I haven't watched digimon since the first season, are there really enough humanoid female digimon to pick only your "top five" now? Lemme go google image search some of those names...

Well in the first 3 seasons the only human looking female digimon that were notable with regularity were Angewomon (racy), LadyDevimon (Racy and had catfight), Piximon or whatever flowergirls name is (much less racy), and Sakuyamon (Even less racy).
Still the naked Tamers was a surprise. But naked Ruki was a very much appreciated surprise since I was quite the early bloomer.

Yes, yes, she's only humanoid, but she ends up as Sakuyamon, so I count it. I kinda liked the reserved, cool personality and tough protectiveness and all around bad-assery kinda reminds me of Motoko Kusanagi, but with a more emotional side too, at times.
Then again, I haven't seen the show in years, so maybe it's just the rose-tinted glasses of nostalgia.

Idea: for whatever reason, the Lords of the Dark Area decide to fund their schemes with racy calenders, featuring the most attractive females of the Dark Area in provocative lingerie and poses. Needless to say, it's an astounding success.

Well, I guess that could be a part of it, I was in my early teens when I saw it, but the first post said design and personality. In my opinion, aside from Gatomon, most of the first gen Digimon partners didn't get all that much personality development, it seemed more oriented to the kids.
The Tamers series looked at the kids, but also gave more characterization to the digimon, Renamon's insecurity of Ruki leaving her that drives her to be stronger, Terriermon's laid-back attitude but occasional annoyance at his partners reluctance to battle, Impmon's issues with his tamers, the Tamers Digimon seemed a lot more developed than their predecessors, and since the only other season I saw aside from those two didn't have digimon partners, that's kinda all I have to go off of.
If I wanted just a body, I'd probably go with Ranamon (Southern Belle voice in dub is a plus for me, too), but Renamon has an attractive personality and not too bad of a figure (Yes, I'll admit to being a bit of a furry in some cases).
So I go with Renamon.
