A few months ago, I came across a MMORPG called CyberNations. Basically, you can create and run a country however you wish, declare war, and such. Now, after going about this for a long time, I am inviting all who are interested to go to www.cybernations.net and sign on up. I have already created an alliance for us based off of out OGame alliance, UBW. When you join up and create your nation, look for a country called Disorder and you'll find me. Then just join UBW and turn your team color to red and you're all set. Once we get some more members and get things really going, we can start to provide aid to our fellow alliance members and start unleashing all sorts of hell.
