Sorry, but no.

The ultra low graphics mod basically just downgrades textures and gets rid of a lot of the post processing. It also downgrades or disables a few effects such as dynamic shadows and lowers the draw distances below 'low' settings. I don't think that's going to be enough to run the game on a system like this. Especially since there are a lot of things it can't get rid of because they seem to be hardcoded in.

Even if it gets things down to the point your GPU can handle it I doubt you'll be able to run it because your CPU isn't going to be able to push the physics.

Even if the CPU was okay I still wouldn't recommend trying because your VRam situation isn't really enough for the game. Even with ultra low res textures you're looking at 512-1024mb textures, your VRam cache is going to fill up fast and crash the game frequently.

I wouldn't bother attempting with that system unless you already had a copy. It wouldn't break your system, and it would probably launch initially, but it would crash frequently and probably get a stupidly unplayable framerate if it got past the launcher screen at all. I don't think the ultra low settings mod is going to be enough to get the game to run on that system.

If you have access to a copy you don't have to pay for and would lose nothing in the attempt I'd say give it a shot. It won't break your computer to try and at worst just wouldn't run, but I can't recommend a purchase with that system because the risk of just wasting money on something you'll never be able to run on that hardware is too great.

Sorry. I doubt it'll work.
