I'm wondering if anybody has ever had it so that Salem Saberhagen from Sabrina: The Teenage Witch somehow gets a Crescent Moon tatooed on his forehead for the purpose of inserting himself into the Sailor Senshi. He sews the seeds of doubt with Usagi on Luna's competence as well as Pluto's motivations and convinces her to make him her chief adviser. Thus, he uses his knowledge of military tactics to help train the Senshi and eventually helps her establish Crystal Tokyo. Salem manipulates Usagi, now Neo-Queen Serenity into making him the High Chancellor (or something, maybe Prime Minister) with Usagi effectively a figurehead with Salem the real Power Behind The Throne.
Just a crazy idea, I wonder if it's been done. Usagi is something of an idealistic idiot with a heart of gold, and I can just picture somebody like Salem manipulating her like that.
