Marvel discussion- Who would father Black widow's child

4. Tony Stark (Hey, it almost happened in the Ultimate 'verse...)
5. Peter Parker (They've both got spider-themes going on, they're both Avengers... uh... they're both human...?)
6. Bucky Barnes (Honestly, other than Matt and Clint, I would see this as the most likely possibility.)

Probably a villain and someone related to her darker past, pre-Avengers.
More melodrama that way and it's more in line with how she's usually written.
She'd have given the child up for adoption or something to protect it from her past, and it would come up to create a storyline where she goes rogue and tries to protect them from the other parent or something.
Then it would probably turn out to be a clone or something created by one of the many villains who do that sort of thing along with false memories implanted to manipulate her as a way to get at the Avengers.

I mean, are we ignoring the Next Avengers iteration of her son with Bucky Cap, which is semi-canon since he and his team have shown up via time travel?
Because, barring the mind wipe she's currently got that prevents her from remembering him, Bucky's got a fairly solid relationship with her, longer than the ones she had with Clint or Matt, and probably more enduring than the one she had with her deceased husband back in the Silver Age.
