Well, a good link to information is always using www.d20srd.org as a resource.

Okay... Lets try to answer a few of these questions.

Links to information:
www.d20srd.org - The entire Core three books (Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master plus some of the Epic Player book and some of the Unearthed Arcana book.

http://www.wizards.com/DnD/Archive.aspx - Just browse the site and page. Enjoy the thought that some people have put into the game.

Campaigns
For this, I really have no idea what you want. Do you want links to former campaigns? Ideas for one? If its the later, then ask your players as to what they want to play in. A preset setting in 3.5, a custom one, a free formed dungeon crawl, etc etc and etc?

How to DM
This is simple. Find a method that you like and your players find enjoyable, stick with it or switch to different methods until you do. But make sure that you all enjoy yourselves.

Punctuation. Ye gods man, punctuation.

As for fully-made campaigns, they are out there, but you'll have to look around and put down a fair amount of money for them. You might try finding The Shackled City Adventure Path or the War of the Burning Sky Campaign Saga, but there aren't many full campaigns in one book. Most others are separated as singular adventures across multiple products.

Hmm. Pretty big party. Um. Since you say you have limited funding, besides d20srd, check your local library for extra DnD books. You might be surprised at what you can find, depending on where you live...though the obvious flaw is that you can't keep them. I would suggest buying the basic stuff (at the very least, the DM's guide and the first Monster Manual) so you have it easily accessible.

Even if you're not trying to create a campaign yourself, some things to think about are: What type of players are the people involved? For instance, do they enjoy roleplaying, straight combat, a mix of both? Do they have a tendency to rush things, or do they take their time? If, say, you encountered a dragon, would their first instinct be "Kill it and loot the hoard!" or something else entirely?

These are the sort of things you need to keep in mind when running a campaign, even one that's premade. After all, players have a tendency to do things they're not 'supposed' to do, and the DM has to be able to roll with it. Every campaign is different, even with the same people.

As far as campaigns...I can't really give any help with that, unfortunately. War of the Burning Sky is the only full one I've ever heard of in one book, like Alzrius said. Never played it, though, so I don't have anything to say about it.

The only thing I can contribute is to ask how much time you are going to take with it, because a 'melee combat' of 5 min in game time can last 2 hours in the time you sit around, there will be those who look things up, are undecided, or just plain got a mod wrong that could or could not change the course of the fight.

Make a Master List of general things, ToHit, Armor, then see them 'roll' the dice, them calculate things? then declare the hit or miss, maybe throw in some 'flavor text'?

One thing you can take advantage of are the free D&D 3.0 & 3.5 adventures somewheres on the Wizards of the Coast website.

You can adapt most of those adventures to suit your own taste by changing the monsters and adversaries with others or adding more monsters. If you've got access to a printer you can print out the maps and handouts that are in those adventures.

And remember that while you've got to give the players some feeling of freedom when it comes to making choices and taking actions, make them aware of that PCs breaking laws and acting like sociopaths will have to face consequences in one form or another like law enforcement or enemies unless they keep low profile and act smart.

Also try to have the players roleplay their characters, like having them interact with each other, NPCs and the enviroment.

A good DM advice I've heard is that as a DM never address the monster they're facing with the name their given in the stats the first time they meet them. Use the description for inspiration when describing their adversary. Calling them things, abominations, unearthly horrors, thing that should not exist or monster could make a good gaming atmosphere.

Yeah, that adds a bit of realism to it. After all...generally, people in adventures don't know right off the bat what they're facing. Just that it's trying to kill them. ^_^

It does give players the feeling of facing something unknown, and in horror roleplaying settings it can serve to creep out the players.

Probably the smartest thing to do when facing something unknown is to do what most Call of Cthulhu Investigators should do, namely run away, and try to investigate the creature in order to discover its weaknesses.
