Yup, they inly lack Pen-pen to fill in for Koromaru and the party is set. But we'll still need to search for persona that fit Hikari, Toji and Kensuke and, if we are going for a P3 feel, someone to take the chairman position.

About Rei's evolution, it's not that I deny it but that it happens when she is about to die in both occasions. Sure we do see some clues before but she never moves against her programed destiny until the very end so I don't know how much of a history can come of that... now if the mentioned case happened earlier, then how knows?

Finally, I also believe Rei's origins make her really fit for the multiple persona ability. After all it's only natural that someone made of at least two others is somewhat instable.

Yeah...Personas are the only thing lacking...Let me see...
Toji:Since Toji is a typical jock, yet cares about his sister, an overprotective brother type would work here.
Asuka: Since she's German, a German heroine would work as a possible Persona.
Hikari: Since as far as we know, she's your usual class rep type...I got nothing.
Kensuke: Being a military buff, he should have a legenadry military hero as his Persona.
...And though a don't want the plot to be a rehash of P3(in fact, I'd like this fic to take place after P3 and P4, and have characters from those two games appear.) Gendo is the obvious choice.
