Kochikame to End after 40 Years of Publication

I did some checking, and it's name is Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kouen-mae Hashutsujo, and as for scanlations...it seems to be a bit of a half-hearted effort, since they have Volumes 1 and 2 and a few of the latest chapters. I only checked the sites I frequent, don't know how other sites are doing.
Someone already answered about scanlations, but regarding what it's about, it's your typical nonsense and zanyness story(much more than Ranma, Urusei Yatsura is a more apt comparison, although even that falls short of the insanity that is Kochikame). It shows the daily life of the people in one of those small police stations and the neighbourhood of it. Form what I've read of it, it's good, but best taken in small doses.
