"No, get away!" Red made shooing motions with his hands, trying to will away his unwanted companion. He did not wanted to be reminded of Ash. Which reminds him of Ketchum Loops.
He hates Looping as Ash in Ketchum Loops.
"NO! We're not taking off until you tell us you're secret!" Misty said, still stubbornly following, while Brock wondered how he got involved in this.
Like Brock didn't know. ' 'Going the same way I am' my ass.' Red thought.
Reminded Red of Ketchum Loops SO BAD.
This situation was probably his own fault, Red was easy enough to admit. Sure, he could probably have used any of the 400+ Pokemon living in what he called his 'Hyper-Space Saffari', a little trick he learned from another Looper, but he decided to do something interesting when he Awoke before he got his Starter.
So, after annoying Green (Or was that Blue? Red wasn't sure, dude had a tendency to change names every Loop, just like Heatram's capability of changing his/her gender. Smug, gender-changing bastard/bitch.) by constantly poking him, he was able to borrow Green/Blue's Old Rod, stating his desire to eat sea-food to at least throw off suspicion.
Which was why was now the proud owner of a very powerful Pokemon called Gyarados. Oh, and a Pikachu who loves riding said Gyarados's head.
To anyone else, it didn't explain anything. Especially if people asked, Red would reply that Gyarados was his 'emergency food supply'.
That inspiration came after he was suddenly molested by a bubble blond looking for her 'Menchi'.
Pikachu had become more like a pet to the Party, with Gyarados becoming the front-fighter.
Brock, poor bastard, was the first victim of Gyarados's power. Well, first Gym Leader to be precise. The actual first victim was that poor kid who keeps thinking 'light-years' is a form of time, not distance.
When Brock asked how Red came across a powerful and rare Pokemon like Gyarados, Red just replied that he carefully 'nurtured and trained the poor thing from being sea-food platter to what he was today'. Apparently moved by this, the Rock-type Gym Leader decided to take on a training trip to make his Pokemon stronger. Which coincidentally coincided with the same way Red was taking. Red didn't believe that one bit. At least he wasn't dreaming to become a Breeder. Seriously, Ash's Brock creeped him out.
Then he faced Misty, who just creamed her swimsuit at the sight of the Dragon-like Water-type, and was now following him, bugging him to give her his Gyarados.
'Hmm', Red had a thought, 'What would happen if I bring a powerful Grass and Psychic type to Erika and Sabrina's Gym?'
After he got through with this crisis, he would find out.
He's just grateful there was no Team Rocket coming in to take his Pokemon.
...Fuck, he could almost see that 'YET' floating menacingly above him.
