http://frozen-roms.net/

or

http://www.dgemu.com/

The former has some popup problems when it redirects you to the download link, and is mostly in german, but no viruses AFAIK.

The latter has no popups, but an annoying points system and requires becoming a forum member (which is free).

The point system severely gimps your ability to download NDS roms, though - most are bigger than the 12.5MB limit per day, and to get more you must either post a lot without spamming or pay.

Best NDS emulators as of now are No$GBA and DeSmuME.

And for some reason DeSmuME never works on my computer :huh.:

Edit: Though any other ROM sites for other platforms like Ps2s are welcome ^_^

I use http://www.g-masters.com/

The files are stored on their on servers and there is a limit of 2 downloads per 24hrs. All they ask for is to sign-up no blackmailing like Dgemu.

As for the Pop-ups I'm glad I'm on Firefox.

I shelled out 40USD for the M3 DS Simply Passkey and load Roms onto my DS(I didn't feel like waiting for an Emu).

http://DS rom www.romulation.net also offer a decent service (although a bit slow and you have to regist) but I've been using it and there isn't a limit on the DS roms you download. On another note thaigaming.com also provides for DS rom download. (As usualy you gotta regist before you can download but it's quite easy to register.)

Hope that helps~

I just pull bulk torrents for NDS ROMs off of www.isohunt.com.

Note that if you have a DS, I recommend buying the R4 Revolution from www.echostore.com. Get it, and load the firmware available (for free) at www.ds-scene.net, and you can play your ROMs right on your DS, as though you had the actual game!

http://forum.emuwizards.com/ Just register with their forum and you get DS and PSP games.

Most are hosted using free-file sharing sites, but people will honor requests to repost.
