so i just beat mass effect 3 (tried playing one differences too jarring started from 2 using a save from masseffectsaves ) and all i can say is TIME WELL SPENT!

key points:

Almost entirely paragon (threw a guy out the window in 2.)

Sentinel

romanced tali (not exiled)(i find i have no problem with the face they choose to give her (and i truth have many unkind things to say about the people who whined endlessly about it))

gave the illusive man the collector base

everybody survived the suicide mission

united the galaxy (though i still want to put a bullet in the salerian leaders head for making mordins sacrifice necessary

chose the destroy ending (while i didnt download it the mehem ending is my head canon ending) readiness rating 5600 to 5800 (would need to look it up again.

made my shep look like obama

The face they used for Tali wasn't the problem.

The fact that the face was a stock photo that was touched up, was the problem. Even non-Talimancers like me know that much.

as a talimancer that didnt bother me at all why hire somebody for what was at best 30 seconds of content that has a one in five (or what ever number of choices maleshep has) chance of being accessed

She tells you. She shares some of her memories with you as a way of saying goodbye to someone she respects and cherishes as a friend (or lover).

She's basically giving you a farewell kiss. To your brain.

Considering that Tali's one of the main characters, the one of just two to join you in all three games and it's been a constant question of what the hell a quarian actually looks like, I think they could have spent a little coming up with some idea of what she looks like. And I don't even really like Tali.

And with Liara... looks pretty close to the whole embracing eternity thing.
