So I recently finished watching GuP and while I like the series and I'm aware of not reality plot, I can't help but drop my jaw at the concept of schools on carriers. I mean, yeah help them to grow and nurture their individuality and save the steelworks industry but still...
The crew is manned by teenagers.
No self defense arms that I can see.
No naval support.
No medical personnel (civilian hospital?)
Sides that one instructor who came, I don't think there's any naval officer or enlisted above 20 on board.
What would happen if they come across a hostile nation warship who decides to 1) Take them hostage or 2) decides to sink them in an declaration of war (which that would be)
Any major disaster, they are screwed.
I know it's anime but still, there's so much potential for disaster it's not even funny.
