Is Tenhawk Presents going down?

As the topic says, *is* Tenhawk Presents page going down? At the moment, it still works, but it shows a template of the old one where Tenhawk was advertising his "Alexander Harris and the Shadow Council" series. It still has access to majority of the stories, but anything new from 2013 to this day is gone, with the exception of "The Road Back" by xxmagex and Starway Man newest chapter 90 (or 56 in tenhawkpresents page).

So what's the situation? Has Tenhawk completely cut off his own webpage and is it steadily declining as a result?

I'd like to know so I know if I should back up what I can from the stories I like there.

frankly the Site itself was having serious problems, mostly while uploading new stories and chapters (they appeared as a blank page), etc.
i don't know if this means that the site is dead/dieing or if the rollback/reset was to 'restore' the capacity to actually upload anything, or if it was 'hacked'.

on the other hand the yahoo groups of tenhawk still lives and there is a new chapter of his Shadow CouncilXDC Comics crossover.

A couple actually I think. Off the top of my head I'm not sure how well organized the archives on the site are if archives even exist, but he's posting new stuff there. Though the whole Lex Luthor = Loserman thing in the latest chapter of Stranger in a Strange Verse was weird to me.

considering that everything Luthor does to 'win' against Superman ends up in Epic Fail? yes he is a Successful Looser (in the sense that he is successfull in everything he does to defeat superman, except actually winning.

depending on the 'verse he is either a filthy rich Magnate or the 'batman' of the criminals (AKA filthy rich criminal with tech that might as well be called Magic, Bullshit or shouldn't even work but does) and he still looses against his Nemesis in a daily basis no matter what he tries and in several instances he had to admit NEEDING Supes to clean up his mess.

Meh. It just seemed gratuitous, considering that he's still a baseline human who can fight and inconvenience freaking Superman on a regular basis and has had about as much negative impact on the world as Batman has had positive. He's basically Evil!Tony Stark who built himself up from nothing I find it hard to consider him a loser. He may lose to Superman on a daily basis but he's still got more money and power than 99% of the human race. I thought it was unnecessarily juvenile myself for Xander to refer to him only as Loserman even inside his head. Seems like unusually poor writing to me but w/e.

Would you call a Tony Stark who crawled into a bottle and never came out kind of a loser?

Luther might have resounding successes in a multitude of fields, but compared to what he could achieve if he wasn't obsessed with beating Clark?

Honestly, the fact that he constantly loses to Superman isn't what makes me think of him as a loser. I mean, everyone who goes up against the Man of Steel loses sooner or later. The fact that he is ultimately controlled by his obsession, and the fact that he constantly makes bad decisions based on his vendetta, is what brings me to that conclusion.

To quote All-Star Superman:

Luthor: I could have saved the world if it wasn't for you!
(Superman knocks him out)
Superman: You could have saved the world years ago if it mattered to you, Luthor.

an alternate Luthor kept the 'Evil' Justice League at bay by HIMSELF.
our Lex Luthor is completely and utterly obsessed with Superman to the point that anything and everything he does is to somehow beat Superman to the point that nothing else matters (including in the DCAU JLU series 'ressurrecting Brainiac' and we all know how that ended up for everyone).

he is a Loserman because of his obsession, he would be the most successful person in the entire DC Earth as a Magnate/Mogul/Entrepreneur/Business Man or even a successful criminal if he wasn't obsessed with Superman.

points to the abomination that is Smallville, That Lex Luthor was a Successfull man, because while he failed in his 'main', 'secondary' or even tertiary/optional objectives at different times he made progress overall.

Alternate Luthor didn't made his prurpose in life Beating Superman by actually beating him or killing him, but to Protect the world better than him.
Heck even InJustice Lex Luthor was successful (even if it cost him his life) and he was supes 'best friend'.

to your Tony Stark comparation, would you call a Tony Stark utterly obsessed with Sue Storm (and in this case she is utterly happy and in Twu Wuv with Mr. Fantastic, had 2 kids and got the fairy tale ending) to the point that no matter how successful Stark Industries are or what Good he may do as Iron Man or the fact that many other girls would be Happy to be with him in Twu Wuv or the fact that he could be Happy doing anything else or being with anyone else, it Doesn't Matter to him because getting Sue Storm is the 'Victory Condition, the thing that would Validate his existance and the reason to do anything he does because it's her or nothing, Successful? IMHO he would be a looser, a Determinated Looser, heck, a successful Looser, but a looser nonetheless.

there are many Alternate and Successful Versions of Alexander 'Lex' Luthor, what separates them from Loserman is his complete Obsession with Superman to the point that everything and everyone else doesn't matter... and the factt hat he is fucking Greedy as seen in Blackest Night.
what nixofczyerra said, but with verbal diarrhea
