance side. All NPC's that are Undead and Blood Elf are being evicted from Org. No word about PC's.

I'm partial to the Orc/Warrior combo myself. Fury spec. Intelligent as I am academically, there's something beautiful about the simplicity of goring something on your blade(s) and using the energy from doing so to fuck them up badly.

No. I just like to get up close and personal with my kills. Unless Saurfang likes the goring thing too, in which case, that's nice.
