I'm trying to remember an HP fic where Harry has his hand badly burned at the Dursleys, and they end up being tried for child abuse in muggle court. Don't remember the other specifics, though there's a joke about the womens room at the courthouse, and they have to transfigure Harry's hand to prevent the muggles from finding out it was magically healed.
