KH/Persona fusion

I've been watching jonx2sam05's Persona/KH videos(where he takes KH2 and gives it a Persona flair), and this idea came as a result. Basically, it's Kingdom Hearts characters in a Persona-style story. Obvious AU, of course.

Timeline:
Year: 2013-1 year after Persona 4(Best Ending)


Story:
Sora is a transfer student who finds himself back in his hometown when strange disappearances start happening. Facing the Shadows, he and his friends wield the power of Persona...

Characters:
Sora: The Main Character of this story, he is in the same role Minato and Souji were in P3 and P4. Possesses the Wild Card.
Riku: Childhood friend of Sora. Is the "tank" party member.
Ventus: Friend of Sora. Is the Wind-style magic user in the group.
Kairi: The second most popular girl. Is the healer party member.
Aqua: The woman who the gang meets in the dark realm where the Shadows live. Acts as the initial analyzer; is an ice-wielding Persona user later on.
Terra: The king of the high school. Is a tank-style character with thunder-style magic(A la Kanji in P4.)
Namine: The geek, she becomes the analyzer group when gains her Persona.
Lea: A young bully; fire-type user.
Villains:
Vanitas: The second in command of the cult "The Heartless."
Xehanort: The leader of the cult "The Heartless" who wishes to bring about a new world. Main villain.



..Again, just thought of this, so not sure on Personas the characters have yet.

Personally I'd rather put Persona characters in KH but whatever. For Personas they had Greco-Roman in P3 and Japanese in P4 so maybe Chinese or Gaelic?

Hmm..Makes sense. Anyway, I forogt about the FF characters in Kingdom Hearts when I did the list of party members and whatnot..My bad. Anyway, Persona suggestions are nice!

Here're the Arcana for the Party members:
Sora: Fool: He's the Wild Card, and as such, this is his default Arcana.
Riku: Magician-Riku is quite cunning.
Namine: Priestess-She is a kind gal and quite smart.
Kairi: Lovers-This fits her style, and it's been Persona tradition in P3 and P4 to assign this to the MC's apparent "canon" girlfriend.
Ven: Star-This reprsents his hope.
Aqua: Empress-She's quite smart, and this fits her.
Terra: Chariot-He's a physical guy, so this fits him.
Lea: Sun-He loves being free, so this fits.

I would have given Terra the Strength Arcana and Mickey Chariot.

Partial list of ideas: these characters weren't exactly gods as much as powerful heroes or members of a shapeshifting population, but I think they work.
Sora- Lugh
Terra- Morrigan
Mickey- Nuada
Riku- Taliesin
Lea- Cu Chulainn
Aqua- Brigid

Well..I'm not sure how Mickey'd fit in this; maybe like Teddie was in Persona 4?

Anyway, Terra's a guy, and Morrigan's a goddess; but the idea's the same. I like the choices, we need ones for Kairi, Namine, and Ven.

Hate to double-post, but I've got some ideas.

Roles:
If this was an actual Persona game, here're the roles each character'd have:
Sora: Same as the MC of Persona 3 and 4. Main weapon: Keyblade(in this version of the mythos, the Keyblade is a gift, and has the power to open gates to the world of the Shadows.)
Riku: Second fastest character, and does good damage. Has some debuff skills and physical attack moves, and has Zio magic.
Ven: The fastest character, possesses Garu spells and speed debuffs. Persona is Njord(Norse god of wind); Resolved Persona is Venti(Roman wind gods.)
Kairi: the healer of the group, and possesses buff spells. Persona is Etain(sun goddess).
Terra: The tank of the group, possesses physical attacks, attack boosting spells.
Namine: Analyzer. Persona is Ogma.
Mickey: Mix of buffs and debuffs.
Lea: Possess Agi attacks and physical attacks.
Aqua: Possesses Mudo and Hama spells, along with Megido.

As for Disney characters..Some could be Personas, others Social Links.
