Thelvyn (17 days) Sannin so i would really like to know what's happening with him

So anyone know who's accounts they are and if they still plan on playing. We are one short of getting a bloodline upgrade so it would be nice if at least one came back on.

Edit - Any one know if the Tax decrease from chunnin counts if they are inactive.

They don't count for village size, but they still do in taxes and upkeep.

That means keeping dead chunin helps to decrease the upkeep while increasing the taxes (which is a moot point for Rant - paying 50% or paying 46% is still about the same thing and you would have to pay 25k just for the resize to decrease the taxes).
