Ranma is intimate with all three of the Tendo sisters.

Has this been done well as more than pwp? I want something well written and at least somewhat in character with no unneeded angst, deus ex machina, or suicide bullshit.

Well I have been playing with an idea I call "Ranma and the Three Tendos", but I was using the seppuku pact as my MacGuffin. I only mention that to show how much thought I have been giving this over several years.

Nothing short of imminent death or mental imparement (magical or chemical) would let it work with even ballpark canon. The sisters are too different and Ranma too... shy, lets say.

Tonight I stumbled across a story that may fit the bill.

Try Sexuality:Happosai's Revenge by Nabeshin Danbei Ayanami.

Not flawless, it uses a moxibustion MacGuffin, and even the author admits it ran away from him. But it has its moments and an ending, so it should be worth a read. Of course your mileage may vary.
