I'm actually a bit confused exactly what you are proposing or asking...

Are you proposing a story with those elements, or asking for a search request if there are any with them?

As for proposing, would want way more details as to the set up.

As for searching... Iced-Tea covered some of that in his crossover, including Ranma's reaction to Charolette. Another one ties in Fauntelroy and Herb's tribe.... Ranma being a endangered creature is in a bunch of them.

I almost got the impression he was suggestion the Phoenix try to use Jusenkyo to 'preserve' the Were-Cheetah species.

It's already a known fact they can almost-drown a person to make a spring.

Lots of were-cheetah 1/2's.

Heck, I'd be standing at the front of the line with the locking ladle at the ready. Well...behind at least one guy to see that he didn't become a female werecheetah. Bu after it had been confirmed that it just turned you into a were-cheetah without messing with your gender, I'd dive in.
