While she is even more violent than Naru, she is also nowhere near as reckless, if something happens, she may be willing to hear the explanation before punching Keitaro.
As for how did Chisame ended in Hinata, I remember a (dead) fic where she took the Toudai exam just to see what the fuzz was about, and she actually aced it and was admitted in the university, she had to leave Mahora and moved to the inn because it was closer. It was a decent read, even if it fucked a little bit with the timeline (this happened after Keitaro and Naru's first exam and before Negi became a teacher).

IIRC Sarah was 14 at the Epilogue. The only ways to bring her into Negima are:
1. She meets Negi out of class - Too convoluted, considering how much he hesitates to trust people to help him.
2. She knows Negi beforehand - If you're willing to roll with the idea that Seta knows about magic...
3. Make her linked to someone else in the cast: Takane and Anya comes to mind, but my devious one wants to retcon her as a descendant of Evangeline's family. She already has the Mc, just exchange the Dougal for Donell (or don't, really just have Sarah know her family origins). ^^ They even have the same hair and eye color.

I agree. You don't have to do anything other than put her in Mahora and there you go. The series are connected already since Tsuruko had a cameo and Setuna confirmed that the Aoyama family exists during the magic world arc. Not to mention the multiple other easter eggs from both LH and AiLoveU.
Also, Mahora is an private escalator school system from primary school to university so it isn't like she can't transfer in if she really wanted to. Seta is bound to have connections and Su would help her friend out if asked. You could even go with the whole Shinmeiryuu angle and have her go check on Setsuna as a favor for Motoko. Another way is to give her an appearance during the school Mahorafest, that is open to the public.
Those are just the easy ways. So I wouldn't say that there are "only" some ways to bring her in Negima because LH and Negima are already interconnected in canon. You can just pop her right in with no reason other than "Haruka made me" or "Papa wanted to stay in Japan for a while and is working in Mahora".

The "Only" part referred to involving her into the main group, not in a story. Negi IS quite reluctant to involve even his students and I doubt he would hesitate to jump at the opportunity to send a uninvolved witness away. On the other way, if she is already involved there's little that can be done.
