When the war is starting to take an upswing, Harry asks the various members in DA to bring their families to one of the Potter estates for intensive training...

The good news is that this is a successful plan...the bad news

Luna's grandmother and her family are willing to help, for a price.

How does Harry deal with the fact that Luna's grandmother is Delirium of the Endless? And the fact that some of the rest of the family think that Harry would make a nice brother-in-law.

Add to this that a few other witches are also interested in Harry.

this was my attempt at a HP/Sandman crossover

Ooooor.... you could take this a small step forward (and slightly to the right) and have Luna BE Delerium. Perhaps she read small snippets bout Harry in her brothers book and decided to see him in person. Or perhaps Death was griping bout the kid/Voldemort. Etc etc.

Luna is way too conherent to be Delerium. Considering just what the endless are she could be the past version of Delerium, when she was just plain old Delusion. At least then she would be slightly closer to Luna's level of logic.

Maybe. If that was the case then Luna might work as a stage in between those two.
