Ficwad account question

Does anyone know if there's something wrong with the Ficwad mailer? I'd thought that I lost my password and while I later found it, I haven't received any emails with my new password, locking me out.

I've never had problems receiving mail from them in the past and I've tried opening a new account from other emails with the same results.
Any ideas?

Could it have gone to bulk or spam folder by your provider?

I sent a request for a password reminder about three months ago and then tried making a new account a few weeks later. Still haven't recieved anything for either. Doesn't bother me too much since there's almost nothing there that can't be found elsewhere, but yeah, I think there may indeed be something wrong with it.
