I just noticed all feeds to MediaMiner.ORG stopped working.

Additionally, going to the site gives a 'Cannot Display Page' error.

Anyone else having this issue? It was fine about an hour ago.

It seems back up again, for now.

Speaking of MediaMiner, is there a way to get that site to update properly? I hardly ever check up on it, since I can have a page show no updates or new fics for months, despite having clicked on links to such.

Hmmm...

I've never had that problem. However, I've heard of others that have had that in the past. Most end up having it be them on a outdated browser, or their settings are not properly checking if it is updated and pulling it from cached temp files instead.

Have you tried the author and category feeds instead of links? That would be another way around it.

For category example:

MediaMiner.org -- Ranma Link
- [Direct] http://www.mediaminer.org/fanfic/src.php?s...english&show=GO

MediaMiner.org -- Ranma Feed
- [Direct] http://www.mediaminer.org/rss/new_567.xml

Or for author example:

hawker-748's Member Profile Page Link
- [Direct] http://www.mediaminer.org/user_info.php/89561/

hawker-748's Member Profile Page Feed
- [Direct] http://www.mediaminer.org/rss/f89561.xml

I get the same problem so many times, you can't do anything about it

Ehhh... I don't seem to have that issue.

Though I've noticed the feeds show updates quicker than the site itself by a couple hours. FanFiction.NET can get that way sometimes as well, though these days it normally is more a matter of some 15 minutes.

As for Updates, caught a feed update for the 'Nookbook' on MediaMiner just now in the DBSommer Member Profile Feed.

Category links on Mediaminer seem to work as well. Earlier in the day I caught Polarity in the Ranma section, and late last night I caught Legacy in the Love Hina section. There have been others scattered around, but I do not monitor the whole site.
