Homo Superior

It is 2215, on Earth. Humanity has evolved to the next level, but is also splitting at the same time, into different, yet closely linked evolutionary branches.

Of all the "Neo-Humans", the three most common forms are:

Type-A: "Augmenters", Neo-Humans who can merge together to create more powerful beings, and who incidently make the best doctors, priests, etc.

Type-C: "Classics", a tongue-in-cheek term for Neo-Humans with "X-men"-style superpowers. They make good soldiers, etc.

Type-F: "Furs", a fairly self-explanitory form, a fusion of human and animal, who are excellent police, firefighters, planatory explorers, etc.

Oh, and the plot is, an explorer ship leaves the Solar System, to locate new planets for Earth to colonise. However, there are discontented rumblings from some of the crew about Captain Harrison, the CO, that get louder after a strange artifact is brought onboard.

At the same time, a series of minor accidents start to occur on the ship.

What are the rules and such? I might join...but that would mean wrangling three different RPG games. I'll see.

Same here. I guess I'll join if a good number of other people do as well. I might suggest you expand on the premise though, just to make it more interesting.

I pinched most of these off another RP, as it's too early in the morning to think clearly:

Each player can have one 'main' PC, and up to two minor characters he can interact with, which can be just random acquaintances or people he runs into. This includes eventual rivals.

Eventual minor PCs have to be at a lower level of power than the main PC, with the exception of an eventual rival, who can be as strong or slightly stronger.

Regarding control of other players' PCs - that's something you'll need to agree on with the other players' owners. If you ask and they say yes, then no problem, but they should lay rules for you to use them.

Aside from that, there are the courtesy rules that we all know and I expect people to follow.

Any questions?

Hmm, yeah. Would you join Mayhem at the TFF - Chaos Edge? :p

Ok, back to serious business. who's the game master? Or are we free to weave the plot as we like?
